Fascism emerged in Italy as a result of the end of World War 1.
That war had made a deep mark on the mind of Mussolini just as it made a mark on Hitler.
Unlike Nazism which is socialist, Fascism is not.
When the war ended in 1919, Socialism, as a doctrine, was already dead.
