YAMA & NIYAMA
In the beginning there was only external worshiping.Later on internal Sadhana.Need control over expresions and sentiments. YANTRA is a machine ,the control of which produces some output. The Pratik is a Yantra.The upward triangle control phisical expresion.The downward the mind(prajina). When mind gets inspiration from the soul:Shrama. If not,only physical inspiration=Parishrama. When balance betwenn the two,real progress. KAOSHIKI=Matrix,causal BHAVANI=Diferent physical objects,external expresions BHAERAVI=Link,control both That is why the Yantra on which the kapalik sits is Bhaebavi Yantra.When we sit on this Yantra,Kaoshiki and Bhavani are controled.Those who sit on that are known as “bhaeravas”. Bhaeravi shakti is generated when siting on kapalik. Tantrik pits can be: Pit,Upapi.and Mahapit.
The five characteristics of Tantra: MANTRA,YANTRA,KUKAKUNDALINI,DIKSA,SADGURU Human body is a Yantra.Each cakra also. YAMA is inteno-external.First we think Two entities are needed Yama control the external expressions NIYAMA is externo-internal.With Niyama the sentiments or vrtis are purified. Yama is a yantra with five upa-yantras: 1.AHIMSA=Not to infilct pain to others by thought,word or action. Dharma:which sustains one’s existence Dharmadeshana:which clearly indicates about Dharma. For which not need to consult the scriptures all the time
Violence(use of Chanda Shakti,vital energy) and Himsa, are not the same.
Human beings have to live on the less evolve beings. There are three categories of beings: YATASATRU.Born enemies(tiger,snake) YATAMITRAM.Born friends(cow) NIRPEKS.Neutral(monkeys) A person may kill a yatasatru,but only if it attacks you. Human beings also can be yatasatru or atatayi:who steal your land,atacks a woman.
Ahimsa is not nonviolence.None can live,or exist witouh the application of chanda shakti.
SATYA.Utilization of one’s Want for the Hitam of others. Want=Indriya(sensory and motor organs) and mind Kalyam or Kshema:Spiritual welfare. Shubam:Mental and Spiritual welfare. Hitam:Physical,mental and spiritual welfare. In satya, the mind and the indriyas shall express for hitam. This is a very important upayantra for all others. It is essential,because we need a balance mind to work. Asha or hope is a very important vrti located in anahata cakra which guides each action,and for the materializaion of Asha,Satya is a must. To express a particular event as it ocurrs,is Rta.
Conscious mind is guided by samskaras,but the subconscious can be iluminated,and it has a link with the unconscious.Then the clouds can be vanished and see the light of the causal mind. Then we become allknowers. Because of satys,there is RICHUTA(Straightforwardness)
Satya produces a glow or effulgence in the ectoplasm called ‘OJAS’.It brigths the conscious and subconscious mind. Ojas can affect others.Inspire them to act.
There is fight in all realms.The spiritual fight is sentient.
ASTEYA=Not to steal anothers’ property. Can be in individual or in social life.In individual life if one doesn’t follow asteya,the mind gets crudified. Asteya is not possible without Satya.The main objective must be the benefit of others. Satya is essential for Iccha Shakti or will power. Asteya can be physical or mental,direct or indirect. Indirect is when I am not giving what is due to someone.
The controlling point of iccha shakti, lies in the subconscious. With Rjuta it will be stronger.
BRAHMACARYA=To dwell in Brahma.Apply Guru Mantra. When lymph comes in contact with teste glands, semen is formed. Once semen is produced it must go out. We should not feel guilty about it. But we can try to make that semen is not produced. If the glands are not activated, the hormones are not created.
Above Manipura hormone secretion is consumed by the body. Below, it has to go out.
Every activation of all glands comes from Ajina Cakra, subconscious mind. Maetuna means to offer something of oneself and get pleasure out of it. It can be Physical, Psycho-physical, psycho-spiritual and spiritual. The sanyasi has no right to enjoy sex neither physically nor psycho-physical.
When some object, not bad come into sadhana at improper time, Gurumantra will help.
When a wrong objects comes, must be diverted into psycho-spiritual:
1.Visulalize the color and smell of the object 2.Make a lotus flower of that color and smell 3.Surrender it into Baba’s feet and forget about it
