Colorado
Person: I’m being drawn to Colorado, and I had a few experiences in the last three weeks. Things in the sky.
Bashar: Yes. When will you go to Colorado?
I guess that’s my question.
Bashar: You just made a statement—“I’m being drawn to Colorado.” What needs to be asked? If you are drawn to Colorado, act on whatever opportunities make themselves available to you that would allow you to go to Colorado, without any assumption that you’ll actually wind up in Colorado.
Person: So my question is, when I’m seeing in the stars, what am I seeing?
Bashar: Sometimes you are seeing ships. Sometimes you are seeing reflections of other aspects of your own consciousness. Sometimes you are perceiving other kinds of dimensional phenomenology. Nevertheless, the bottom line as you say is that if you are being drawn to Colorado, take whatever actions you can with no assumptions that you’ll wind up there, and see what happens.
Person: Is there messages that I might be missing?
Bashar: No—unless you spend time wondering if you are missing the messages, then you will miss the messages. But if you don’t spend time wondering if you’re missing any messages, it’s not possible for you to miss the messages. That’s the paradox. Because everything is already unfolding in the way that you need it to unfold, and the only way to miss that is to spend time wondering if you’re going to miss it. That’s the paradox.
Person: Since I’m not—do you trust the unfoldment of your life?
Bashar: Hesitation usually means no.
Person: Yeah. Not 100%. Why not?
Bashar: I think I’ve shut down some messages that I might have should have.
Bashar: Not should have, but why doubt? And you understand what doubt is? What I’m saying—do you understand what doubt is?
Person: No.
Bashar: Doubt is a 100% trust in a reality you don’t prefer. So why not trust in something you do prefer, since you’re already trusting anyway? There is no such thing as a lack of trust. Doubt is not a lack of trust—there is no such thing. It’s not possible. You have to trust in something or you would have no experience at all.
Person: Good point. Thank you. We sometimes make those too. That’s good. So you see how the change of a definition can allow you to understand that you don’t have to learn how to trust. You just need to be aware of where you’re putting your trust. So why not put it in something you prefer, since you have absolute proof from the universe, from creation, that by putting your trust in something you don’t prefer, it has supported you? So why not assume that if you put your trust in something you do prefer, it will support you as well? That’s how the mechanism works. It doesn’t care what you put your trust in. It will support you in whatever you decide to put your trust in because that decision is up to you. So why not trust in what you prefer to trust in instead of what you don’t?
Person: Good point. Another good point. Oh, shall we keep score? That was two. Thank you.
Question 10
Person: Hello, Bashar. Thank you very much for being here.
Bashar: And well, I am not there, but thank you for the sentiment.
One moment. All right. One moment. All right. Now, you do understand the double entendre when we say that? Yes. We don’t just mean wait a moment. We mean there’s only one moment. Brilliant. Really. Everything you consider to be a new moment is the same moment from another point of view, because there’s only one moment in creation. Only one moment in existence. Now is all there is. So everything you consider to be a different time is simply the same now from a different perspective. So one moment. Do continue.
Person: Well, speaking of that, yes. We were. My question is about this idea—maybe it’s the wrong word—but sabotage. Yes. The Japanese shoes—no, no, no. That’s where your word comes from—workers who throw the sabots into the machinery and foul it up. Sabotage. Yes.
So I guess one thing that I’m noticing is, you know, we’re all in a time of transformation, and yes. And I’m at a point—a crossroads.
Bashar: Congratulations. How exciting. Thank you. That means you can go in any direction you prefer. This is true.
Person: And what’s happening is I’m seeing all these incredible opportunities synchronistically come to me. Yes. And then I think, “Oh awesome, this is great. Sounds like an adventure. I really want to do it.” So I follow it, and then at the last moment, something changes and falls through.
Bashar: Good, good. Do you remember the entire formula or not? Here is what many of you constantly forget: act on your highest excitement, taking it as far as you can until you can take it no further, with zero expectation or insistence as to what the outcome ought to be. That’s the whole formula. So when it changes unexpectedly, surprise—good. Trust it, and you’ll get the positive effect out of it. It was designed to give you something better than what you expected. If you call it something having gone wrong, you will only get a negative effect from the very same circumstance.
You decide what meaning to put into these situations. They have no meaning on their own. There is no automatic built-in meaning other than what you agree to give it. Every situation is neutral—a neutral set of props. When you say, “This is bad, this is wrong, this is an obstacle, this isn’t supposed to be happening, this doesn’t belong in my life, something else was supposed to happen, what’s wrong with me, why isn’t this working”—negative, negative, negative, negative, negative. You can only get a negative effect from that.
But if you say to the very same situation, “Ah, not an obstacle, not an impediment, not something bad, not something wrong—an arrow pointing in an unexpected direction. My curiosity is on fire now. You know something unexpected and exciting is about to happen because I did not get what I expected. Hooray, because now life is exciting.” And you are allowing yourself the physical mind to work with the higher mind, who can bring you things better than the physical mind was capable of imagining.
Remember, the physical mind is not designed to know how something is actually going to happen. Only the higher mind knows what you really need, despite what the physical mind might sometimes think it wants. The higher mind knows what you actually need. And even when the physical mind creates and generates a visualization that represents or symbolizes some ideal reality or what you think is an ideal version of that reality, what to the physical mind may seem to be the ultimate is to the higher mind just the beginning. It can give you something much greater, much more expanded than what the physical mind was capable of conjuring in its visualization center.
So the idea is really: use the visualization to create the scenario that excites you more than anything else. Hold on to the excited state, and let the picture go—surrender it to the higher mind, surrender it to source, and let the higher mind, let source actually show you what manifestation is actually representative of that state of excitement that you allow the picture to generate within you. That’s how you use visualization. You build up the energy and let the picture go so the real manifestation can occur that’s reflective of that energy.
Make sense? Yes. When you understand that mechanism, then every time you act on your excitement, you will have absolutely no expectation as to what’s supposed to happen. You will just do what you do for the sake of doing it because it excites you, and have no insistence on how that’s supposed to come to fruition. When you keep doing that and keep acting on those things and they don’t go the way you expected—rejoice. That’s telling you the higher mind is working for you, because it’s standing on the mountaintop. It can see where you’re going. The physical mind is in the valley. It can’t see that far ahead. Let the higher mind guide you.
Person: By assuring you: just go down this path, trust me. It may not be the one you think you need to go down, but I’m telling you, even though you think the one you want to go down is shorter, and even though this one I’m telling you to go down may wind and twist around, in essence that’s actually the path of least resistance and thus actually the quicker path. Because going on what appears to be the shorter path, if it’s not really aligned with you, will be full of resistance and full of obstacles because that’s how you’re defining it. And if you simply go what may appear to be the longer path, you might actually wind up where you need to be much more quickly because it’s all synchronized to your vibration and thus there’s no impedance, there’s no resistance, and you just flow along it and there you are.
That’s how it works. Does that make sense? Yes. Does this help you? Yes. Does it answer the question?
Person: Uh, yes, but… so I guess there’s kind of two things I’m kind of grappling with.
Bashar: Oh, all right. Let’s grapple.
Person: One of them would be, well kind of like this metaphor of not missing the train. But also I feel like as we’re kind of getting closer to this Nexus point of hopping from different very large range of frequencies and energies, and then it seems that…
Bashar: Are you confusing different expressions of your excitement with actually different things? Sometimes we know many of you do that. You think, “Oh, I’m scattered. I’m doing this and then this and then this,” when in fact if you actually look at it from a higher point of view, there might simply be different expressions of one overall excitement. Is that what’s happening? These different expressions seem to be opportunities, and it’s like, hey, this is…
Person: Opportunities to what? That’s what we’re saying. You don’t know what they are actually. Opportunities to—even if you think you do, even if it seems obvious as to what it might lead to, you actually don’t really know for sure. And that’s why don’t insist on it, because you really don’t know. Your higher mind will sometimes give you what might appear to be a carrot to move in a certain direction just to get you to move. It doesn’t mean that the direction in which you’re moving has to come to fruition. It just might be for the purpose of getting you to take any action at all in the direction of your excitement, and it has a completely different purpose for doing that.
Okay. That’s why we’re saying don’t insist on the outcome. So when you look at an opportunity, it’s an opportunity to act on your excitement. It’s not necessarily—though can be—an opportunity to experience the outcome your physical mind thinks is connected.
Person: I’m struggling having not having an expectation, an insistence—really an insistence. Because I don’t—I guess you know, this linear 3D reality, it seems it’s kind of a difficult thing to grasp.
Bashar: But you see, it’s only difficult because you say so. It’s really not difficult empirically. It’s only difficult because you’ve defined it as such. You must understand there is no such thing as physical reality except your definition of it. That’s the only thing that’s real—is your experience of it based on your definition of it. But there actually is no such thing on its own.
Person: So if following my highest excitement, acting on it—
Bashar: No, no, no. You act on your highest excitement for its own sake. Whatever it is that excites you, you do it because that thing is exciting, not because you think it’s going to lead to something, create something—what have you. The idea is it will—you know it will create something. You know it will lead somewhere. But the idea is to act on it for its own sake. It’s the same idea as simply choosing to be happy because that’s what you prefer, instead of waiting for a reason to be happy. You act on your excitement because this thing is exciting to you, and you understand that it might lead somewhere, but you don’t have to really know what that actually means. You can pretend to know, but you can’t insist that you know.
Person: It makes sense in a—I guess internal level, right? In a spiritual level. But in the let’s say, like I’m a musician and I’m going on tour—all right.
Bashar: And that’s an expression of your excitement? Yes. Playing music is. Thank you. So if you act on every opportunity that contains excitement, whether it appears to be connected to music or not, the excitement in the opportunity is what tells you it is connected. Does that make sense? Yeah.
Therefore, if you simply keep acting on whatever opportunities contain the highest excitement at all times with no insistence on where it’s supposed to lead, what it’s supposed to be connected to, how it’s supposed to look, etc., etc., you will know that no matter what it is, it must be connected to anything else that’s an expression of your excitement and will always amplify all those other expressions by simply taking you down an unexpected path to help expand whatever else is an expression of your excitement.
Again, whether it seems connected or not, if you are excited about music but suddenly you look one day and you recognize that taking a walk on the beach is actually the most exciting thing you can imagine doing at that particular moment, or having lunch with a friend is more exciting than even the music at that particular moment—by acting on it, you will see synchronistically that something will eventually happen that will show itself, reveal itself to be connected to anything else that you’re really excited about. Because while you’re walking on the beach or while you’re having lunch with a friend, how do you know you’re not going to overhear somebody’s conversation that will inspire a new piece of music? You don’t know. But if you follow your excitement, you can be absolutely certain it will lead to something that will help expand all other forms and expressions of your excitement. You don’t have to know how it’s connected. You don’t have to see the dots.
Does that make sense? Yeah, yeah. It does. Thank you. Does this help? This does, this does. Yeah. Are you sure it does? All right. It does. Yeah. Thank you.
Person: One quick thing. Is there anything—I mean, a lot of things excite me, and I’m kind of looking for some direction.
Bashar: I just gave it to you. I just told you. A lot of things excite me. Listen again to the formula. All right. Okay. They might simply, first of all, be simply different expressions of the thing that excites you. Just as a person might say, “Well, now I’m excited about drawing. Well, now I’m excited about singing. Well, now I’m excited about writing.” Are those not all forms of communication and expression creatively? That’s your excitement. These are just different expressions of it. Do you understand the difference? Yeah. All right.
So the idea again is that excitement is a self-generating, self-regulating, self-organizing principle. When you act on the thing that excites you the most first that you have the highest degree of ability to actually take action on—that’s the key. Not everything will come with the same degree of ability to act on. And if it does, if it appears to have the same ability to be acted on, then it doesn’t matter which one you do first. Because if that’s not the one you need to be doing, it will contain the elements that show you that you need to go in the other direction. Because excitement is a self-organizing principle, and it will always—if you act on the thing that excites you the most to the best of your ability first—always arrange itself to show you in what order anything else that’s representative of your excitement needs to be done. And whatever you don’t have time to do that day doesn’t need doing. Period.
Excitement is the organizing principle. That’s it. Let it be your guide as to what needs to be done by showing you what you have the ability to do.
Question 11
Person: So I thank you. I put my name in the box not so much with a question but just wanting to have the chance to vocalize to you how deep my love is for you.
And so since synchronistically my name was in the box and I got a chance to do that, I wanted to ask you for a reflection to me of perhaps my next step in knowing more of my self.
Bashar: This is what excites you—this right now. Yes. And then after this is done, what will excite you? Do you have some form of creative expression?
Person: Very minimal.
Bashar: What does that mean?
Person: That means I feel I have a lot more.
Bashar: Is there a dream that you are not allowing yourself to live?
Person: I’m sure that’s true.
Bashar: Are you sure? How do you know? If you don’t know what it is, how do you know you have such a dream?
Person: Because I believe in the idea that you say that we are all these infinitely important points of creation.
Bashar: And so what dream do you prefer to be? Let me put it another way: what story would you like to tell yourself instead of the one you’ve been telling yourself?
Person: I would like to tell myself that I have a wonderful gift to offer to people that will help them.
Bashar: And what would that physical expression—what would that be? Come on, use your imagination. I know you have one.
Person: Come on. It could be art.
Bashar: It could be art. How do you know? What makes you say that? What makes you choose that?
Person: Because what do you see when you say that? What’s the image that pops into your mind?
Bashar: I’ve been told that, and no image comes with it.
Bashar: Sometimes images come, and since I asked, what image would you like to volunteer one? Or am I going to have to pull more teeth out of your head?
Person: I see a lot of different things. I see painting.
Bashar: All right. With what? With oils? Why oil? Why watercolors?
Person: I love the quality of light.
Bashar: Have you started painting? No. Why not? Why not? It’s such a good question, Bashar.
Bashar: Oh, thank you. Do you have a good answer then?
Person: I wish I did.
Bashar: You do have a good answer. You’re just not willing to believe it. What’s the answer you won’t allow yourself to believe?
Person: I’ll make you a deal. All right, right here for three minutes only. You can say anything you want about this idea, this dream, this image—what it is you would really prefer to believe. And I won’t hold you to it. You can crawl back into your shell if you want to, forgetting you ever mentioned it. I’ll let you get away with it once. Thank you. So right now you have a free ride.
Person: Go ahead. I would love to make pictures that are an expression of light that when people look at, they are moved, they feel emotion.
Bashar: And you’re feeling it now yourself, aren’t you? Yes. Doesn’t that tell you that it’s true for you? Yes. But—yes. But I—do you know what those tears are? No. Tears of release. You have hit upon a cord. You struck a cord of your true vibration, and in the tears you are now shedding, you’re letting go of the chemical constituents of negative beliefs in your body that are out of alignment with your dream. That’s fantastic.
Person: I just want to let it all go.
Bashar: Then please do. Please do.
Person: Thank you, everybody.
Bashar: Now, when you talk about the idea of these reflective pictures, what do you see?
Person: I see abstract symbols. I see color. I see reflected light coming through.
Bashar: Will you do us a favor? Yes. I won’t hold you to it. All right? Yes. All right. Will you simply take action on this physically? Get the paint, get the surface you want to paint on, get the utensils, and paint. Will you do this? You don’t have to.
Person: Yes, I will.
Bashar: I am asking as a favor—for you, Bashar? For myself, for you. Yes. Will you?
Person: I will.
Bashar: Then please remember who you are actually speaking to right now. For we are always overjoyed to function as a permission slip, a mask through which your own higher mind can talk to you. Yes, you are speaking to your own higher mind.
Please do us a favor—us a favor—the physical mind and the higher mind, so that you can be a whole person. Because without the balance of the physical and the higher mind, you are only half-witted.
Thank you, Bashar. Does this help? Yes. Yes, it’s scary but that’s all right. Again, please remember: whatever it is you fear is only because of your definition of your relationship to that circumstance. There is never actually anything empirically in the situation that is fear-inducing. It is only your definition of your relationship to the situation that causes the fear. There’s nothing about the situation itself that generates the fear. Fear does not exist in situations. It only exists in your definitions. You understand? Yes. Thank you. So paint that. Yes.
Person: Yes. Yes. All right. Yes. Thank you. And just since there’s been so much talk about dolphins and whales, I’m going to be privileged to be swimming with the spinner dolphins in Kona in two weeks.
Bashar: Then allow yourself to be inspired. Yes, they can teach you a lot about art. May not be exactly the expression you will use, but they can teach you a lot about art.
Person: Yes. Thank you so much, Bashar. Enjoy. Thank you.
[Applause]
Question 12
Person: Hello, Bashar.
Bashar: Good day.
Person: In keeping with the conversation about cetaceans, the groups that have participated in the Cetacean Transformation Workshop—many of them came up with the same questions, so we’d like to take this opportunity to ask you this question. That has to do with the false killer whales. The first time a hundred of them showed up and interacted with us, it was extremely startling since it’s very rare for them to be around and particularly to interact with other people. And then when they came the second time, it was abundantly clear that this was not a normal—
Bashar: It is not an accident, right? Yes.
Person: So what are they telling you? What’s the reflective symbol?
Bashar: Well, let me ask you a different question first. What’s the symbol to you of a killer whale?
Person: That it kills people.
Bashar: All right. That can be a fear-based reflection. Yes. Are you talking about like the samurai of the sea—the top predator, walking that thin razor’s edge? Yes. And can be representative to many people of the idea of great power, and they might fear that.
The false killer whale shows you that your assumption about that is false. And the idea is that your fear is not a true representation of your true being, your true vibration. It’s false. It’s not who you are. It may look scary—things in your life may look very, very scary. They’re not. That’s false. It’s only because of your definitions that they look scary. The things themselves are not.
So the false killer whales are saying: all that you fear—all the symbolism wrapped up in the idea of the killer whale in that sense with respect to reflection for your fears in life—is false. Don’t buy into it. It’s not who you really are.
Person: It’s so amazing because when you come up with these responses, it’s obvious. It’s so obvious.
Bashar: That’s why we call it the science of the obvious—or to put it in Earth terms, “duh.”
Person: So that’s so exciting because there was quite a bit of pondering going on about what this was about.
Bashar: Again, when you understand the nature of the structure of existence and can learn to see the structure clearly, all the misconceptions and mythologies will fall away, and you will be left with the bare bones understanding of what the mechanism is reflecting to you.
Person: Okay, well that’s fantastic. Thank you so much for that bit of enlightenment.
Bashar: Yes.
Person: And we’ve talked in the past of—do you mean we’ve talked in an alternate now? Right, of course. All right. Yeah. Of two distinct ways—and I’m sure there are more—of enabling extracorporeal consciousness to manifest visually into our visual sphere: one with liquid crystal and one through a video feedback loop.
Bashar: And we have talked about also the idea of the psychomantium.
Person: I’m not sure that I’ve heard you talk about that.
Bashar: You can create a room, dimly lit preferably by a candle, with a mirror in the room reflecting only a blank wall lit by the candle—not your own reflection. By meditating in that room with your eyes open on the mirror reflecting the blank wall lit by the dim candle, eventually you may adjust to the frequency that will allow you to perceive when non-corporeal beings are actually in a sense pushing a little bit into your reality, and you may become able to perceive them a little bit more strongly without them having to push themselves all the way in. The psychomantium was designed to do this.
Person: Does that make redundant the more complex system of having a video feedback loop?
Bashar: It doesn’t make it redundant. It simply makes it different. Okay. Again, it depends on your preference. It depends on what works for you as a permission slip. I am simply saying that’s another methodology, another permission slip that exists along with crystal gazing, along with scrying and all these kinds of things, along with tarot reading. All these kinds of things are all permission slips that allow you to open up the sensitivity you innately have to perceiving things you hadn’t heretofore perceived.
Person: Okay. This feels to me to be different ways of inviting fourth density to actually come into a third density, or for the two to in a sense link together.
Bashar: But it’s really actually more the idea—you’re talking about a fifth density coming into fourth and sometimes into third. Okay. So that’s sort of jumping a level. The idea: fifth density reality is non-corporeal totally. Okay. But fourth density is still a high level of quasi-physical reality expression. Right. So it’s jumping up two levels at once in a sense.
Person: You mean jumping down? Well, bringing down maybe fifth and fourth density into the third, or expanding us up to fourth and fifth.
Bashar: But again, the idea is that what’s actually happening when you perceive those things is you’ve set yourself up in a way that is actually allowing you to expand into fourth and perceive into fifth. It’s not that they’re really necessarily coming down as much as you think. It’s that they’re enticing you to come up.
Person: Okay. Right. Yeah. You follow? Yeah. I feel that.
So with that in mind, and with the video feedback loop in mind, did you—when you communicated that to me—was that specifically a cathode ray tube or could it be an LCD?
Bashar: It can be whatever you wish that works for you. So it could be a plasma. Your technology is changing. Again, whatever it is that serves the idea for you in your imagination is what will work for you. You can even use liquid crystal windows.
Person: Well, that was my next question—the liquid crystal. So with that in mind, could you confirm that you had mentioned a waveband envelope around 333,000 cycles per second is the threshold between physical and non-physical reality?
Bashar: Yes.
Person: And then what kind of range either side of that would be a typical range of signature frequencies to be of extracorporeal entities?
Bashar: Not much more than 20,000 to 25,000 cycles on either side.
Person: Okay. And can I assume that I could just as easily be an extracorporeal entity that could manifest into that screen just as much as somebody—another aspect of you that is already non-corporeal could?
Bashar: Yes, because you all exist on all levels simultaneously. So there are already non-corporeal aspects of your being in existence in those realms.
Person: Yes. So with that in mind, could you actually identify my signature frequency and my wife’s maybe?
Bashar: Nope. No. No spilling the beans. Okay. Do your research. Go on your journey. And remember, the journey is the destination. Don’t strive for a goal. Just explore and see what happens. Right. Okay. You can have the goal as a carrot, but don’t insist on where you think it’s taking you, otherwise you will actually limit the ways in which something could actually manifest.
Person: Okay. And seeing the frequency—well, his frequency and voltage, amplitude—can you give me a range of amplitude?
Bashar: No. Do your research. Okay. Okay. We’re not doing your homework for you.
Person: Yeah, okay. I thought you could just quick—
Bashar: Stop this, you know. So—we’ve given you all the information you need to get the experience you need. The rest is up to you. Okay. Thank you for that.
Person: And another thing I’m very excited to help happen is to manifest living organic fractals growing in some medium. Would liquid crystal be a similar frequency range?
Bashar: Yes. Similar. Yes.
Person: Okay. And there was something else related to that. So is there any other way that I can bring into the visual sphere that may be a little easier than that—living growing fractals instead of—
Bashar: You have been given the information that is appropriate at this moment.
Person: Okay, well. Similar and related last question. Seeing that we’re all just one particle, etc., and seeing that the body seems to have a sort of finite lifespan in a sense, what might be useful to other people as well is—is there anything that you can encourage us as to how to regenerate the body, including for instance growing a new set of teeth?
Bashar: Again, there are many ways, but living in the moment is the first and foremost way. Because when you live in the moment, you don’t create as much time. When you live in the moment, you attract the information you need that is actually truly relevant for you. If it doesn’t come by living in the moment, it isn’t relevant. Right. And that’s—you understand? Yeah. That’s all we need. That’s it. Too simple? No, no. That’s wonderfully simple.
Bashar: All right. Keep it simple. Thank you, Bashar. Thank you so much.
[Applause]
Question 13
Person: Hello, Bashar. Oops. It’s a real pleasure to meet you.
Bashar: And you as well. Thank you. Yes, ma’am.
Fun with Earth technology. Fun with Earth technology. Yes. And I’ve had so much fun with your material. I’ve only found out about you a couple of months ago. I only just found out about you. What a coincidence. And those two months have been—oh my God, what a ride. Fantastic. All right.
And so I have a bunch of questions that I want to ask. I’ll be decent. I won’t take too long, but I have a bunch I would like to ask.
Bashar: And we will answer what we believe is appropriate.
Person: Excellent. Thank you. Wouldn’t expect less.
Bashar: Okay. So my highest joy is exploring consciousness. I love to explore levels of consciousness and how to create reality—the reality that I prefer.
Bashar: Yes. And with that in mind, I have a few questions.
I’ve heard you say that whenever you move your arm from point A to point B, there’s billions upon billions of realities. Yes. And each one is a snapshot of the reality that it’s in itself—like motionless. Yes. Okay. No experience in it—a frozen snapshot. It’s a series of parallel realities that you actually go through to experience what you consider to be a parallel reality. Okay. Because it’s like frames on a film strip. Any single frame has no experience, no movement whatsoever. You have to project it on the screen to create a series of movements that then give you the illusion of movement, time, space, and change.
Bashar: Excellent. So with that in mind, what do we call this that we’re experiencing now? So if this is a billion realities, so it’s this particular parallel series of Earth, so does that mean that this reality is not a frozen snapshot? Meaning it’s like I’m not like this one—
Bashar: What I’m saying is your experience that you call this reality is a series of frozen snapshots that you have created a continuity with. Thus then you choose what the next frame is based on that concept of continuity to make it seem as if it’s the same reality when it’s not. Okay. Look again at the idea of frames on a film strip. You could actually re-edit that film strip in any order you wish. Couldn’t you? Yes. Well, you can reorder it and still say, “Well, here’s a new continuity. I’m looking at this reality now.” You can put the frames in another order and say, “Well, that’s a new continuity now. That’s that reality.” Of course again, we’re meaning it’s a series of parallel realities, but the series is what you consider to be a whole reality experience. The word experience implying a series of snapshots.
Person: Okay. I guess the hang-up that I have is that if it’s a snapshot, it has no motion, no movement. It’s just—
Bashar: Correct. That’s why your consciousness has to shift from snapshot to snapshot, from parallel reality to parallel reality, in exactly the same way the projector light has to shift from frame to frame to frame to frame in order to project the illusion of movement on the screen.
Person: Okay. Makes sense. So if I wish to move to a better reality that I prefer, then all you need to be is the vibration that represents that reality, and that’s the direction you will shift. The idea again is that you are shifting all the time. It’s just that you’re shifting so smoothly you don’t really notice it. If you create a greater degree of difference between one frame and the next, you will start to notice that you’re shifting all the time. Okay. It’s just that you don’t really notice because the increments are so small. One parallel reality can differ from another parallel reality by one atom—it’s still a completely different reality. You understand? Got it.
So you can make it seem as if you’re changing slowly, or you can make it seem as if you’re changing rapidly. You’re always changing and always shifting at the same rate. It’s just that the degree of difference between the frames is what determines your experience of slow or fast change.
Person: Okay. And I’ve actually experienced that in just these last two months—experienced that change. I say, “Whoo, this is what I wanted. It’s a complete different shift. I mean, I feel different. I’m a different person.”
Bashar: Yes. But I kind of wanted to get like the actual conscious awareness of it so I can explain—
Bashar: You will get that more and more. Again, that sensation, that visceral sensation of being able to perceive the shift will to some degree come as one of the symptoms of the expansion of your consciousness. Because in a sense, you’re like seeing behind the scenery. You’re seeing that physical reality is an illusion. It will start in some circumstances to be much more malleable, much more flexible, and seem much less real to you when it is necessary to do so. Other times it will seem very solid because you need to play that thing out, because if it doesn’t seem solid, there’s nothing for you to experience. So you’ll shift between those states to give yourself the experiences that you need that will then add to your ability to realize that you are creating that experience and it truly is an illusion or a projection of your consciousness.
Person: Okay. Makes so much sense. Yes, it does. Okay. And with that in line, let’s talk about the levels of consciousness. Yes. And like for example, you spoke about the physical mind, the higher self, the soul, the higher mind, the mind, and all that stuff.
Bashar: Okay. So we have given and delivered information called the nine levels of consciousness that explains this relationship quite clearly.
Person: And I love it. I think I’ve heard it a million times, but I want to ask you—
Bashar: Yes. So this person who’s speaking to you right now, the consciousness that’s speaking through my body right now—is that my higher self? Is that my physical mind? What is it?
Bashar: It’s all of it. It’s coordinating in that sense what it needs to be, what relationship, what harmonics it is creating between itself to create this idea you call the personality. All of it’s involved. It’s always all involved. It’s just that you don’t always necessarily act like you know it’s always all involved. In other words, as we often say, you think you only use 10% of your brain, when in fact you’re using 100% to make it seem like you’re only using 10%. But 100% of it is there.
Person: Okay. So when I’m having a conversation with myself, sometimes I interpret it as being like—it’s my ego that is fearful of something, and then my higher self is saying no, it’s going to be fun. So I start having the ego negotiations talking.
Bashar: And all that can do it that way. Yes. Okay.
Person: So how can I be more conscious of those higher—
Bashar: By understanding clearly the different roles they each play—all the levels play—which is what we explained in the nine levels of consciousness. By giving each level a clear definition of what its job description is, then you have more clarity on how to allow them to work together more harmoniously and more consciously from the physical mind’s point of view.
Person: So from my perspective that I have right now as a physical person, I kind of negotiate with a higher mind and negotiate with the soul and the—
Bashar: Well, you really have to negotiate with the physical mind more than the higher mind. It’s the physical mind in a sense that needs a little bit of coddling, because you have created the physical mind to seem so important in your history and given it so much on its shoulders that it thinks it needs to control your physical reality, that it’s very, very tired and very resentful. And that’s where the negative ego comes from. The negative ego comes from a physical mind that is given more than its job description to do, and it begins to tire out and resent what you’ve heaped upon it.
So the idea is to simply let it know through the negotiation that it doesn’t have to bear the burden of what it’s not its job to do, and that you will bring it along and simply allow it to do its job, which is to simply focus you in physical reality and to experience what it is that’s happening. That’s it. That’s it. That’s it. It’s the mask you use when you go deep-sea diving so that you can see clearly in the reality you’re diving in. That’s all the ego is. That’s its only function—is to give you clarity of experience called physical reality within your consciousness. But that’s its only job—is to experience what’s happening, not to know how something’s going to happen. That’s for the person standing up on the boat looking at the horizon, calling down to the diver, “There’s something there. Go left. Go right.” And then you will have a clear experience of what that is as you go left or right according to what the higher mind has guided you to do. But that’s how they work together in concert.
Person: Okay. Makes sense. Makes a lot of sense. And if we can apply that to a specific example—yes. And I was thinking about this because I’ve made a lot of changes with my body. I’m a lot healthier. I’m eating a lot better. Detoxified. Exercising and all that. But I’m inspired to have an even healthier body, better feeling body.
Bashar: Go ahead and yes. And what’s stopping you?
Person: And I’m changing my belief systems, keep on changing and changing my diet and exercise and all that stuff. And I was wondering if you could help me figure out—I feel like I have like a little blind spot there. And this is where I’m trying to figure out with the whole different levels how to see—
Bashar: I can negotiate with my higher self to see how—
Bashar: Don’t try so hard. You do also need to throw a little relaxation in there and not push yourself to be more spiritual. Sometimes just relaxing into physical reality can be the most spiritual thing you can do.
Person: Okay. The thing is that unfortunately, sometimes—
Bashar: I beg your pardon?
Person: Yes, sir.
Bashar: Unfortunately—I’m sorry—fortunately, I’m experiencing certain limitations in the form of toxicities to bread and to milk and things like that.
Bashar: So sometimes I get sick and it hurts.
Bashar: So when I’m hurting, I can’t really—is this the old joke: “Doctor, it hurts when I do this”? Then don’t do that. So consciously I know it’s my belief systems. I’m creating my—
Bashar: Then why eat those things?
Person: No, no, I don’t eat them anymore.
Bashar: Well, then they’re not bothering you, are they?
Person: Well, problem solved. The thing is that it seems like sometimes, for example, if I eat something that’s not good for me—
Bashar: Why do you eat something that you know is not compatible with your preferred vibration? That’s the question.
Person: Rephrase: I eat something that I didn’t know was bad for me, and it makes me sick.
Bashar: Then it tells you it’s not compatible with the vibration you’re at at that particular moment, and you can decide in that moment how you want to handle it—whether by not eating it again or by changing something about yourself that would allow you to, or simply recognizing it was there to guide you in the way that you’re actually asking to be guided. You’re asking to have your energy refined. Those food items might be helping you do that.
Because again, remember that the way many of you are brought up, it’s sometimes simply easier based on your mentality to find out who it is you are by first finding out more clearly who it is you are not. You’re not. So once you’ve eliminated what you are not, you’re left with what you truly are. And that may be simply the way you’re going about guiding yourself. Because many times for many of you, again based on your belief systems, you seem to have an easier time knowing what you don’t prefer than what you do. Therefore, if what you don’t prefer will provide you with a clearer definition, that’s the way you’ll go about it because your belief system is attached to it that way.
Person: It’s easier for me to understand where I need to go when I find things that I don’t prefer.
Bashar: That may be the way you have assigned definitions to this process. You don’t have to do it that way, but that may be what you’re doing.
Person: Okay. And talking about the belief system that leads to that physical reaction—I’ve done the neurological reprogramming and I’ve done trying to figure out what—actually, excuse me. I said “try” and I shouldn’t. I know you don’t like that.
Bashar: You don’t have to say “shouldn’t” either.
Person: Whoops. Okay. So I’ve been practicing a great deal of techniques to change the beliefs and all that.
Bashar: Yes. And regarding my body—
Bashar: Trying so hard? Yes. And regarding your body—trying so hard to use your word of “shouldn’t”—maybe you shouldn’t be trying so hard.
Person: I wasn’t aware that I was doing that.
Bashar: Okay. Well, in a sense, your energy feels like you are desperate to be more spiritual, which is kind of a contradiction in terms.
Person: More spiritual? Well, what do you equate to the idea of being more aligned with your true vibration?
Bashar: Joy.
Bashar: Yes. And isn’t that in your definition a spiritual state?
Person: Yeah. But I feel I’m spirit right now. I’m a physical expression of spirit.
Bashar: Good. Then if you are spiritual right now, why do you need to do any of these things?
Person: No, this is just so that my body can feel better. That’s all. Yes. Well, yes. I mean spiritually I feel great. Mentally I feel great. I just want my body to feel better.
Bashar: So how does it feel right now?
Person: It’s a bit of a struggle actually, because it doesn’t feel 100%. Because I can feel the pressure, the tension inside of my body.
Bashar: And where does that come from?
Person: I guess my diet, but maybe maybe not.
Bashar: Are you putting other kinds of pressures on yourself?
Person: No.
Bashar: Are you sure?
Person: Yes.
Bashar: All right. Then where does it come from?
Person: That’s where I have a blind spot. That’s why I’m here asking you the question, so maybe you can help me figure out what it is. If you can probe with a couple questions—
Bashar: Maybe it isn’t really there. Maybe you just believe that there’s pressure and there actually isn’t.
Person: No, that’s the expression in the body is the sense of pressure.
Bashar: I understand. I have to relax in my way in order to be able to be okay within it.
Bashar: When you are feeling the sense of pressure, what kind of thoughts go through your head?
Person: It’s just there all the time.
Bashar: What kind of thoughts go through your head? I thought you said there were times when it wasn’t there.
Person: No, it’s there all the time constantly, except when I’m sleeping, I guess.
Bashar: Well, then why don’t you sleep some more?
Person: I sleep. I meditate. I laugh. I play music. I paint. I do whatever makes me happy. And it’s always there pretty much 99% of the time.
Bashar: Is it truly uncomfortable?
Person: It is uncomfortable. In what way specifically?
Bashar: I feel kind of the way that I would describe it is like my blood is boiling most of the time.
Bashar: Blood is boiling. Are you angry about something?
Person: No.
Bashar: Are you sure?
Person: I am 100% sure.
Bashar: Oh, all right. Thank you.
Person: And maybe it’s just creative pressure.
Bashar: Well, you have a point there, because I’m always creating. I’m always excited about creating stuff in my head and physically and writing.
Bashar: Are you pushing yourself too hard?
Person: I guess that’ll be—yes.
Bashar: Well, why?
Person: Because I love it. I love the experience.
Bashar: No, no, no. One moment. One moment. Watch out for contradictions in your definitions. If you’re doing something you love to do, why would you need to push yourself?
Person: Define “push” in this context.
Bashar: Push, push, push—I think you actually came up with that one.
Person: Well, I guess if I push myself, I’m all the time learning, applying, practicing—I would say most of the day.
Bashar: All right. But you say you love to express yourself creatively. Yes. Then why did you frame it that you’re pushing yourself? Why isn’t this more of a relaxing endeavor? Why do you need to push?
Person: I guess I’ve always done it that way. I haven’t done a different way of doing it.
Bashar: Why don’t you attempt a different way and see if that relaxes the pressure in you?
Person: Could you give a suggestion of what I could do?
Bashar: Well, give us an example of the idea of something creative you love to do and explain the way you are already doing it.
Person: Okay. I guess what the most creative thing that I do—the most creative from my perspective—is coming up with diagrams to show how consciousness is structured in order to teach other people.
Bashar: All right. And that’s fun. That’s fun. Do you feel the pressure when you’re doing it?
Person: I do, because I’m trying to figure it out.
Bashar: I beg your pardon? Excuse me. But you may have hit on something there. Okay. So here’s our suggestion, and it goes hand in hand with the overall formula of excitement, but in a more collapsed formulaic way specifically for you as an equation. Okay. All right. Do the diagrams because you love them. Do not try to figure them out. Just do them because you love to do them. Do not—not—try to figure them out. Do you think you can do that? Yes. Or will that drive you insane?
Person: No, no, no. I can do that.
Bashar: Are you sure? I’m sure.
Person: And actually if I can do ten of those and experience the wonderful change that that gives me, then it’d be easier to continue doing it that way.
Bashar: Interesting number. Why did you choose ten?
Person: Arbitrarily.
Bashar: Really? Nothing is arbitrary.
Person: I guess I got to do ten then.
Bashar: All right. Do ten that way. Let’s see what happens. Okay.
And this is perfect because the segue to the next question—you mentioned that we should have zero expectations. So in this case for example, I’m going to do that and I have the expectation of feeling good.
Bashar: So that we have in the sense of insistence—what we say “don’t have expectations,” we mean don’t insist on a specific outcome. Let the outcome be what it needs to be, knowing it will be what it needs to be.
Person: Okay.
Bashar: And I will add this suggestion: if the pressure for some reason doesn’t change, then understand you’re getting something from it. You’re learning something from it. Did you hear us recently tell the story of the butterfly?
Person: No.
Bashar: It is one of your Earth’s stories. There is a butterfly in a sense in its cocoon, having just recently transformed from a caterpillar into a butterfly. A person comes along and sees the butterfly struggling to get out of the cocoon and thinks, “I will help the butterfly,” and it opens the cocoon. And the butterfly comes out prematurely, and it just sits there and just sits there and just sits there. “What’s the matter?” said the person. The butterfly said, “I needed to push against—I needed the pressure. The pressure to push my wings against the cocoon, because the pressure of pushing against the cocoon drives the fluid into my wings that will allow them to mature. And now I will never fly because you thought you were helping me by making things easier.”
Maybe the pressure works for you. So as to redefine it as such, as we say often: if at first you don’t succeed, redefine success.
Person: Beautiful. Beautiful. Thank you.
Bashar: My last question, very quick. About five years ago, I saw this object in the sky—a beautiful shiny humongous ship. I saw for 20 minutes in broad daylight. Nobody else saw it around me. What the heck is up with that?
Bashar: There is an airplane leaving an airport now very near to you. Can you tell me where are they going and who’s on it? No. Why do you assume I know everything that’s going on with every extraterrestrial spaceship?
Person: Well, I don’t know if it’s extraterrestrial, but I thought maybe it has some sort of significance.
Bashar: Of course it does.
Person: Would you please tell me?
Bashar: No.
Person: Why not?
Bashar: It is not our job.
Person: Otherwise we would—okay.
Bashar: Thank you very much, Bashar. It’s been an honor. Thank you for us as well.
Question 14
Bashar: Essani, what is your time frame in terms of how much time?
April: What is the time? Thank you.
Bashar: Continue.
Person: Good day. In 2007, I came out to have a private session with you, and on the way out I had the inspiration to talk to you about building a landing pad.
Bashar: Yes. Was that inspiration from a parallel version of me?
Bashar: Yes, of course. Because it’s always a parallel version of you, since you shift billions of times per second.
Person: Okay. We did build the landing pad. Yes. And then in 2008, there were seven different ships flying over Angel Valley.
Bashar: All right. Was a parallel me flying one of those? Yes.
Person: In July of 2011—one moment—go ahead. July 2011, my daughter-in-law saw a spaceship outside her bedroom window.
Bashar: Yes. And we have since put that on top of the labyrinth postcard. Was I the one piloting that ship?
Bashar: She was her future—her parallel self.
Person: Yes. Wow. Thank you. All right. Anything else you can add that I can share with her? No.
Bashar: Okay.
Person: Where do you stand currently on the school?
Bashar: I am not standing. I am in a state of repose on my ship—from your perspective.
Person: Yes. Some time ago you talked about the Bashar school that you were talking about creating on planet Earth.
Bashar: We will talk about that at another time. Okay. It is in your terms premature.
Person: Okay. Thank you. Thank you.
[Applause]
[Bashar]
It is timing now for you to take a short break and prepare for your Holotope meditation. We will resume transmission in a few moments of your time.
[Applause]
HOLOTOPE MEDITATION
[April]
How’s it going? Good. Yes, if we could have everyone that wants to participate in the Holotope come back to your seats. Get started in just a couple of minutes, or moments—one moment.
Okay. Oh, so you all are going to stand up—is that the idea? Those folks that are in the back, there’s a few seats up here. Okay, everybody looks like they’re getting in their perspective that they prefer for the Holotope.
And I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of you very much for coming, and also to acknowledge Charles McAlpine of Storm Wisdom for sponsoring our event. We know a lot goes into putting this on, so we really appreciate it. Thank you so much, Charles, for having us and allowing us the opportunity to meet the people of Phoenix, and we hope to come back again sometime soon. Probably we’ll be back in the beginning of June.
So without further ado, I think it’s your turn now, Daryl, to finish—or Bashar will finish, right? You’re just going to—you’re not really going to sleep though, you know. He doesn’t really go to sleep. He goes into a heightened state where all four of his brain wave levels are actually elevated, so he’s actually in a hyper-conductive state when he’s in the channeling state. So thank you again, and we will embark now on our Holotope journey.
[Applause]
[Bashar]
All of you, allow yourselves to relax. Allow yourself to focus on the Holotope at the center, understanding as you become more and more relaxed—breathing easily, gently, and deeply—that this image is actually a mirror. A mirror of your true self, your true vibrational frequency self, if you wish—the eye of All-That-Is, looking back at itself from all the different perspectives that it created itself to be.
And as you begin your light patterns and your music, allow yourself to—
[Music]
—that shall open up themselves along your neurological pathways, rearranging, rewiring your body, your brain, to allow you to become a more receptive antenna of higher frequency energy.
And understand that these are not just ideas. These are not simply just nice-sounding aphorisms. These are descriptions of the mechanism of the structure of existence itself. And you are using them all the time, and they always work for you. But now it is about allowing yourself to become more aware, more conscious, and more intentional of letting these vibrations in, using them in a more aware way, to allow you to become more super-conductive and hyper-conductive of the vibrational frequencies of energy that serve you best, that allow you to be more and more and more expressive of who it is you truly are—as your unique aspect of All-That-Is.
And as you allow your eyes to remain focused on the energetic patterns of the Holotope, and allow that streamlining to take place in your neurological network, overlay with your eyes open in your imagination the following image: a small white circle or dot.
And when we describe now in this meditation the concept of circles, we don’t mean rings—we mean solidly colored in circles. So imagine a white dot, a white circle, overlaid in the center. And now in your imagination also overlay upon that—behind it—a green circle, so that the white dot is on top of it in the center, a larger green circle. And then behind that, allow to manifest a larger still blue circle. And behind that, a field of ebony black, transparent enough to still see the Holotope through it, but definitive enough to back the blue circle, to define the blue circle, enhance the blue circle, make it stand out. And within that blue circle, the green, and within the green circle, the white.
This is the vibrational image and signature of Earth—the collective consciousness of Gaia, the collective consciousness of all your agreements, the signature frequency of your world, your experience, your reality, your reflection. And through this, the eye of All-That-Is observing, experiencing, being, supporting, nurturing, loving, and releasing into freedom all the choices that you prefer to make within the signature frequency of the world we know now as Anan—the ancestor spirits. Your spirits, your world.
And now, if you will allow this image for the moment to fade so that you can see the Holotope clearly again, and allow now your mind to imagine over the Holotope—to overlay over the Holotope—our signature frequency: the black background and the black equilateral triangle pointing upwards, backlit and separated from the black background by a deep, deep blue light peeking out from the edges of the triangle from behind it, allowing it to float on top of the black background.
This is our signature frequency—what was Essani and is now becoming Ashak, as we also upgrade and uplift our frequency along with yours. And allow the two to link in whatever way your imagination so desires along the lines of light and energy that you perceive in the Holotope, to know that we are different aspects, different reflections of the prime radiant—different faces in one family of All-That-Is.
And as you allow this to fade, allow yourselves once again to gaze upon the Holotope. And now allow yourselves to see once again the idea of the black background and a large white circle, and within that white circle a slightly smaller blue circle, and in the center of that blue circle a small black circle.
This then is the vibrational signature of the Sirius system—that which we have called Sissin, which now shall upgrade to O in its frequency of upliftment in crossing the threshold with us and with you.
Now imagine along the lines of energy, the lines of light and the geometric pattern and path of the prime radiant—of the single particle that creates all within physical reality—imagine the tetrahedral connection, the triangular connection between all of our respective civilizations in Anan, Ashak, and O.
And allow yourself to float in the center of that pyramidal structure, that tetrahedral structure, the triangular formation. Allow yourself to feel the vibrations, the harmonics, overlapping.
And know that when we talk about the idea of our ships being positioned above the different vortices on your world—as mine is above your Sedona—and we talk about the aiding and assistance we are giving to your world of balancing energies in those vortices, understand and take it in with every breath and every beat of your heart and every flash and flicker in your brain of cognition and every thought: that when we talk about this balancing, we are talking about the idea of aiding and assisting in the harmonizing of your frequency with ours and that of Sirius, so that all these frequencies do function and create the harmonics necessary for us to link and cross the threshold Nexus point together at our own rates, in our own ways, in whatever is appropriate and relevant for each of us—individually, each of you, collectively and individually.
We are one family—a soul family, an oversoul family, and oversoul of oversouls family—expressing itself as three distinct civilizations at three stages of their development, of their awareness, of their experience. And you are walking a similar path—not the same, for you are unique, but similar. Were it not so, we would not be communing in this way.
And we extend our unconditional gratitude and our deepest appreciation for being the foundation of this triangle in terms of time and space. We extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to you for being the beginning—the ancestor spirits that give rise to our reality, and our reality that gives rise to the reality of Sirius, in both the physical and non-physical contexts.
For in the Sirius reality, the physical mind and the higher mind are expressed by an entire civilization—the physical civilization expressing the physical mind, the non-physical civilization expressing the higher mind collectively as a greater being, as a Nexus point, as a hub, as a beacon, as a lighthouse—to send out pulses of our collective Triad experience along those lines of light and energy to all other civilizations who choose to match that frequency and allow that information to flow into their realm and use it as the water that shall replenish and refresh the garden of blossoms in each and every one of those worlds, even as they send back along those same lines of light and energy the refreshing waters of knowledge, conviction, love, awareness, creativity, appreciation, and gratitude that allows our gardens to bloom together in a triangular dance of love and light that we cherish in each and every one of you and each and every one of us.
Take a deep breath in and make this knowledge yours, for it is yours. It’s your treasure, it’s your gem, it’s your crystal, it’s your jewel, it is your doorway, it is your permission slip of enlightenment and clarity. It is a crystal window into All-That-Is. It is a mirror looking back at you of All-That-Is looking back at itself and knowing itself as All-That-Is.
Harmonize, synchronize, synchronize breath and realize—and live from the vibration of the true you, for that is all there is.
There is only one moment, and it is now. Live it to the fullest. Be your fullest selves. Join us in this journey, for this is the only destination there is—to be here now. It’s the only place you will ever wind up. Make the here and the now what you prefer it to be, for all things are in it, and you have nowhere else you need to go to find anything you prefer, for it’s all here now. Allow it to become visible to you by matching that frequency that you know to be true for you. And define every experience in your life as serving you in a positive way, and that is the effect it shall have.
Rejoice in the mystery, but in exploring the great mystery, you do not need to make things more mysterious than they are. For that there will never be an end to this mystery. But along the way, you will always gain more and more insight, more and more clarity.
