Today’s journey is going to be all about getting to those deeply held resistant beliefs. Based on what I understand is going to happen, or some version of it, and especially after looking at the diagrams that Daryl had downloaded last night, basically by being able to look through a belief or how a belief is structured, it’s going to give you another leg up on transforming any negative beliefs that are deeply held and very resistant to change.
I think as Bashar will explain, a lot of these beliefs are tied into sort of catch-22s where they come with the caveat that you’re not allowed to change them or something like that. So by making it transparent, it will allow you to get in touch with what a belief is and also have a sense of mastery over being able to change it or not. So I think it’s going to be really exciting.
And then in the afternoon after our lunch break, we’ll have the Holot Hope experience, and that’s this development here that was created by somebody in collaboration with Kirby. Kirby, please stand up because I just really want to honor Kirby in terms of what he has brought to us in helping to elevate and expand the energy of this experience. Because not only these beautiful crystals, which help to sort of recreate the environment that Bashar is in when he’s transmitting to us, it creates more of a resonant energy with these large crystals. But in addition to that, this technology with the Holo allows certain areas of your brain to be activated so that you can be able to experience another dimension of your own consciousness and dissolve things and then allow them to recrystallize. So it was all connected with the 15 minutes because that was the first part that he was explaining about how your brain can rewire itself. So I think it’s going to be really exciting today and a very, very important session, and so we thank you very much.
Opening Remarks
Let’s say good day to you this day of your time. How are you all? All right. First of all, once again we thank each and every one of you for your participation in the co-creation of this interaction and allowing this transmission to occur this day of your time.
This transmission is part two, as you call it, of a three-part transmission. Last night of your time, in your time moments ago to us, we spoke about the idea of 15 minutes and counting, wherein we described the idea of the plasticity of the neurological net of the brain and how every thought, every idea, every feeling, every belief, every definition changes literally changes the pathways of the brain. And how in what we are about to transmit, the information therein can allow you more efficacy in taking those changes and forming those changes along certain vibration lines to instill certain pathways that will become more super conductive and hyperconductive to allow you to become a more refined antenna to allow the brain to become a more refined receiver of the downloads from the higher mind.
So that the physical mind, in having that brain rewired into a more receptive, more clearly receptive antenna, then the physical mind can take what it perceives as more representative of the vibration of the download from the higher mind, and you can be more in accord, more in alignment, more in agreement with the idea of the guidance of the higher mind.
In understanding that it takes about 15 of your minutes from the beginning of the rewiring for that rewiring in the brain to go from a plastic state to once again a crystallized state and hardwire itself with the new information. This transmission has been designed, and later on the Holot experience specifically has been designed to allow during that plastic state, when it is going from rewiring to hardwiring, to be imbued with the appropriate frequency to ensure as best as possible that when it is hardwired, it retains the appropriate vibration that will allow your brain to become a clearer receiver and an antenna for the download vibration from the higher mind.
But before we get to that point in our third part of the transmission, we would now like to examine and explore with a kind of an x-ray approach the idea of what beliefs are, what it is you are specifically looking to change. And this is why we have entitled the idea “Brick Walls and Beliefs,” because we understand that very often when you have a belief and you wish to change it, you say you prefer to change it. Sometimes we know that many of you experience a great degree of difficulty in allowing that belief to change.
So what we are going to examine today is the actual nature of the actual structure of beliefs, so that perhaps by gaining some insight into the actual structure of the belief, you will understand how it is organized to perpetuate itself, and you will perhaps also gain greater understanding in understanding how that organization works and how you can in a sense break it down, how you can deal with the different components of the belief, how you can recognize the different tricks in a sense that negative beliefs have in their toolkit to perpetuate themselves and make it seem as if it is difficult or maybe even impossible to change that negative belief.
The Motivational Mechanism
The idea first and foremost, as we have discussed before of course, is that when you attach certain kinds of beliefs to your motivational mechanism, you are then automatically propelled automatically and immediately propelled in the direction of reinforcing that belief. And the idea of the motivational mechanism is again quite simplistic. You are always motivated by the same mechanism to do whatever it is you choose to do, always without exception.
You only have really two basic motivations that are really simply different sides of one motivational mechanism. Your motivational mechanism is simply that you will always, always, always immediately move in the direction of what it is you perceive to be or define to be more pleasurable. You will always, always, always and immediately move away from what you define to be or perceive to be more painful. The key herein is the idea of what it is you define, what it is you believe, what it is you perceive to be pleasure and pain.
Many of you say that you in a sense intellectually recognize what it is you prefer, and yet you do not necessarily understand why it is you do not choose it, why it is you do not always act on it. This comes down to the motivational mechanism and recognizing that if you had a positive belief system attached to that so-called preference, you would immediately choose it. And if you are not choosing it, if you are not behaving in that direction, if you are not acting on it, what that immediately tells you without exception is there must be a negative belief attached to your actual preference that is making you see it in a light that makes it not something you actually prefer to choose.
So the important thing is to find out what belief you have attached to the idea of your so-called dream, your so-called preference, that makes it seem to be anything but your preference. And once you find out what belief that is that you have attached to that preference, you will know immediately why you are not choosing it.
Many individuals will actually remain in a painful state even over the idea of what they say they prefer to choose because of the belief systems they have attached to the thing that they say is representative of their passion, which then makes their passion actually seem more painful of a choice than the pain they are already choosing. Many times it is as simple as fear of the unknown, not wanting to move forward in a direction that is unfamiliar to you, and staying with the pain just because the idea of the pain being familiar makes it seem as if that familiarity, that pain and that familiarity, is preferable to the idea of the fear of the unknown, and therefore you remain in the pain as painful as it is just because it’s something that you know as opposed to something that you don’t.
If you have a belief that says that unknown is to be feared, it is as simple as that very often. But it takes, it requires of you the ability, the willingness to examine and explore why you have those beliefs and why you have attached them to that motivational mechanism and why you have attached them to your preference in that manner.
Understanding Manifestation
One of the things we will also be discussing in this segment is the whole concept of in a sense what you call manifestation. Now let us provide you a slightly different idea and understanding of the concept of manifestation because many of you when you think about the idea of attempting to manifest something, bring it into your reality, make it appear, solidify it, crystallize it, make it experiential, are coming from a point of view also definitionally and belief system related that it is something that does not exist in your reality, that you are attracting into or bringing into your reality, that somehow it is ephemeral and non-physical and you have to somehow make it solid, make it appear, make it real. That is not the case.
What it is that is representative of your preference and what you call your desires to manifest already exists in your reality. It is already manifest. The idea of manifestation is not bringing something that doesn’t exist into existence or attracting something over there and bringing it over here. The idea is that what you desire to manifest is already here, already existent, already real. Manifestation is the process of giving yourself the ability to realize, to perceive that it is already here.
You do not have to do any magical thing to make it come into existence. It is already existent. It’s already within your sphere of reality. It is just that your belief system makes it invisible to you. So manifestation is not the process of actually conjuring something out of nothing. It is the process of making the invisible visible, and that simply requires an alteration of perception. That’s all it takes.
So we are going to be talking about that idea as well, and let us begin right there.
The Paradoxical Mechanism of Manifestation
The idea of one of the mechanisms of manifestation that allows the invisible to become visible is something that uses the power of paradox very strongly. We often talk about the idea of paradox as the recognition that you are in a very powerful place right in the center of your power. Because what to you may seem paradoxical, what to you may seem contradictory, two opposing ideas that cannot necessarily seem to coexist but do coexist, tells you right then and there that there must be a middle ground from which they both come, and that middle ground, that balance point, is your place of power from which you have generated the apparently paradoxical and apparently contradictory concepts.
But because you can perceive them both, it tells you that just the perception of those things alone tells you that you are actually in the center of those things, that they come from the center of your being, and that you’re simply seeing reflections of the polarity expressions of the polarity of creation, but polarity within you combines and interacts in a very specific way to generate your true perfect place of balance and perfect place of power. So when you see paradox, rejoice, because it is telling you that you’re standing right at the center of your creative self and have the ability to thus then manifest and transform and make the invisible visible very quickly.
Let us explain a little bit more clearly about the idea of the paradoxical nature of the mechanism of manifestation. Many of you have been taught to think about the idea of manifestation as an issue of attention and as an issue of focus, as an issue of concentration, and in a sense this is accurate. However, a very important point is often left out, or at the very least sometimes this point is spoken of independently and so no connection is made to the idea as a whole concept.
The two seemingly paradoxical issues here are intention, focus, and concentration, and conversely on the other side, what you have often heard in many metaphysical and New Age information sources, the idea of surrender and letting go. These two things are not diametrically opposed. They are not mutually exclusive. They work together in a whole mechanism.
In other words, the secret one direction of the paradoxical mechanism is the idea of intention, focus, and concentration, and then after that has been done, letting go and surrendering and letting the intention, focus, and concentration do its job on higher levels. Working these two things together, linking these two things together, gives you the entire mechanism of manifestation.
The 15-Minute Formula
Again, understand this connects to the notion of the 15-minute time span in the following way. Any time that you have a desire or a preference for a manifestation, the idea yes is that in a sense it must be representative of your passion. It must become your world. The intention, the focus, in a sense the concentration is there if that is representative of your passion, because when something is representative of your passion, you’re automatically focused on it, you automatically intend it, you’re automatically concentrating all of your attention on that idea because that’s what passion does.
If you are passionate about something, there is no other choice, there is no other consideration. All other things fall by the wayside. That is a true description of the idea of being in your passion. There simply is no other choice. So there is automatic focus, automatic intention.
If then in what you call a peaceful state or a meditative state or a focus state, you allow yourself to imagine that passionate idea, that manifestation that is desired, and feel it and build that energy up in your energy, in your emotions, in your passion, build that energy to a peak over the course of simply 15 minutes and no longer. Sometimes even less when you get proficient at it. You don’t always need all 15 minutes, but 15 minutes at the most is all that is necessary for you to activate the idea of the wheels, the gears, and put it in motion with regard to the idea of allowing the invisible to become visible.
But when you do that, when you build it to a peak over the course of a few minutes or 15, the next step is to completely and utterly let it go, forget about it, stop caring about it, let it go, surrender it utterly to the higher self. Let the higher self now do the job.
You see, physical reality, while apparently complicated at times, is actually not extremely complex in a sense. It is actually built on very simple principles, and you don’t actually have to do very much to get the ball rolling.
Because your physical mind, as we have said a few times, is not designed to understand how things are going to happen, how things are going to manifest. The “how” is the purview of the higher mind. And because the physical mind does not actually have the capacity, the capability to understand, it is not designed to understand how that’s going to happen. All it needs to do is flip the switch and let the higher mind do the “how,” do the things that are necessary to cause the synchronicities in your life that need to be there, and the downloads and the inspiration that need to come to you to allow the invisible to become visible, to allow the manifestation to occur.
So all you need to do is do it a little bit for no longer than 15 minutes, bring that up to a full peak of passion, a full peak of imagination, a full peak of visualization, however it is you wish to do it, with that intensity, that concentration, and that focus, and then utterly, utterly, utterly let it go.
Now we understand again that because of certain negative beliefs, many of you find it difficult to actually let it go. But that is very important because without the letting go side, you don’t actually have the whole mechanism engaged. It is important to understand that the intensity, focus, and concentration must be paired with the surrendering and the letting go to actually have the whole mechanism of manifestation. This is using the power of paradox built in to this idea, to this process, to this permission slip.
Letting go means you really know, you really know, you really know that the higher mind is doing its job and you can now relax. The physical mind can relax. It doesn’t need to do anything else. It is not required nor is it capable of doing anything else. So really, really, really when you know this, you can allow your mind, your physical mind, to just let it go, knowing it is in good hands in a sense, and get on about your day, focusing on the next most exciting thing you are capable of taking action on.
At the same time, again you must be clear as we already said about your motivations to ensure that what it is you are focusing on, what it is you are surrendering to, is truly representative of your highest passion instead of something that is simply being labeled as such to actually act as an avoidance of what your highest passion actually could be. This is where you have to really be clear again about the idea of what beliefs you are dealing with, because many of you often fool yourselves and trick yourselves through the negative belief system into thinking that you’re acting on your excitement when in fact you’re actually acting out of anxiety and covering up because you’re afraid to look at the idea of what it is that actually does excite you because of all the negative beliefs you’ve attached to it.
So clearing out your motivational mechanism and finding out what beliefs you have attached to it is the primary first and fundamental process that is required in order to actually use the tool of manifestation in a clear and concise and precise manner. Once you have your motivation clear and you know that what you are focusing in on is truly representative of your passion, then you will find that this mechanism of manifestation works very, very strongly, very well, and often very rapidly.
But the idea again is that you cannot worry it there. You cannot make it happen. You cannot insist that it must happen at a certain time and in a certain way because then you are once again putting conditions on it. You are not allowing yourself to truly let it go. You are not allowing thus then the higher mind to do its job. You’re actually blocking the entire process by keeping in a sense the control or trying to keep control of the situation within the physical realm. And the physical realm is not designed to handle energy in that way. It does not have the ability. It does not have the capacity to do the job of the higher self. It simply doesn’t work in physical reality that way.
It would be as if you dove down under the sea with your breathing apparatus and then instead of allowing yourself to rise to the surface and taking your mask off, taking your breathing apparatus off, and taking a deep breath up there to go back into that realm, it is as if you are insisting by trying to control it in physical reality. It is as if you are taking off your mask, taking off your breathing apparatus underwater and inhaling, and wondering why you start choking and wondering why you cannot see that far anymore, why things are suddenly murky and muddy, and why you are suddenly drowning.
The idea is you must allow yourself, your whole self, to participate in this idea of creation of your reality. And you are not a whole self. You are not a whole person unless you allow the physical mind and the higher mind to work in concert.
We know many of you have been taught to think that the idea of the higher mind, being that it is nonphysical, is somehow not really a part of who you are as a person. It’s something else, somewhere else, on another plane, on another level, and has nothing to do with what you’re supposed to be doing as a personality in terms of guiding yourself through life. But that is not the case. In order to actually move through physical reality as a whole person, you need the back and forth. You need to work in concert. You need a partnership between physical mind and higher mind so that you can actually function as a whole person and use each component in the way it was designed to be used, so that you can then allow the mechanism of manifestation and the creation of your reality to work in an effortless and aligned way with the idea of the vibration of yourself as a total being.
The Expansion and Collapse of Energy
So the idea of the power of paradox in this manifestation mechanism is also working in the opposite direction. For as you allow yourself to have the intensity of focus on your highest passion and you allow that energy to build up to a pinpoint, a white-hot pinpoint of concentrational focus and imagery and energy and emotional feeling, bringing it to that fever pitch, and then as you let it go, the idea that is moving in the opposite direction is the issue of concentration and expansion.
The idea here is that as you actually concentrate, in a sense as you bring things down to a pinpoint, you’re actually raising the frequency. You’re actually expanding the frequency of your energy by focusing it down to such a small focus, a small passionate pinpoint. You’re actually expanding your energy in a sense, building it up in that sense, reaching out, letting it expand because you are now focused solely on your passion, more in alignment with your true core natural self, so your energy will expand.
As you let go, in a sense the energy then collapses back to your physical self. But as it has done so, it is similar to what your physicists call the collapse of the wave. For what this means is as you focus and as you concentrate and as you expand and expand and expand your energy bubble, you are containing all probable ways of manifestation that are best for you that could occur. You’re expanding your probability net. And as soon as you then surrender and let it go and that energy bubble collapses back down to your immediate reality, you are allowing the bubble to then automatically choose the highest probabilities that will actually help you bring the manifestation into your awareness.
So this is the paradoxical mechanism: as you focus, as you concentrate, as you in a sense narrow your field of view on the thing that you are most passionate about, you actually expand your bubble of energy probabilities. And as you let it go, as you release, as you surrender, you actually allow the bubble to collapse down to the most likely ways, the paths of least resistance that are there for you to bring the kind of synchronicity into your life that will most likely, most probably, allow for that manifestation to occur in the most effortless, most rapid way possible.
Do you understand this mechanism? Yes. All right.
The Structure of Beliefs
So now let us move forward into the understanding that in using the power of paradox in this way, in understanding how this mechanism works, the most important factor in this entire process or permission slip is getting a handle on the beliefs themselves that are at play in this mechanism. Because it is only the beliefs, it is only the definitions, that will color these mechanisms. These mechanisms work automatically. They are neutral. You don’t have to do anything special in a sense to make them work. They work for everyone. They work for everyone the same throughout creation. They work for everyone the same. It is just what is built in to the structure and nature of existence itself because existence is in that sense constantly the fluctuation of the polarities, the fluctuation of the paradoxes. It is constantly coming and going. It is constantly creating and renewing. It is constantly in that sense breaking down and building up. That mechanism is built in. It is the breathing in and the breathing out. It is the yin and the yang. It is always there. You don’t have to do anything special to make the mechanism work for you.
This is not about learning how to work the mechanism. This is about how to allow the mechanism to work in the clearest possible way, in the most aligned way with who you truly are, by clearing out the belief systems and the definitions that have nothing to do with you, the things you have inherited, the things you have had handed down to you, the things that come from other people that are not you.
Positive vs. Negative Beliefs
This right now, this idea of this structure in understanding how beliefs are structured and thus then how they color your utilization or your ability to recognize the utilization of these mechanisms. Positive beliefs, as you may observe on the diagram, are by definition in a sense expansive. You have a positive belief. All beliefs, even positive beliefs, have a mechanism within them that are self-reinforcing, self-perpetuating. They have to by definition, otherwise if they didn’t, because beliefs really are ephemeral, if they didn’t have a self-reinforcing component you would not be able to actually have a sustained, perpetuated experiential reality in that belief. You would not be able to see the manifestation of that belief if they didn’t constantly perpetuate themselves because they are constantly being chosen second to second to second to second to second.
It may seem as if it may appear as if in the illusion of space-time, in the illusion you create of continuity in space-time, it may seem as if once you have chosen a belief and it perpetuates itself, it may seem as if it is the exact same belief just rolling along and rolling along and rolling along, but that’s not exactly what’s happening. The idea of the perpetuation of the belief, the idea of the inertia and the momentum, is simply that the perpetuation mechanism is designed in such a way as to inspire you, shall we say, to continue to choose the same belief again in the next moment because in the next moment it is a whole new reality. You actually have to keep choosing the belief every single nanosecond in order to actually have an experience of ongoing perpetuation.
So the idea of the self-perpetuating mechanism in a belief is not that it simply has an automatic momentum that carries it through space-time. It is that it has an automatic perpetuation mechanism that seems to make it, that makes it seem like the thing to keep choosing over and over and over and over and over again because as you do that, you are actually creating a new reality, new reality, new reality, new reality. But if you are in a sense buying into the perpetuation mechanism of that belief, positive or negative, then what you’re doing is creating a completely new reality every moment that looks very much like the reality you created a moment ago. And as you keep creating similar realities, you thus create the illusion of continuity that it is the same reality and only changing slightly instead of understanding that it is a completely different reality that has changed completely except you are making it seem as if it hasn’t by simply allowing yourself to buy into the rationale of the perpetuation mechanism that says that that belief must be recreated again and again and again and again and again and again.
Now when it is a positive belief, obviously this is representative of alignment with your true natural core self and you don’t mind that it is in a sense inspiring you to recreate it again and again and again and again. But where you have your difficulty is when you don’t understand why you are recreating the negative beliefs that you say you don’t prefer again and again and again and again.
The Bag of Tricks
As you can see from the diagram, and even though this is an oversimplification, it will do to illustrate the point. Because of the nature of positive beliefs being integrative in that sense, they are in a sense more simply structured. They don’t need to be complicated. They don’t need to be in that sense very diverse because that is in alignment with your true natural vibration. Therefore they are very simply structured.
However, negative beliefs, because negative energy is that which dissociates, segregates, compartmentalizes, rigidifies, separates, needs a larger bag of tricks to sustain itself. Thus it will go from the fluid, ever-expanding positive structure, the simplistic expanding circular structure in a sense euphemistically, to the rigidized, crystallized, and non-expanding structure that will thus then contain several compartments and several bags of tricks that it uses to reinforce itself, to make it seem like the thing to keep choosing over and over and over again.
And here is where the x-ray vision comes in very importantly. You have to recognize what those tricks are, and thus then by recognizing them, by identifying them, catch yourself so that you are not then simply succumbing to the rationale that you have to keep creating and choosing to create in every new reality that belief over and over and over and over and over again.
Let us examine some of these ideas. One of the first differences that becomes evident between the positive and negative belief system, the positive and negative definition, is that while certainly even the belief contains this perpetuation mechanism, it also always brings with it the freedom to choose. It always allows you the ability to know you can change the belief.
So the first difference, one of the major differences in the negative belief, because when you operate from fear-based beliefs, it is automatically keying into what you call your survival instinct. In other words, fear-based beliefs lock into your survival instinct, your physical survival instinct, in such a manner as to first perpetuate the idea that if you don’t follow this belief, if you don’t perpetuate this belief, you will die.
So it relies heavily, heavily on tricking you into believing that if you change that belief, there will be nothing left of you, that the belief is all-consuming, that the belief is all representative of your true self, and that if you change it, what you’re doing is committing suicide. That’s one of the first tricks it has up its little sleeve to allow you to perpetuate it and perpetuate it and perpetuate it because it’s a fear-based mechanism. Therefore it is keying directly into your survival instinct mechanism and using it and amplifying and magnifying it to force you to perpetuate that belief so that you will survive.
Now the second thing that automatically happens when that mechanism is engaged, when you flip into the idea of a negative fear-based belief, is that in order for you to continue to perpetuate it, it must also reach into its little bag of tricks and make it seem as if it is not possible to change it. It simply cannot be changed. It simply doesn’t have the ability to be changed. It must be perpetuated by its very unchangeable nature. So it traps you in a vicious circle of knowing that there simply is no way out at all, that the very nature, the very structure of the mechanism says there is no doorway here. It cannot be changed. This is where you live. There is nowhere else to go. This is your entire universe. It is eternal. It cannot change.
But it also recognizes that it is fighting against a perpetual, non-ending, relentless stream of information from the higher mind attempting to reach your core being through this mechanism, because the higher mind, the positive beliefs and the higher mind, are always sending information, always sending light, always sending guidance to guide you back to your natural self. Always within the yin and yang there is always the opportunity to go in the opposite direction. Within the dark there is always the doorway that leads to light. Within the light there is always the doorway that leads to dark. But when you’re in the light, you understand that that doorway that leads to the dark is just a choice and it’s only offered to you as an equal choice. But when you’re in the dark, the doorway that leads to the light from the dark’s perspective is something to be avoided at all costs. So even though it cannot actually close that doorway, it will thus then disguise the doorway with an illusion of unchangeability so that you will not see the doorway, so that the doorway will become invisible to your consciousness because as we have said, you cannot perceive what you are not the vibration of.
When you are in an enlightened state, you can see all choices, even the negative ones, because they are all equal choices from the perspective of the higher mind. But when you are in the lower vibrational state of a negative belief and fear system belief, then the idea is that it must disguise these things that exist as choices to make it seem as if there is no choice at all. So tapping into the survival mechanism, the first thing it does with that energy is it disguises it, it covers up that doorway so that you don’t even know you have a choice to go back into the light, because that doorway is always there.
And the array of tools it uses to take your attention off that doorway, to make you look in any other direction other than that doorway that leads to the light, are these that are generally described surrounding the mechanism like in a sense a viral cell, like the idea of electrons around the nucleus of an atom. And it will constantly switch back and forth and use these other tools and techniques in a variety of ways and a variety of combinations to constantly keep you off balance, to constantly keep you unable to see that doorway that leads to the light.
A variety of mechanisms such as the idea of projection, such as the idea of rejection of ideas, such as the idea of paranoia, so that you will not believe what anyone is saying to you when they are actually attempting to help you, so that you can in a sense avoid all information that will actually be to your benefit by seeing it in a light, by projecting it from the dark vibration with a dark energy, so that even the light looks dark to you, and in that sense seeing everything in a negative light will keep you off balance.
The Power of Knowing the Structure
The idea thus then of all these things working together will keep you completely off balance until such time as you give yourself the opportunity to recognize that this structure exists. This is where truly the phrase in your language “knowledge is power” comes into play. The very fact of illuminating this structure, the very idea of revealing and exposing in x-ray form that this structure exists, can give you an edge over it.
Because once you’ve identified the structure, once you have identified the negative belief, once it becomes transparent to you and you understand what all the tricks are, something happens to that structure. You gain a perspective by being able to actually see it in front of your face, by actually having a diagram go through your eyes into your brain and start rewiring in your brain the recognition of the structure. The structure suddenly becomes illogical and nonsensical. You start to see your relative position to the structure and its relative position to you. You start seeing it as nothing but an illusion, nothing but a filter, nothing but a template overlaying the idea of your true self. And you start seeing the idea of you bouncing around in all these little crystalline rooms and being in a sense fooled and tricked into believing all the things that it is attempting to get you to believe to perpetuate itself from moment to moment to moment to moment.
The Reward Trick
Our personal favorite trick of negative belief is the one you see called “reward.” This is one of its most insidious little tricks. Negative beliefs will actually use positive reinforcement to reward you for buying into the negative belief so that you will then only recognize it as the thing to do. This is where it uses the motivational mechanism. This is where it attaches an apparently rewarding result to having chosen the negative path and makes you feel good about yourself and makes you feel safe and protected for having chosen the safer path, which is only another way of saying the negative belief in this case.
So in recognizing that it does this, that it uses all these tricks, you can begin to really examine each and every one of these. And the way to use this template is to take specific negative belief ideas and examine them in ways that we have discussed before, by finding out what that belief is such as for example “I am unloved,” and taking that and putting it in the center of that diagram and looking at all the different ways the tricks are used to reinforce the idea that you are unloved and to make it seem like the thing to keep choosing, to make it justified, rationalized, rewarded, to develop the paranoia that forces you to not look for the reality where you are loved.
One of the most insidious ways it has of reinforcing your inability to go in that direction is to make you believe that if you actually go looking for the positive side of that belief, you won’t find it because there is no such thing, it can’t be true. And thus then when you go looking and find out it doesn’t exist, you will then be disappointed. You will then find out that you really are as bad as you’ve been told you are. And so to avoid that reinforcement of the negative self at all cost, you will simply stay within the negative self. Look at how insidious that is. It is actually saying don’t go looking to prove the negative, stay in the negative you are in because the negative you are in is at least better than proving that the negative is true. It’s actually using itself to reinforce itself by saying you don’t want to go and find out that what I’m telling you might actually be true because at least here you have a shadow of a doubt, a tiny shadow of a doubt. I’ll allow you that much. That’s your reward. But if you go looking to find out whether or not what I’m telling you is true, well you’ll only find out that what I’m saying is true and then there’ll be no doubt whatsoever. So at least stay here and hold on to that tiny crumb of a doubt. At least that will allow you to survive miserably, but survive.
But if you go looking and find out that one telling you is the absolute truth and you are worthless, well then your whole world will crumble, then you will annihilate yourself, then you will not survive. Because how could you possibly survive absolutely knowing that you don’t belong in creation? How can you survive absolute knowledge that you are worthless? How could you survive that? You can’t, says negative belief. You can’t. So stay here and just play with that little doubt that I’m giving you, that “well I don’t know, it could be true that… or maybe it’s not, I don’t know.” But this is safer. At least here I’m alive, as miserable as I am. So I’ll keep perpetuating this and I’ll bring the doubt with me and I’ll keep wondering and I’ll keep wondering could it possibly be true that I’m really this worthless? Maybe I’m not. Oh, but if you go looking you might find out that you are. Okay, I’ll stay here again and again and again and again and again and again and again.
Burning the Template into the Neurological Net
But now, allowing your higher mind through our reflection to you to see the diagram of the tricks it is using to create these scenarios, to create the illusion that you must perpetuate the negative belief. This diagram will now begin to imprint itself in your neurological net just by looking at it. And when we do the Holot Hope experience, the 15-minute meditation later, we will burn that image into your neurological framework right into your template so that from this point forward, you will not be able to forget that this bag of tricks is being used on you when you succumb to a negative belief, and that will give you an edge.
Just enough of an edge so that when you find yourself falling into a negative belief and perpetuating it and going “oh poor me, this is my lot in life, I will never escape this, there is no way out, it’s not changeable, what you’re saying to me is not true, you are my enemy by telling me I am loved,” then you will remember this template and suddenly go “oh wait a minute, wait a minute, something’s breaking through. I’m getting a whisper, I’m getting an echo from the higher self that this might just be a trick.” You’ll start remembering that the bag of tricks is being used on you and suddenly you will realize the fallacy, the folly, the illogic of it, the nonsensical of it. You will recognize that it is just a belief like any other belief. That you don’t have to believe what it is telling you. That you can believe what you prefer. You can switch over to the positive frame of reference. That you have freedom, that you have choice, that you have inspiration, that you have growth, that you have positive synchronicity instead of negative synchronicity, that you can expand instead of contract, and you can start to see through the illusion that the negative belief is desperately trying to get you to believe, because it is basing that desperation on the idea that if you let that negative belief go, you will die along with it.
The idea however to also further understand is that that is also a fallacy. The negative belief will actually never die. It will simply become equalized as one of the many infinite choices you have to choose from, and you will see it that way from the positive side. From the positive perspective, yes that belief is still there. I could still choose that negative belief. But now that it is simply equal to any other choice, I prefer not to. I prefer this instead.
So it will not really die, but will do everything in its power to convince you that if you annihilate, if you change your belief, you will annihilate that belief, and since that belief is all you are, you will annihilate yourself. You will be committing suicide by letting that belief go. And you will not find anything to replace it because there is nothing to replace it, and you will wind up in emptiness, in a void, alone, miserable forever and ever, amen. That’s the bag of tricks of the negative belief.
So in the third part as we say of this transmission today, we will really lock this into your neurological net using the Holot experience, and you will begin to see that this will change things. Even if it is just a little crack that appears in the plan of the negative belief, in its bag of tricks, that little crack will be enough to let you see the doorway out, to let you see that doorway that leads to the light, and that’s all that’s needed. Is just the ability to know, the ability to see, the ability to perceive that that doorway exists in the dark. That’s all you need to start moving toward that doorway.
You will be continuously bombarded by the tricks of the negative belief that will try to scare you again away from that doorway, but now you will know it is just a bag of tricks. Now you will know that what it is telling you is not empirically true. It is just what it is attempting to do to preserve itself. So as you get closer and closer and closer to that doorway, believe me it will put up one hell of a fight. It will amplify these things and make them seem so life-threatening if you ignore them that it will be even more and more difficult to get another step closer to that doorway. But as long as you keep your sight on that light at the end of the tunnel, you will arrive at that light no matter what it says.
And at each step, and this is where you’re going to have the edge. What we have just described is what the negative belief normally does should you catch a glimpse of that light. It will bombard you, magnify, amplify its bag of tricks to turn you away from that doorway, to cover it up again. But now the difference will be that in knowing this template, in having it burned into your neurological net, as you now see the light in the darkness, as you now move toward it step by step, every single time the negative belief attempts to bombard you with one of its bag of tricks to reinforce the negative belief, you will always key back into your default position. You will always key back into the template, and you will start to see cracks form in its arguments. They will fall apart. They will not be able to sustain themselves because you will constantly understand that whatever it is they are bombarding you with, whatever the negative belief is attempting to divert you with, is again nothing but a part of this template.
And once that is burned into your neurological net, once it is hardwired in, you will find that you will never be able to completely buy into the negative belief again. There may be moments where you might allow yourself to get strung along in the illusion. “Hey buddy, want to buy a watch?” You might go along with it. You might consider it for a moment. “Oh well, yes that’s a very pretty— hey wait a minute, you’re trying to sell me a bill of goods here, aren’t you?” Oh well, you’ll catch it. You’ll identify it. You’ll call its bluff.
The Empowered Response
Now here comes the truly empowered part. Once this template is burned in, once you always go to the default position that you cannot get away from, recognizing that these negative feelings, these negative ideas are nothing but a bag of tricks, once you call its bluff, here’s the really important part. You’re going to focus on that little spot of light at the end of the tunnel and you’re going to pull that light in through yourself, and you’re actually going to give some of that light to the negative belief to let the negative belief know it is valued, it is loved. You are willing to allow it to continue to exist because it always will. You are acknowledging that it will not die. You are validating it as an equally valid belief and allowing it to know that just because you will prefer to choose something else, it will not die.
You now become the powerful one and you are reassuring the negative belief that it will still exist. But as you do so, you become bigger than it. It no longer fills your world. You know who you now are. You are coming from the higher mind and you are gently reassuring the negative belief that it will continue to always be a part of you because there is no outside. There’s nowhere to get rid of anything too. You will always contain it because expansion is the product of inclusion, not exclusion. So you will always include it as a probable choice. It will always be valid and equal in your eyes to any other choice, and you get the freedom to choose what you will manifest and what you will experience.
Even as you are validating the negative belief as equally valid as a choice within your entire reality, and as long as it knows it is loved and as long as it knows it is an equal valid choice, it won’t bother you anymore. It will not insist on being in the forefront anymore because once everything is an equal choice, it is bathed in the light and the vibrational love of creation equally, and that is an overwhelming supportive feeling that will allow it to simply remain quiescent, satisfied, happy, joyful, in love with itself and you and all that is.
And remember, you will always have from the positive point of view the freedom to go back into the negative reality and experience the negative belief again, but from that point of view you will know you don’t have to. You are not in a sense made to believe that you are forced to. You will recognize that that is just an illusion, and you will continue to choose through the manifestation mechanism we already discussed and the motivational mechanism that we discussed in terms of how to clear it. You will continue to choose what you prefer, knowing, knowing that the ideas the negative belief attempted to trick you into believing are not empirically true. That if you exist, there is something for you that is absolutely ecstatic. And if you stop listening to the negative belief that insists that the only way to be happy is to pay attention to what it is telling you, that it must be done a certain way, that it must be rigid, it must be controlled, it must be in this template.
As soon as you know this diagram exists and it’s burned into your neurological net, you will know that that is never empirically true. That it is just a belief. You will see it for what it is. You will have x-ray vision. It will be built in to your neurological net.
Now the first question that comes up is: well, if that’s built into the neurological net and yet if the neurological net is always capable of being plasticized and reformed, can’t that go away? Yes and no. Because once you know it’s possible, once you have decided to allow yourself to align with the freedom to choose with the positive vibration, once this is burned into the neurological net to begin with, there will always be the echo of that choice.
Because again, when we talk about the idea of the plasticity of the neurological net and changing the pathways of your brain, because everything exists at once, that means that all the other possible pathways also still exist as probabilities, including the ability to see this only as a template, only as a trick. Burning it in in a certain way through the Holot Hope meditation will allow you to always remember that it’s always there, even if only as an echo. It is still always something that you will remember exists as a choice. So you will always be able to choose it if you prefer to. You won’t forget it again because you will know that memory is created in the moment.
And even if you play a game where you forget it in this reality, this reality, this reality, this reality, burning this into the neurological net even once, seeing it this way exposed in x-ray form even once, will allow that crack to form so that as you create those new realities, even if they are negative, it will weaken over time. Something will creep in, the echo, the memory of the neural net of this template will creep in, and the negative reality perpetuation will weaken, will soften, will dissolve over time until you once again remember that you can create something different, until you once again experience that you have freedom of choice.
This is why this has been done in this three-part transmission. For we get your mind to focus on the idea of the plasticity and the rewiring, and now we allow your mind to begin to consider and ponder the idea of this x-ray structure, and then we take the idea of the multi-dimensional framework of your existence and we allow you to crystallize this idea on more than just the physical level. Because the idea of the neurological net in your brain is not just a physical one because it is the nexus point between the higher mind and the physical mind, because it is the receiver, because it is the antenna, because it is the template reality because it straddles both worlds, because it has an etheric and a physical component in the brain. It is capable of imbuing this information in a sense into what you might now in your modern technology call a virtual memory.
So that even if in your physical neurological pathways they are not indicative and not conducive of the idea of bringing back the physical memory, the virtual memory of this will always be there. And you will know that there will always be this nagging feeling that you’re missing something even when you’re caught up in the negative reality for a moment. There will always be this nagging feeling, this little crack through which that higher mind’s virtual memory will come through the template and imbue you with at least the nagging feeling that something else is there, there’s another choice to be made. This isn’t all of it. This isn’t it.
You will start actually taking the doubt that the negative belief is leaving you because it has to leave you that doubt or you’ll go searching. You can actually use that doubt in a positive way. That doubt will now flip around and it will be the doubt of the negative belief. You are taking advantage of one of the weak spots in the negative belief’s arsenal of tricks. It has to leave the doubt factor or you’ll go looking for something else and find out that what it was telling you was not necessarily true. It has to leave that doubt factor so you won’t go looking. So you can take advantage of that. That’s the little doorway. That’s the little crack through which now this positive energy will leak and turn the doubt against, in a sense, the negative belief. Turn it in the direction of the positive door, the light that exists in the darkness.
Does that make sense to you? Yes.

Question 1: Discovering Core Beliefs
Participant: Hello Bashar. Are you good day? Pleasure to be here with you today co-creating a new reality together. We thank you for this co-creation which also gives us pleasure. Excuse me. What I’d like to ask today is I’ve been working on my core beliefs and getting in touch with a lot of beliefs that quite frankly I didn’t even know were buried in there. It’s all right. Well congratulations on your discovery. Very exciting.
Yes, as we have said, excitement in a sense is one of the things that will actually allow you because it is a complete kit organizing principle and driving engine. Have you act on your excitement. It will allow these things to come up, the things that are hidden, the things you have suppressed, the things you don’t know about in your unconscious mind. It will allow them to bubble to the surface so that they can be dealt with, so that they can be integrated. So congratulations on allowing the idea of acting on your excitement to help you discover these things within you that can thus then expand your understanding of who and what you are.
Participant: Thank you. I find that it’s been accelerating quite quickly actually. And that’s one of my questions. Is my joy and my passion has been for quite some time is forming that third world, that third reality where we can interact freely together. Yes. And working on in my meditations and lately when I do the meditation I’ve been working with the Asani series, Earth Triad connection. Yes. And I’ve been having some great results with it. But one of the things that I’ve been experiencing is I feel like I’m going up into the light expanding and then I start feeling very, very sick, have to come out the meditation. Yes. And these beliefs are coming up. I’m getting beliefs coming up. So I’m not sure if there I have some belief about what I’m actually doing.
No, no, no, no. What you are experiencing, as we said, is that the excitement is lifting you up to a certain level of vibration where you’re becoming more sensitive to the fact that you may have beliefs and vibrations within you that are out of alignment. And thus then you go back and you deal with them and integrate them so that you can then go higher. So that’s simply your self-governing mechanism. As you become more heightened and more sensitive to those things, in a sense they will feel more disorienting. They will feel more unlike you. They can, they don’t have to, but they can make you in a sense feel nauseous because you recognize more clearly that they are really not part of the vibration of your preference. So you must then when you discover that, when you have that experience, deal with them. But that’s all that’s happening is you’re becoming more and more sensitive to the beliefs and the vibrations that are corresponding to those beliefs. You’re becoming more sensitive to vibrations that are out of alignment with your true self as you heighten your frequency. Make sense?
Participant: It does make sense. So as I work through these and change the definitions of the beliefs that I have, this feeling, this nauseous feeling will go away.
Yes. As you integrate them, there will no longer be an out of alignment frequency, and thus as you come into alignment, that will transform that experience, that sensation.

Question 2: Why Manifestations Don’t Come to Fruition
Participant: Hello Bashar, how are you? Good day. I’m very excited to be here. Oh, we are very excited that you are there. Thank you. My question is, what is the best way to really get to the bottom of my negative belief why my manifestation is not coming into fruition?
I believe we have just discussed all of that. Is there a question I can ask myself? Is there a state I can put myself in?
Question: What would I have to believe is true about myself and my relationship to this situation in order to be experiencing the emotion that I am in, in order to be experiencing the fear that I have? What would I have to believe is true? Yes. Anytime you give yourself the opportunity to examine what your relationship actually is to the circumstance and situation and people in your life and ask yourself the question in that way, and then be quiet and listen, you will eventually get an answer as to what the belief is that you would have to believe is true in order to be having the experience you are having.
Okay, you see. Yes. Does that help you?
Absolutely. May I ask one more question regarding what you were discussing? You were talking about step one: intention, focus, concentration. After that, absolutely letting go and surrender. Yes. And where does the action that you talk about come in? Is that step three?
The idea is behaving as if this is real. In that sense, goes hand in hand to some degree with surrender. Because if you know for a fact that what you have focused on, what your passion represents, is your true reality, then from that moment forward in your surrender, you simply behave as if it is already real. You don’t question it. You don’t second-guess it. You stay in the state of being that says this is who I really am. This is really my reality. Now do you understand?
Yes.
This doesn’t mean that you contradict other beliefs you may still be holding on to. If you have contradictory beliefs, you have to go through the process of finding out what those are and clearing them out by integrating them. But if you understand truly that what you focused on is really representative of your highest passion and then let it go, letting go still means you take the actions that in a sense demonstrate to your higher self, that show through behavior your higher self, that you actually know it is doing its job and that you can behave as if that reality is already real. And that’s where the action comes in, to allow the invisible to become visible because as we said, you have to be in thought, word, and deed the vibration of that reality or you won’t be able to perceive it.
Got it. Make sense? Absolutely. Thank you.
Question 3: Is the Negative Belief Self-Aware?
Participant: Greetings, Bashar. Are you good day? Okay. My question is, in this whole presentation you’ve been referring to the negative and the positive belief, but I particularly the negative almost as a self-aware entity. In the sense that it has an intelligence. It’s it has a bag of tricks. It has an intention. It has…
Yes. So what could you expand on that a little bit?
It’s your intelligence that it’s using. Ah. It’s since it’s usurping your intelligence and framing it in a manner that makes it seem like an autonomous entity. That’s the nature of its structure. It seems as if you are actually in a sense arguing with a true intelligence, when all it’s doing is in a sense framing your own intelligence to reflect back to you in a particular way. So in a sense, you’re arguing with yourself.
I see. Does that answer the question?
It does. And I’d like to continue. So the belief itself doesn’t have… you know, because for example in many mystical traditions you’ll hear about entities that feed on your psychic energy, right? That’s not… is that the same kind of idea?
Okay, so it’s not like the belief… you’re saying that the belief itself wants you to believe in it. Wants to, like, why does it…?
No, the belief is simply taking the form that it takes based on the strongest belief you are buying into. And so in a sense, all you’re doing is forming your intelligence in a frame of reference that is used to convince yourself of what you say you’re buying into. It’s simply a mirror. That’s all it is. You have simply made the mirror in a form that reflects back to you what you are most strongly buying into, therefore revealing to yourself what the strongest belief is that you actually have.
Uh-huh. So in a sense it could actually be a really great tool.
Oh, absolutely. It is a great tool if you use it that way, which is what we are talking about—how to use it as a tool instead of simply believing that it is something you have to succumb to and have no choice but to recreate.
I see. I see. Makes sense. Makes perfect sense. Thank you.
Question 4: Limiting Core Beliefs
Participant: Hello Bashar. Are you good day? How do I use this to… we talked about positive beliefs and negative beliefs. How about limiting core beliefs that are fundamentally neutral? For example, name a neutral core belief. For example, gravity. Yes. You know, it doesn’t really make me feel positive or negative. It’s just there. That creates my experience. It’s part of your collective agreement. Yes. And so what are you asking?
Can I alter that?
It is possible, but you have to examine the degree of probability as to whether or not it’s relevant in your life.
But there’s just an example. For example, there’s certain other limiting beliefs that I would love to change.
But the same criteria still goes. Anything is possible. It is even possible to change the idea of a core agreement with a collective consciousness. However, the criteria is: is it relevant to the theme you chose to explore? Is it probable within that theme? Most of those things are not. And many times people on your planet go looking to change certain things they actually don’t need to change. And one of the reasons they go looking to change those things is because they’ve actually bought into a negative belief that says that if they don’t change that thing, then they’re not actually doing what it is they actually prefer to do. So you have to recognize that what may appear to be a neutral belief may not actually be a neutral belief. It may be a negative belief disguising itself as a neutral idea.
Participant: It’s for me it was more about I have abilities, certain abilities, but I cannot fully use them because of…
Many of these things will come naturally as you simply act on your highest joy, because your highest excitement is the highest vibration you can express in your physical reality. Therefore, the highest vibration you can express in your physical reality will allow whatever malleability, whatever flexibility, whatever changes need to happen to have the greatest probable potential of happening. So all you have to do is act to the best of your ability purely on your highest joy to gain the ability to do all the things that you are in a sense referring to. You don’t necessarily always have to specifically target those things as if they are representative of a higher plane of spirituality in your attempt to do them. Does that make sense?
Yes, definitely. Does that answer the question?
Yes. Thank you. Thank you.
Many times, before we go on, many times the way in which certain so-called spiritual tenants are taught on your planet actually have many negative beliefs attached to them. So the idea, for example, that moving away from the physical world is a more spiritual thing to do might work for some people, but that does not mean it’s a generally true thing for everyone. And sometimes one of the most spiritual things you can do is really get a full handle on living your physical life to the fullest. This is why the Zen monks say that if you want true enlightenment, chop wood and carry water. If you do those acts purely in the moment, just those simple physical things done purely living in the moment without care, concern, without removing yourself from the present, will actually be acts of great spirituality. Never assume that physical reality is less spiritual than the non-physical reality. It isn’t. Doing it well is a spiritual act.
Question 5: Difficulty Finding Excitement
Participant: Hello. Are you good day? Yes. I can I ask something? Speak up so that all may hear you. I know louder. I’m Japanese. Yes. And I did the individual personal therapy about 15 years ago, 50 years ago in Japan. Yes. Do you remember me?
We understand your energy. What do you wish to ask?
Ah, I’m just remember that you are not the same person. We are not the same person. This is a new reality. Memory is created in the present. All we need to know of you we know of you now. We do not need to remember who you were to know who you are.
All right. Yeah. I’m now a housewife. Yes. And know I don’t I cannot decide what I don’t know what I’m going. I what excites me?
Just… the…
Yeah. Yeah. And know how can I decide?
All right. Thank you. Thank you. I understand.
Once again, when we talk about acting on your excitement, finding your excitement, all you have to do to start that process is keep it simple. Keep it simple. Every day there are options that you can choose from. Yes, of things to do. Yes, yes, yes. There are many options you have every day. All you have to do every day is look at what the options are that you can choose to do, that you can choose to act on, and just choose the one that’s most exciting. Acting on your excitement doesn’t mean it has to be the most exciting thing you will ever do in your life. It just means what’s the most exciting thing you can do right now out of the things you are able to act on.
So if you wake up in the morning and you say, “All right, I am very excited about staying in bed. I am very excited about getting out of bed. I am very excited about going shopping, or I’m very excited about talking to a friend, or whatever it is.” Whatever the options are—“I can do this, I can do this today, I can do this today, I can do this today—which one is more exciting?” All you have to do at that moment is act on the one for that moment that’s most exciting, without any assumption that it’s going to lead to anything specific. Just act on it to the best of your ability. Take it as far as you can. When you have taken it as far as you can, in that next moment you will look and say, “All right, what are the next options I have? Which one of those options is most exciting to me at this moment?” When you decide which one is most exciting, act on that one. Do that as far as you can. That’s all you have to do—step by step, little bit at a time—to allow your excitement to build and expand into bigger and bigger opportunities for bigger and bigger excitement.
So that’s one way you can do it. You can start small just by picking whatever is immediately exciting. For example, you had many options available to you today of things you could do. You chose to come to this seminar. Yes. Did you choose to come because it was exciting? Yes, yes. Well then, you see, you’re already doing it. You’re already choosing your excitement. It’s as simple as that. It doesn’t have to be a big project or a big career idea. It can simply be one choice that you make that is the most exciting choice you can make at that moment out of all the choices that are available. That’s how you begin. Does that help you?
Participant: Yes. But I cannot continue the very exciting things.
Yes, you can. I just told you how. I just told you how. Listen again. All you have to do is simply choose whatever excites you at the moment and take it as far as you can. You don’t have to expect that it will continue in that direction. When it does not continue, look around for the next thing that excites you and act on that. When that does not continue, look around for the next thing that excites you and act on that. Following the excitement is what’s important, not the assumption that that thing must continue. That’s a negative assumption. Do you understand? Yes. Does that help you?

Question 6: Inherited Beliefs and Generational Patterns
Participant: What’s up, B? Many things are up, including our vibration. Vibration, yes. Good. Mine as well. All right. Thank you. This question has to do with the idea that before one is even born, when they’re—speaking linearly now—yes, conceived inside a female womb, etc., etc. Yes. I’ve heard you explain the idea that that child is actually taking in, impart, some of the beliefs telepathically from their parents at a certain stage. Yes. Is it possible one could even just be—in a linear time sense—born and then out experiencing the world day one, so to speak, and already have some of the negative beliefs that their parents were raised to bring up? Could they already be…
A spirit can choose to crystallize a personality that is representative already to some degree of the template patterns that exist in the parents that were chosen because they may wish to explore that particular theme, and that’s why they chose those parents. So it’s all a personal choice. It’s not like you can be already predisposed to being stuck somewhere.
Well, in a sense what I’m saying is that any so-called predisposition is the result of a choice made on a certain level, and then you do have to play that out to a certain degree, but you are never stuck. One of the main reasons for choosing some of those kinds of apparently limiting themes, especially in this day and age on your planet, is to actually transform that limitation to a point where you know you’re not stuck in the pattern that you chose.
Participant: Would it be ultimate full circle to discover that aspect about yourself, maybe even identify that it comes from a parent, and then help that parent out with that belief?
That can be one way as well, although that’s not always necessarily needed. It depends upon a case-by-case basis as to what the theme is that you’re exploring and whether or not the parent in a sense has agreed to play that particular part as well. Yeah, but yes, it can happen that way. You can offer an opportunity for others that may already or still be experimenting with a particular theme. You may offer them a choice. They may or may not take it, but certainly you can offer them a choice based on what it is you have learned. But it has to be all right with you that they don’t take it. Yes, because if it’s not, then you actually haven’t learned anything.
Participant: And then a question that just came up in the last second. Yes. The idea of certain generations of beings having certain characteristics. My generation per se. Yes. I’m 20 years old in our time. I’m of the indigo children. It’s an idea we kind of called it, and we understand the nature of that idea. I’ve heard that one of the traits is a very stern view about how your parents should act, about how…
That’s the negative side. The positive side is a clear recognition of what everyone’s true core is actually all about and what they could aspire to if offered the opportunity. But the idea of a stern judgment is the negative side of that. Yeah, because in the true core self, the idea of judgment doesn’t work. Otherwise you are simply keeping yourself in the vibration of judgment and then not aspiring to your own highest vibration. Allowance is the key. Allowance is the key recognition. Yes, but allowance must go hand in hand with the recognition of what others may be capable of obtaining or attaining based on the example you may set or the information you may offer as a gift. But it must be offered as a gift if it is to retain its high vibration, and no expectation must come into it that others must choose the gift you are offering. Otherwise you’re simply lowering yourself to their level. Make sense?

Question 7: Physical Pain as Resistance
Participant: Good day, Bashar. Are you good day? I have a question about how these beliefs, negative beliefs, might densify to the point of getting stuck in the body. Like I have this pain in the back of my left shoulder. Yes. And I’ve tried many, many different modalities—EMOT processing, acupuncture, chiropractics, that kind of thing. And when I sit in a deep meditation and let a lot of light in, it’s excruciatingly painful behind my left shoulder. All right. So I kind of see that as one of those beliefs that…
May I ask you a question? Yes. Oh, thank you. What is your resistance to being your full self?
All right. I’ll ask it another way because this often is an easier way for the human mind to wrap its mind around the idea of discovering negative beliefs. Oh, first of all, are you acting to the fullest ability you can on your highest excitement every moment?
Participant: Yes.
Why was there hesitation? I mean, I have doubts that come. Thank you. So the answer is no. No. Thank you. So the question is: what is the worst possible thing you fear might happen if you did?
Participant: Um, I have gotten to the point of being near destitute with money and near homelessness.
So are you saying that by acting on your excitement, it created the idea and the experience of being destitute? Is that what you are saying?
Participant: Yes, I guess so.
Do you understand that that is a fallacy? Yes. All right. Explain it to us. How is it a fallacy? What you have just said.
Participant: Oh, acting on my highest excitement, yes, I mean there has to be a negative belief system in there saying because why? I don’t deserve it because why? Because why? Yes. Because why? How do you know that? Because it’s I’m not living that reality.
Because if you are actually truly in your excitement, if you’re actually truly in that vibration, if you’re actually truly in that state of being, that state of being does not by definition maintain an experience of destitution. Correct. That tells you you must be relying on some other frequency to create that experience. Right. So why are you connecting the idea that excitement leads to destitution? Why are you creating that hybrid belief system?
Participant: I guess because my highest excitement involves things that cost a lot of money that I don’t have in the moment.
So do you remember our definition of abundance? Yes. What is it?
Participant: Allowing. No.
Oh, do you wish us to repeat our definition of abundance? Yes, please. Are you paying attention? Yes. Are you sure? I am. Thank you. Abundance: the ability to do what you need to do when you need to do it. Period. What I need to do when I need to do it. Yes. The ability, the ability, the ability to do what you need to do when you need to do it. Sometimes that might require money, and if money is required, money will be there. If money isn’t there, what does that tell you? Money may not be required to give you the ability to do what you need to do when you need to do it.
Now we understand that money is one of the valid symbols of exchange and abundance on your planet, but it isn’t the only one. Many times when you have been raised to believe that money is necessary to do certain things, you actually shortchange yourself by closing the doors through which other forms of abundance might actually have brought that ability to you. Do you understand this concept? Yes.
So it can be that you have a belief that says that certain things cannot be done, that you cannot experience abundance unless it comes in the form of money, when in fact you could be allowing abundance to come to you in many other forms, including money when and where it’s actually the most effortless form of abundance required for a certain thing.
Participant: I have experienced that on many occasions. Yes. You know, following my excitement, whether it’s walking in the woods or not taking a job when I’m scared that I need to or whatever. Yes.
Although you also want to pay attention to the fact that if you have belief systems that say that if you don’t take the job you will be destitute, that you will also create a self-fulfilling prophecy by not honoring that belief. You cannot simply force yourself to jump off a cliff if you actually don’t believe you have a parachute.
Participant: Well, I jumped off the cliff two years ago and it’s been a process of yes, you know, bit by bit getting to that place.
Have you been having fun? Yes, actually. All right, yes. And a lot has manifested. You know, I’ve been to Peru, I’ve been to Hawaii. I’ve been blessed with a lot.
Did you always manifest money to allow those things to occur? No. Well, what a surprise. So the question is, can you allow the belief systems, the positive belief systems that obviously work very well in certain areas of your life, to work in other areas of your life? The belief that you are dealing with is a belief that says that while in certain areas the positive belief can work, in other areas they can’t. So why is that belief within you? Why are you making a differentiation in certain areas of your life where the mechanism that works just fine in one area doesn’t work in another? Why the differentiation? How are you defining those areas to be so different from the areas in which the belief works just fine?
Participant: I guess that’s what you need to explore, is what we are saying. Okay. Great. You’re making a difference where no difference needs to be made.
I see. And that’s the belief you have to find.
Participant: I’ve got it. Yeah. Make sense? Yes.
So does that help you? That has to do with this pain behind my shoulder that won’t…
Yes. Okay. You’re giving yourself in a sense a pain in the neck. Yeah. Okay. All pain is resistance to the natural self. Right. You follow? Yes, I do. All right. You have created a restriction upon yourself, a limitation upon yourself, and thus you are not attracting the idea of the relaxation and release of that energy because you are not flowing it. You are letting it build up, and in that sense by restricting a buildup, it’s going to become more and more and more painful. That’s why when you meditate it amplifies the pain, because the meditation is putting you more in touch with it, but you’re not still finding out the belief system that’s not allowing you to flow your energy into certain areas of your life because of the belief system and the definition you have of those areas that makes them seem so different than other areas that work flawlessly. So when you find out why you are defining those areas as different and how you are defining them to be different, then your energy can flow in those areas. Now that you know that they don’t have to be different, the restriction will relax and the pain will ease, and you will attract things into your reality that will also help you alleviate the pain.

Question 8: Collective Consciousness and 2012
Participant: Couple of general sort of larger questions about the collective unconscious core beliefs. Yes. Well, I think it was Thoreau who said the majority of men lead lives of quiet desperation.
I’m just sort of wondering as you are able to peruse the planet, yes, what’s the percentage right now of being locked into these negative beliefs that is bringing the planet into a more negative state?
And it’s going into a more negative state? It is actually heading toward a more positive one by getting all the negativity out in the open and examining and dealing and integrating it. So this is a time of flushing out of the negative. As we have said, yes. Your 2012 demarcation threshold is the time when the collective consciousness after that point will actually have slightly tipped the scales so that the collective energy of your planet will actually be slightly more positive after that date and can then snowball and expand and amplify from there.
Now this does not mean that the majority of people are experiencing positive energy. It simply means that the collective energy will be more positive. But the idea of that positive energy tipping the scales will actually come from a relatively small percentage of the population. The idea is that positive energy is integrative and expansive, so it doesn’t take as many people staying in a positive state to actually tip the scales, even though there may be more people functioning in a negative state. Because people functioning in a negative state are not cohesive and don’t add their energy. It’s not in that sense cumulative. It’s only individualized. So the idea is that there will be just enough positively oriented people on the planet after 2012 so that the collective energy will be generally positive, which will give the remaining negatively oriented people more opportunity to choose positive energy. But it doesn’t necessarily mean that they have to.
But what’s going on is what you said: many of the negative belief systems are being brought out into the open in a kind of flushing out system so that people can decide for themselves which way they would prefer to go, what kind of a world they would prefer to have. Sure. So obviously, microcosmically that’s what’s happening as well. This is our period of cleansing internally. Yes, yes. Okay. Thank you so much.
At least your period of opportunity to cleanse. Whether you actually take the action to cleanse is still left up to each individual. Right.
Participant: So may I ask another? That was a question. Whoops. Okay. So I just went through a Millionaire Mind intensive from 9:00 in the morning to 11:00 at night for the last two days and decided I’m here for the third day. Oh, all right. I’m wondering… yeah, that was quite an experience. I’m wondering what is there a collective unconscious belief about money that is in the act of changing?
Well, obviously there is. Yes. Obviously there is. Otherwise the banks wouldn’t be folding. But yes. How could we align ourselves with the more positive core belief about money to assist all of us towards more abundance right now in this place where we are?
Eventually the idea of your system of exchange will actually be based on the idea of what people themselves bring to the party as opposed to an arbitrary medium. Right. So it’s a more individual application of our gifts and talents is what we should focus on. Is that correct?
The thing to focus on always is to follow your joy. And if your joy brings you to the creation of a new system that can be put in place when the old one crumbles, or before the old one crumbles, you will slowly replace the systems that way. Right. So you will not change the systems that are there. You will invent new systems that are part and parcel of your highest joy, so that they will be in place when the old ones no longer work.
But what we are simply saying is that as we scan your collective energy, we can tell that eventually, not tomorrow, not the day after tomorrow, maybe not even for several years, but eventually maybe within your lifetimes, you will start to see the beginnings of a new exchange system that will actually be based on the people themselves and what they have to give and an exchange in that context, as opposed to arbitrary modalities of exchange that are only symbolic.
Participant: That is to me like so exciting. I just want to dance right now. Go ahead. Woo-hoo! Thank you. Okay, you know I’m just containing myself. And the— and the why I know well, because I get disciplined by others around me as I express joy for everything you’re telling.
Anyone going to discipline her? I’m just always so—you know, I can’t believe how people sit down and take this information when I mean it’s really just an amazing process that about our liberation. And at the same time, obviously it is within your belief system to believe that people can take the information sitting down, since obviously you are creating in your reality a bunch of people around you sitting down.
Not my choice. But not your personal choice, but obviously you are willing to allow other people to interpret this information in their own way. Sure. Of course.
Question 9: The Alchemy of No Choice
Participant: So the one last question if I may. Oh, oh, may she? Did you need permission? Um, yeah, because I don’t want to steal anyone else’s time. It is all well and good to be considerate. Nevertheless, you already knew that you could ask another question. Question. Thank you. Thank you. Um, okay. Now I’m getting emotional. Um, oh, all right. So you talk about that moment which is—I think it’s kind of like the crux of the paradox—where you’re smack dab in the very center, looking at smack dab. Yes. You’re looking at the no choice. And so the conclusion is “I don’t want to survive.” Yes, in the negative belief. Yes. Deep, deep in the core of the negative structure, it seems to me like that is also a place of tremendous potential alchemy. Yes, of course. That’s what we’re talking about, right? I understand that and I know you sort of answered this question as “what would I have to believe is true in order to…” Yes. Be in the situation. Um, but I kind of want you to expand on that moment, that quintessential moment of where you’re up against the wall a tiny bit more if that’s possible. All right. How to produce the alchemy? How to allow the alchemy of that second? Is that possible?
It is possible. Thank you, sir. Sir? Oh, all right. Ma’am. Madams. Yes. Again, this can be done in many ways. It depends upon the individual. It depends upon the belief system structure as to what methodology might work best for that individual. However, one way is again to recognize the power of paradox in the following way. In any event where you are feeling like you have no choice at all, it may be helpful to recognize that the only way, the only way it is possible to actually have the experience that you have no choice at all is to actually be free to choose anything. So free to choose anything that you can even choose the experience of having no choice at all. Does that make sense?
Yes. No, maybe. I’m getting—I’m getting there. It’s kind of like living inside your anonymity. Or… I don’t know. It’s asking yourself how did it come down to the idea that there is no other choice here? Because again, there’s a negative and a positive side to this. The idea of the negative side of having no other choice can lead to the idea of true self annihilation in the form of suicide—not really self-annihilation but a transition, but annihilation of the physical personality. The idea of no choice at all in the positive sense is that your passion is so representative of your true vibration that nothing else seems logical to choose, that there is no other choice but that one. So you can look at it from both sides. Having no choice doesn’t in and of itself need to be a negative thing. It can be a positive thing.
So the first realization is that even the issue of having no choice can also be positive as well as negative. That can lead to the realization that if you are able, if you’re capable of actually arriving at an experience where it seems like you have no choice at all in the negative sense, the only way you could possibly be having that experience is if you had been given the choice to have that experience, which means you have other choices. Right. You have all choice. Right. Yes.
So that fine line is—walking it, it seems to me it’s the same line. The line of no choice and all choice. You’re as close… Let me put it another way. Let me put it in terms that might be considered somewhat scientific on your planet, using the vernacular. Using the example that is referred to as entropy. The idea that your scientists have expressed is that when all things, shall we say, in the universe in creation give off their energy, give off all their energy, when everything breaks down so that there is no more exchange, no more difference between anything, when it’s all homogeneous and no more energy exchange exists, no more action can occur.
If you actually look at that state from another point of view, you will realize that once complete and total entropy and non-action has been achieved and everything is equal, there is no way to tell anything apart from anything else. Then in that state of being, anything goes. Which means that it can actually start to recrystallize. It can actually start to re-form. It can actually start to re-differentiate. So from absolute entropy can actually come the seed of a new creation, the seed of a new big bang so to speak. Because once you arrive at a place where everything is absolutely equalized, then anything can happen because space and time—you don’t know what direction anything is going in at all. It’s all the same. So it might as well be going in any direction you prefer it to go in. And thus by having that very thought, it brings everything into action following that thought, because that thought now is all there is for anything to take its cue from.
Does that make sense? Yes. So you arrive at the idea of having no choice. It’s very similar to the idea of everything being equal, of not seeing any other direction to go in because there is simply no other action to take. And when there is no action to take in any direction at all, then you can actually take any action you wish because when there is no action to take, all the rules are gone. Everything is gone. There are no more limitations at all whatsoever. So you can do anything from that point. So having no choice paradoxically means you have every choice because once you have no choice, there are no rules, there are no limitations.
Participant: Is that why I personally straddle that line so much? Because I’m seeking this tremendous—are doing that particular balancing act as a exploration of a theme? Yes. Okay. Does that help you? Yes. When will it be over?
Never. Why would you want it to be over? Does that mean that you are not allowing yourself to define this experience in a positive way? Because all you’re actually asking is the question: when will I choose to have the experience in a positive way? When will I choose to define it in a positive way? Because when I define it in a positive way, I’ll never want it to end.
Participant: Yes, to live more in the infinity instead of walking on the line between the two. Yes. I would—is there a way to…
Walking on the line between the two is experiencing the balance of infinity if you define it that way. See, what we are saying is you can define it however you wish, right? And that’s what’s going to determine how you’re experiencing what it is you are creating. So I’m just seeing it as a negative instead, and so you’re experiencing it in a negative way. Everything is fundamentally neutral. It doesn’t have built-in meaning. Walking the line between the two doesn’t mean anything. You decide what it means. And when you decide what it means, the meaning you give it determines the effect you experience from it. It’s as simple as that. Life is meaningless. It doesn’t have built-in meaning. You give it meaning. Right. Make sense? Yes.
So when will you define this experience in a positive way so that you can start experiencing it in a positive way?
Participant: When? When? When?
I’m asking the same question. The key is the answer is now if you give it to me. The answer is now if you want it. I want it, but I can’t give it to you if you won’t take it. I will take it gladly. Then why will you take it from me and not from yourself?
Participant: I get confused about finding my way to it. I think there is no way to find. Maybe that’s part of the difficulty is that you have created a definition that says there is some kind of inner path or search that must be done in order to find it, instead of recognizing that it’s simply right here and right now. What do you think? So I’m good to go is what you’re saying. You are good to go if you believe you’re good to go. Right. But don’t take my word for it. Take your word for it.
Again, I remind you all of a little secret. When you speak to us, you are speaking to your higher self but allowing us to disguise your higher self in our personality template. But you’re speaking to your higher self. So when we say yes, you have it, go, you’re telling yourself that you understand. Yes. Now are you willing to trust yourself?
Big hesitation here. Wait, let me—she doesn’t have to say yes. She can say no. That’s the sound of my fingertips on the notepad. Just trying to figure out whether I can trust myself. All right. Why wouldn’t you trust your higher self? Has your higher self ever led you to a place that you couldn’t trust, that you didn’t enjoy? No, my higher self is really fantastic. Then who is leading you to places you don’t enjoy? That other one, yes, that physical persona that is full of negative beliefs. Yes. So if your physical persona full of negative beliefs is leading you to places you don’t enjoy, why do you keep following it?
Participant: I don’t know.
Yes, you do.
Participant: I do.
Yes. You obviously have a belief that says you must follow it. So find out what that belief is. And when you identify that belief, you won’t follow it to those places anymore. Right. I know what you said is true. Well then, but I don’t know what it is. But you will when you discover, when you explore, when you investigate what you would have to believe is true in order to be motivated to follow your negative beliefs to a place of discomfort. You still have to do that exploration and find out what that belief is that you’ve attached to your motivational mechanism that motivates you to follow your negative self.
Participant: I was under the belief that that’s all I’m doing is that work, but I’m not.
You can learn what you need to learn in any way you wish to. The idea of, shall we say, believing in karma is the realization that karma is self-imposed. Thus then, once you understand karma is self-imposed, you have no karma anymore. So if you realize that you are simply imposing this methodology on yourself and realize that there are other ways in which you could learn the same lessons, by all means choose other ways. Yes. Yes.
Participant: Thank you. Thank you very much. And everyone too, you are welcome.
The Story
For these brief moments before your nutritional break, all of you become very relaxed. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Breathe in.
Imagine a giant ball of light, a star, the sun, just above you. Feel yourself melting under its heat, melting, softening, plasticizing all of your components, blending together, flowing, undifferentiating, melting into a crucible of bubbling liquid. You are a golden bubbling liquid in this golden chalice—pure, undifferentiated, honey-colored bubbling liquid. Feel the warmth. Feel the ease. No difference between this and that. All one. Bubbling, bubbling, bubbling.
Feel the sun recede. Feel yourself crystallizing, differentiating, new pathways, new crystals, becoming ice, freezing into a pattern that still contains that same relaxed, undifferentiated knowingness, even while you create differentiation within your pattern. But every crystal is imbued with the same knowledge, the same understanding that all have access to the same energy, all are one, and the one is all.
Now feel yourself getting colder and colder and colder. Feel yourself this ice crystal in the blackness of space, crystallizing, crystallizing, crystallizing until you crack and shatter into a thousand shards and go floating off in zero gravity in all different directions, glistening in the distant starlight, little pinpoints of ice crystal light, floating off, floating off, floating off until your crystals are evenly dispersed throughout the totality of the emptiness of the blackness of the void. And there is nothing but your crystals everywhere, equidistant, glistening, glistening, glistening. And then the light goes out. And then you suddenly awaken to the fact that you are a body in a world once again, awakening from this dream.
This expansive idea, this expansive reality, is contained within you in every cell, in every atom, in every subatomic particle. Breathe in the knowingness. Breathe it in, breathe it in, breathe it in. And as you exhale, exhale with certainty that you are not the same person that was here a moment ago. This is a new reality, a new person in a new reality. And as you shift moment to moment, new realities are created every moment, and it is always your choice to draw from that certainty, that knowingness, that interconnectedness of all things to create whatever reality you prefer, whatever belief you wish. Breathe it in. Moment to moment, every breath is a new universe, a new reality.
Moment to moment, recognize the difference. Create the difference between the realities. The more degree of difference you design, the more you will know that you are changing your reality every moment. The only reason you don’t know that now is because every reality you create is so similar to the last one. The more difference you will allow in each new reality, the more you will know and experience the truth that manifestation is instantaneous, that creation of new realities is immediate and always has been and always will be. But you will be able to see that, you will be able to make that experience and that instantaneity visible by creating a greater degree of difference with each new reality creation that comes with every moment.
Be free to be you. You will attract what you need. Take a deep breath in, hold it, hold it, hold it, and blow it out. Take a deep breath in, hold it, hold it, hold it, and blow it out. And one more time, take a deep breath in and hold it, hold it, hold it, hold it. Well, what are you waiting for? Let it out. You need no one’s permission to breathe.
Open your eyes. Feel the tingling sensation of new energy rewiring your brain. Feel the template begin to lock itself, begin to form itself—the new pattern of belief system structure awareness beginning to take hold in your neurological paths. And now you will go and nourish yourself to prepare for the third part of this transmission, where we will burn that template into your neurological patterns. Enjoy your break. Good day.
Part Three: The Holot Hope Experience
Welcome to part three of our transmission. Are you all refreshed? All right. Relax. Keep your eyes open. Breathe easily. Settle in.
In this portion of the transmission, the Holot Hope experience, the meditation, we will as we have said begin to lock in, burn in the structure, the matrix of the belief system. All of you hold in your memory, your mind’s eye, your imagination, the hexagonal structure that was diagrammed of the negative belief system. Hold that template, that x-ray, that filter in your mind’s eye for a moment. Just know the image doesn’t have to stay there, but right now by superimposing it in your imagination, it will be the primary focus of the following meditation.
Become relaxed and allow your eyes to focus on the Holot itself. Just allow whatever changes occur to change in this sense naturally. Allow it to sink in in whatever way seems appropriate to your imagination. You will begin to perceive different layers, different levels of the multi-dimensional structure that is on the Holot screen. And as you do so, bit by bit, as we take you through this, you will know just by allowing yourself to know that this template shall be rewired, reformed, crystallized within your neurological net in the center of your brain, allowing your receiver to become more clear, more precisely attuned to the higher frequency of the higher self, of which you and the higher self are all a part of the infinite sea of all that is.
Allow yourself to float in that sea as you view the changes taking place before you. And as you float calmly, easily, effortlessly in the warm supporting sea of energy and consciousness of creation itself, allow yourself to let go of all concerns. Let your thoughts drift away. Feel yourself floating either on the surface or deep, deep down deep within the infinite sea of all that is.
Allow yourselves further relaxation and feel your mind open up like a flower, the petals of a flower opening up to receive this structure, this honeycomb structure, as it floats down and settles into the center of your brain, in the corpus callosum between the hemispheres of your brain, and firmly affixes itself into the very center of your thoughts, your feelings, and your beliefs. And attaches itself to whatever circuitry you wish to imagine, to all aspects of your personality structure.
And as you allow this process to occur, let yourself feel the unconditionally loving support of the higher mind, of all that is, creation and existence supporting you in your ability, in your endeavor, supporting you in your willingness to allow yourself to be who you truly are, supporting you in your willingness to give yourself permission to be more of who you truly are.
Allow yourself to continue to imagine this hexagonal template locking into the pathways of your brain. And as it does so, see the pathways of your brain move, change. See the electrical impulses, the chemical molecules floating along those pathways, delivering information, delivering awareness, delivering consciousness, delivering inspiration, delivering understanding, delivering knowingness that you are free to choose who you wish to be at all times.
And should there ever be a moment when you allow yourself to forget, when you choose to forget, when you feel yourself surrounded by fearful ideas, when you feel yourself choosing fear, allow yourself to recall this circuitry as it now goes from a plastic state to a hardwired connection in the very center of your brain. And as it does so, as these new neural pathways begin to form, you can feel a cleansing sensation throughout your mind, throughout your personality, becoming more crystallized, more fine-tuned as an antenna to higher vibrations, higher frequencies, higher resonances of energy and consciousness. You become a clear receiver, and all your neurological pathways become as they form, as they crystallize, as they hardwire—they become super conductive, offering no resistance to the energy of your higher self.
The energy of your higher vibration flows freely along these pathways, and as it does and feeds into the center of your brain, it energizes, warms, and sparks to life an inner fire, an inner sun, an inner star. And as it bursts into life, it sends energy back up these pathways to the higher mind, even as the higher mind feeds this energy down to the physical mind. This burst of starlight in the brain regulates the flow in both directions, allowing these neurological pathways to become hyperconductive, moving in two directions at once, up and down, down and up, flowing through each other, past each other, and communing with all levels of your being, communing with creation that is within and the creation that is without, communing with all that is on every level, connecting, connecting, connecting to your true infinite self.
See the honeycomb structure in your mind’s eye, the very center hexagonal piece representing the belief system that you wish to work with. Bring your fears, your specific fears, your specific obstacles, your specific questions, your specific brick walls, your specific challenges, your specific difficulties into this center hexagon. Feed them into the template, into the framework, into the machine. Allow the machine to work for you automatically, effortlessly. Allow your specific challenge to connect into this matrix and see the reflections of each of the surrounding hexagons as it attempts to steer you away from yourself.
See and experience and recall the times in which you felt the fear and rationalized that it was all right for that fear to be there and justified and found reasons for the fear to remain. Remember those messages that you receive from the negative belief to continue to perpetuate and instill that fear within you, to make it seem as if it was unchangeable, unchangeable, immovable, rigid, frozen, solid, static, eternally. And feel the sensation of reward that you were given for choosing that which you know is not your truth but making it your truth in order to survive.
Feel all that you have chosen to listen to as patterns of things that have nothing to do with you, as frequencies and resonances that are not of your choosing. Feel the projection onto others to defend yourself, the paranoia that the outside world is as against you as the inside belief wishes you to know you are—alone, helpless, defenseless, hopeless.
But now, in that deep dark alone space that has been created by the negative belief, you see that small spark of doubt and you know that even though the negative belief wishes to use that doubt to reinforce itself, you now see that spark as a crack in the template of the negative belief structure. You now see that spark as a light at the end of the tunnel. You now use that doubt to doubt the negative belief, to give yourself the benefit of the doubt, and to allow yourself to move toward that light step by step.
And even though the negative belief will attack and magnify and amplify and put pressure upon you to believe what it tells you, to buy into the negative vibration so that you will survive, so that you will not be annihilated, you now see enough of the light to know this is a lie—that you are eternal, that you are infinite, that you are one with all that is. And this negative belief that seemed so overwhelmingly true is nothing but an illusion.
And you begin to feel yourself find and recognize how to use the power of the illusion instead of succumbing to the illusion of the power. And you step forward toward that light, that light at the end of the dark tunnel, and it grows and it grows and it grows and it grows. And as you get closer to that beautiful all-encompassing light of creation, you see and feel the bright unconditional love and support of all that is flooding through you, through every molecule, through every atom, through every subatomic particle, rendering you and the template transparent—a powerful beam of x-rays making all templates within you transparent so that you can see the structure for what it is. No secrets are hidden from you now. You recognize the fallacy of the illusion. You see through it. It is gossamer. It is lace. It is dissolving into nothing but space.
And you are surrounded by the light, engulfed by the light, and you see the expanding circle of positive belief rippling out as if you threw a stone into the pond of consciousness of all that is. And the ripples pass through you and caress you and love you and cherish you and support you and perpetuate you and continue you and connect you as one with all things and all that is, all places and all times and all things and all people exist within you. Creation exists in this light within you. And you see the truth that as you allow for this connection with clarity and higher mind, that you both exist within creation and paradoxically creation exists within you. You are all one and the same—different expressions of the same, of the one, of all that is.
And as you bathe in this shower of radiant light, you feel the neurological pathways crystallizing, crystallizing, solidifying, superconductive, hyperconductor fiber optic wires of light coursing to and fro in your brain, glowing, gleaming, delivering knowledge, information, peace, love, joy, deserving, certainty, and knowingness. This is who you are. This is your true being. Breathe it in. Breathe it in. Breathe it in. And let it out.
For you have now crystallized the new pathway. You have connected and hardwired this new template like a chip in the center of the circuitry. This will be your default position, your default setting. This will be the reminder always and forever that will always tug at you, pull at you, magnetize and attract you to know that regardless of how dark you may choose to experience your reality, no matter how dark and negative a belief you may buy into, that doorway to the light will always be there and you will always have a reminder that it is there regardless of the illusion.
All you need to do in those moments of great fear is stop, take a breath, close your eyes, and remember this moment, this light, this template, and see the coursing circuitry in your mind that leads you to the recognition that this is your time to choose who you choose to be, who you prefer to be, who you truly are.
Take a deep breath in and blow it out. And with every breath from this moment forward that you take, will you regenerate your reality, recreate your reality over and over and over again. But each time you do, a little bit more of this new wiring will take hold until such time as there is no other choice and no other path that courses through you, until such time as you are the perfectly clear conduit and receiver and antenna for higher vibrational frequencies and can no longer see the choices that lead to the dark, but allow the dark choices to be there equally valid with every other choice but unchosen, quiet, floating, supported and loved while you manifest with your focus and surrender, with your expansion and contraction, that which is truly representative of who you know yourself to be.
Take another deep breath and let it out. Allow yourselves now just to float for a moment. Let everything that has been said sink in in a moment of quiet peace. Feast your eyes, feast your mind, and feast your soul on the vibrant colors before you, and let it all sink in and become your own. And breathe and breathe.
Soften the music. Soften the light. Turn down all the lights. Be at peace. Be at one. Be here. Be now. Be present. Let it all drift away and know that you are not the person that was here a moment ago and that this is not the reality that was here a moment ago. You are new and you are free to choose.
Take a deep breath in and let it out. And now let yourselves just sit for a moment as you end the Holot Hope meditation experience and simply let yourself reorient slowly, carefully, calmly, gently, peacefully. And we will after a short break resume the remainder of this transmission. Be at peace.

All right, we will continue the transmission in the following way. Allow us to briefly recap.
You have your 15-minute time span, which is the time in which generally speaking the neurological pathways go from plasticity to hardwiring themselves with a new idea. And with every single thought, with every single feeling, with every single definition, you change the wiring of your brain. And now with the understanding and the introduction of this specific structure of belief embedded through the Holotopic experience into the center of your receiver antenna brain, you now can have the opportunity to always allow there to be a doorway to the light even in the darkest of hours, even in the most negative of beliefs. There will always be that tug and that pull to remind you that there is always a light at the end of that tunnel and to urge you to walk toward it and to know that every moment is a new reality, a new you, utterly and totally defined by whatever definition you choose to buy into most strongly at that moment.
And we remind you of your mechanisms of manifestation—making the invisible visible that is already here—and motivation—discovering what beliefs you have attached to the ideas of pleasure and pain. That these things are not things you have to learn, just things you have to clarify and use as tools with your permission slips. You are now more capable because you are new people, more capable than those people that were here a moment ago, more different, more clearly aligned, more clearly defined with a higher mind in concert with the physical mind than the people that were here before. Those people are in another reality. It still exists, but they are not you and you are not them. You are now who you define yourselves to be.
Feel the difference in greater ways every day, and you will see and experience the immediateness of the shift from reality to reality by simply creating greater difference between them because there is already a total change with every change.
And now in keeping with the idea of the manifestation mechanism we described—by focusing and concentrating your intention as you did in the Holotopic experience, bringing your passion, your vibration of highest resonance into it—we now transfer to the other side of letting go. Opening up. Surrendering. Not thinking about it. Changing the subject. Going in a new direction. Lightening up. Not worrying about it at all. Letting the higher mind take care of it for you. Letting the higher mind involve itself with the “how”—how your passion will manifest, how the synchronicity will present itself to you. This already works. You don’t have to make it work. It’s the nature of the structure of existence and creation itself. Let it work. Allow it to work. Relax. Let go. Be at peace.
To begin changing the subject, lightening things up, we will first and foremost before we engage in questions tell a story. So relax, get comfy as you say. If you wish, put on your ethereal pajamas, have some astral cocoa. All right. And sit before your crackling etheric fire. Relax.
Once Upon a Time on my world, when I was first training to become a contact specialist, my father and my mother brought me before a group, a very experienced contact specialists—ten in all. They related to me each and every one in his or her turn their stories of their first contacts with other civilizations and what they learned from the experience, what they gained, how they grew, how differently they perceived the idea of creation by having experienced another facet of creation through the eyes of a completely different civilization, and how that reflected upon us and how we could look at ourselves in different ways.
Throughout the course of a day, they related their stories to me and also to my counterpart who you many of you know as… and together she and I sat and listened and absorbed and imagined and visualized the scenarios that they were painting in our minds. Bit by bit, we realized they were also not only just telling stories but handing over their experience energetically, allowing us to literally live emotionally, vibrationally, mentally through those experiences, allowing us literally to taste, hear, see, touch, feel every sensation that they had experienced in those first contacts with other civilizations, priming us for the new civilizations we would encounter such as your own. So that by the time it came time to encounter you, we would have a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw upon to aid and assist you, and also to allow our interaction with you to aid and assist us in seeing ourselves relative to all the other civilizations, all the other facets of the multi-dimensional crystal of all that is, and giving us a deeper appreciation of our connection, of our relationship as family within creation, as parts of the all that is, as parts of the one, as expressions and reflections of each other.
And at the end of that day, after we had absorbed those experiences in that way, we were then allowed to be by ourselves momentarily alone. They all left, bid us as you say farewell, went on their way, and we were simply by ourselves in what you would call a very natural setting of trees, of grass. And as we allowed ourselves to simply remain there quietly, absorbing all that we had learned, we began to realize that the stories were not over. For as we sat there in that resonance, in that vibration, suddenly we received stories from the rocks and the trees and the animals and the sky and the water and the air and everything our world had to offer in its consciousness, in supporting us as the mother of us. We received from her that day to let us know that as we ventured out among the stars, we would always carry a piece of our own home world in our hearts. We would never be disconnected from her. And that as we make contact with other worlds, other beautiful gems in space such as yours, not only is it our personage that we present to you, but the entirety of the consciousness of our world—not just the people but the planet and everything upon it and everything within it and everything that it is. So that our worlds are also communing vibrationally as we speak to you as people. Our respective planets are also speaking to each other through the timeless void of space and time. This communication is taking place on many levels all at once, all now. And that is what we learned that day. So be it.
