This is part one of the transmission. Tomorrow is part 2 and 3.
Time and space in that sense are very flexible, very malleable, as many more of you are now finding out even in your own reality.
Time and space in your reality, as you move forward in your exploration of consciousness and spirituality, are becoming more malleable, more flexible, more plastic, more slippery. Many of you are beginning to realize that you are having different kinds of experiences of space and time now—more synchronicity coming into your lives as you begin to expand your understanding of consciousness, as you begin to live more in the moment, as you begin to realize and manifest the idea of your dream, your passion, your joy, your excitement. This is part and parcel of this whole so-called new age of awareness on your planet, which we are more than happy to assist you in co-creating.
The Three Stages of Reality Creation
The idea of this transmission specifically, as has been explained to you to some degree already, is to create an understanding of how you create your physical reality, how you have created your physical reality, how you can create your physical reality to be more in alignment, more harmonious, more synchronous with what you prefer it to be. And that this has a lot to do specifically with the receiver in your body, which is what you call your brain.
As we have said previously in another transmission, there are three stages to the idea of the downloading of informational reality and the experience of reality when it comes to the connection and the relationship between non-physical and physical reality.
Stage One: The Higher Mind The higher mind, the higher self—that component of who you are as a person, the non-physical side of your consciousness—is specifically designed to interact with the physical side of your personality and your consciousness. That downloads energy, information, concepts. The higher mind in that sense is the conceiver.
Stage Two: The Brain as Receiver In delivering that information through the brain, which is the receiver, the antenna, the wiring of the brain, then configures that download of information in a manner that is appropriate based on the belief systems in the personality.
Stage Three: Physical Perception For the personality to interpret, to receive, and to perceive in physical reality as physical reality. In other words, the concepts coming from the higher mind are translated through the antenna of the brain into concepts that are then perceived by the physical mind, the physical personality, as your physical reality experience.
So if there is something about your physical reality experience that you wish to change, the idea is to understand that it is part and parcel of the way you are receiving the information, the way your brain is interpreting the informational downloads from your higher mind, that determines through the belief systems that have wired your brain into a certain configuration exactly how the physical mind is actually capable of perceiving your physical reality experience.
Because physical reality is really not solid—it is really only the experience of it that is real, but not the physical reality itself. Physical reality, as you have heard for thousands of years, is just an illusion. But the experience of it is real, and the experience of physical reality is determined by the belief systems and definitions that are hardwired into your brain, into your receiver, into your antenna, and thus then determines exactly how you interpret and how you receive the conceptual downloads coming from the higher mind.
So allowing the brain to be wired in a manner that allows for clear communication, clear connection between physical mind and higher mind, is of paramount importance in order to know that you are receiving and interpreting the downloads from higher mind in a manner that is aligned with the idea of intention of higher mind and in a manner that will allow you then to experience physical reality in a manner that is also aligned with that higher vibration, that higher frequency.
This transmission tonight and tomorrow of your time is designed specifically to help rewire the brain in a manner that makes it more superconductive, more hyperconductive, more receptive of the original, initial, intentional vibrational frequency of the download from the higher mind, so that it can be interpreted and perceived and experienced by the physical mind in a way that is more in alignment with the higher mind’s desire, the higher mind’s intention.
Because the higher mind’s intention is always, always, always to guide the physical experience in a manner that will allow the physical personality to best realize itself, to best express itself in the most fundamental way, in the most natural way, in the way that is most highly aligned with the highest vibration in creation, which you translate as love, passion, joy, excitement.
So when you act on those things in your life—the things that contain the highest amount of joy, passion, excitement—you are thus then most aligned with your true natural core being. However, we understand that many times in physical reality, especially on your planet, you are raised to believe things, certain definitions, certain belief systems about physical reality that do not necessarily allow you the ability, the willingness, the awareness to act on those vibrations and those frequencies coming from your higher mind that are most aligned with your natural true core excitement, joy, passion, and love.
So learning how to allow your brain to rewire itself, learning how to transform those definitions and those beliefs through many different directions, is one way to allow you to become a better receiver, a clearer receiver of the information from higher mind and allow you to experience a physical reality that is more in accord with that idea of your natural true core excitement, joy, passion, and love.
Beliefs as Permission Slips
That is why we will talk about some of the specific mechanisms of the brain tonight, and tomorrow we will deal specifically with the idea of the structure, the nature of the structure of belief systems. We have done a lot of talking about the nature of beliefs and different beliefs, how you can transform them, the many different ways that there are. All techniques and all tools are simply permission slips. Different rituals are simply permission slips. They give you permission—in a sense they give your self permission—to be more of who you are, because the permission slips you are attracted to, the tools, techniques, and rituals you are attracted to, are simply attractive to you because they are most aligned with the belief system within you. So they reveal to you a reason—they seem like a reason, an ability—they give you a sense of permission to grant yourself the ability to be more of who you are.
But tomorrow we will talk very specifically about the nature of the actual structure of beliefs, especially the idea of the negative ones that you many times seem to have a great deal of difficulty changing in your lives. We will literally in a sense examine them as if we were using a very powerful x-ray beam to reveal the structure, the skeletal structure of a belief, so that you can then by that revelation, by looking at the x-ray, by looking at the structure, begin to understand how beliefs reinforce themselves. And by being able to see how they do so, beginning to be able to sense where and when you have the ability to empower yourself to change that structure, to use that structure to your positive advantage, and to change and transform those beliefs in positive ways, to start allowing them to work for you in a sense instead of against you.
We will do that in depth tomorrow of your time. And then as has been explained, we will utilize the technology of the holotope experience to take what we are talking about tonight of your time and tomorrow morning of your time and synthesize and fuse it together in an experience that will then with the knowledge we are sharing tonight and tomorrow help you in that moment in those 15 minutes within that holotope experience really truly learn to allow your brain to rewire itself to become highly conducive, highly conductive to the receiving of the energy in a manner that will make it easier for you to examine any beliefs that may seem to be standing in your way and use that x-ray vision to see what the structure of that belief is and change it on your own.
So that each and every one of you at the end of this three-part transmission will be capable of walking away into your lives, into your reality, with a very powerful permission slip tool that you can apply to any belief system that you wish to change very quickly, very rapidly, very immediately, and get the effect that is more in alignment with your true natural core passionate loving selves.
The 2012 Transition and Collective Consciousness
Now before we continue with the specifics of “15 Minutes and Counting,” we would also like to bring up another aspect of your collective consciousness and throw that into the mix, as you say in your language.
We have in previous transmissions talked about the idea of the different ways that you often have as a species to represent certain collective consciousness ideas, certain representations of where your collective consciousness is going or what it is considering or what kind of reality it is pondering. Many times especially in your particular culture—the one we are addressing right now—this is done through what you call popular media, popular entertainment. In other words, you create shows that are representative of certain aspects of the collective consciousness desire to change your reality in certain ways or to examine or explore ideas that the collective consciousness may be dealing with at any given time in its overall transformational agenda.
We have mentioned in previous transmissions that one very powerful representation that you created a long time ago so to speak in your society that represented certain ideas you were dealing with at the time as a society was the program that you call “Star Trek.” The idea is that it is representative of many different ideas of what kind of reality you prefer, what kind of things you are exploring within yourself, what kind of things you are examining about your beliefs and how you wish to apply yourselves in your reality.
Now of course in the acceleration of this age of exploration of consciousness, you have recently also begun to accelerate your examination and your exploration of the idea of the threshold crossing you all call 2012. And this has now been represented in a manner of speaking by the idea of the creation of one of your movies.
Now understand that many individuals will look at the representation that has been presented in that movie as a very fear-based idea—everything is being destroyed, the entire planet is coming apart at the seams, very few people will survive, it is the end of the world as we know it. All right, not really. I guarantee you will wake up on December 22nd, 2012. There will still be a planet, it will still be a relatively nice day.
However, look at the great service you have given yourself, because the idea is that by getting all of the fear-based examples, all of the fear-based representations out in a movie on the screen over there, you don’t have to experience it in your physical reality anymore. That’s one way to understand how you do these things. This is how you give yourself an opportunity to face the issues, face the fears, by reflecting it back to yourself from what you call your silver screen, so that you can examine what you really believe, what you really feel about these ideas, and ask yourself whether or not you really prefer that kind of interpretation of the energy or whether you really prefer another reality.
So this is in a sense a way that you have of creating a catharsis for yourselves of examining these beliefs very deeply and doing it in a manner that actually allows you to experience it in a sort of a roller coaster fun park kind of way, so that it’s all right to examine the fear but you’re doing it in a setting where you’re with a lot of people, you’re having the experience together, you’re supporting each other in that experience, and you’re having a good time doing it so that it’s not quite so scary to examine it. Thus then you give yourself the ability to recognize that by having it out on the screen you can see that you’ve gotten it out of your system, and thus then you give yourself the opportunity to choose to clear the deck, clear the slate, start from scratch, square one—all these lovely phrases that you have in your language—and begin again with a new idea of what you would like your world to be.
Now yes, your December 21st, your winter solstice in 2012, is definitely a demarcation line. It is a demarcation line, a threshold crossing, for the idea as we perceive it anyway of the collective consciousness going from a world where the collective energy is more negative than positive to a world where the collective energy is slightly more positive finally than negative. So you are tipping the scale, you are crossing a line, you are crossing a threshold. And from that point forward, after that date the collective consciousness of your planet will be slightly more positive than negative for the first time in many thousands of years. That means it can snowball, it can accelerate, it can pick up speed, you can build on that positive energy, and thus then you can eventually create your reality to be what you prefer it to be.
As we have said, it is also the end of what has been euphemistically called the quarantine of your planet. The idea again not being that on December 22nd all our spaceships will land, but the idea being that after that date they could, because we are no longer holding ourselves back because of our own laws. But we are simply from that date forward taking the cue from all of you as to when you collectively say you are ready for open contact with other civilizations. So the quarantine goes away on that date as well. It will still be up to you to exercise your full responsibility, your full creativity, your full ability to create the reality that you prefer, to change the vibrational frequency of your reality to make it more conducive for positive experience, for the idea of creative experience, for the idea of open contact with other civilizations, to build and build and build upon that to create the new systems that you wish to have on your planet that will then be put in place to replace the old systems when they fall away, when they crumble.
The idea again, remember, being that you’re not actually changing your world—you’re changing yourselves. And in changing the vibrational frequency of yourselves, you are shifting yourselves to a parallel reality earth that is already representative of the vibration you wish to see reflected back to you in your illusion of physical reality. So remember, you change nothing, you change no one but yourself. But when you change yourself, you actually shift yourself to an already existing parallel earth that is already more representative of the vibration you have changed yourself to. The other earth that was there a moment ago that you were in a moment ago is still there, but it’s no longer experienced by you, it’s no longer visible to you. But the people that choose to remain in that vibration will still experience whatever vibration it has to offer. But you will have moved on to another vibrational earth reality, and again and again and again and again, as you constantly shift your energy, you will constantly shift through multiple parallel earth realities that are more and more and more representative of the vibration of your true natural self—if that’s the direction of course that you choose. Don’t let us force you. If you wish to remain in a misery reality, by all means please do so; that’s your choice. We would strongly suggest that you choose to be more of your natural selves and so experience the shift to more positive and more positive and more expansive, more collectively conscious vibrational parallel earth realities. But well, that’s just us.
The 15-Minute Brain Rewiring Principle
Now, “15 Minutes and Counting.” The reason that this is titled “15 Minutes” is because we are going to talk about the idea of the plasticity of the brain. Every single thought you have, every single feeling you have, every single belief you have actually changes the wiring—the literal neurological wiring of the brain. Literally changes the pathways. Literally even your own scientists now understand this.
The idea being thus then that when the pathway is changed, it represents a new frequency, a new idea, a new belief. It represents what has been imposed upon it, so that from that point forward when it goes through its plastic state and in a sense becomes hardwired again temporarily, the hardwiring it settles into will represent a pathway that is more representative of the vibration that you have changed it into, that has been responsible for changing that neurological pathway. And thus in a sense creating an easier path, a quicker path, a more super-conductive path for whatever vibration was changing that neurological pathway—be it positive or negative. So it reinforces itself.
The idea being that it takes approximately in your terms of time 15 minutes from the moment that the thought, the belief, the feeling begins to plasticize the neurological pathway until the moment that that neurological pathway becomes hardwired again. It takes about 15 minutes to go through that complete process.
Therefore, in doing what we are doing in this transmission and in examining beliefs tomorrow and then in doing the 15-minute holotope experience, what we will be taking advantage of is that 15-minute solidification time span. So that when we start introducing new ideas, new beliefs, new perspectives that you will then according to your own desire and your own timing begin to take into your brain, begin to rewire your neurological paths with those new ideas, going through the holotope experience will give you the ability to ensure that the rewiring will go in the most positive direction possible, will imbue the most positive frequency possible. So that by the time it becomes hardwired, you are at least giving yourself the opportunity for more opportunity to experience more synchronicity, more hardwiring of the neurological pathways of your brain that is more in alignment with the positive vibration you say you prefer regarding the reality you wish to experience.
So it is as if we are doing this to create an ability for more plasticity, to make the changes more frequent according to your desires, more capable of making those changes in your neurological pathways, and then giving you a permission slip that allows you to experience the actual process of rebuilding that pathway through its entire 15-minute cycle. And in doing so in that way, building it into a pathway that is much more hyperconductive and hyperconducive to hardwiring itself in a manner that will allow your pathways to be more aligned, more receptive to the downloads of the higher mind, and thus give you as a physical personality more alignment in your experience of physical reality.
Does this make sense? All right.
So basically speaking, this transmission parts one, two, and three essentially are brain surgery—no real anesthetic required except the idea of you falling into that neutral state of allowance, acceptance, self-love that will allow you the greatest degree of freedom to allow these changes to occur in the most positive direction possible. Yes, we recognize here and there a little negative belief, a little fear may creep in, but that’s all right. We will deal with them as they come up because that’s what tomorrow morning is for. In examining the actual x-ray structure of beliefs, you will have a very potent permission slip tool to be able to recognize the beliefs for what they are, see them in the full exposed light of their true structure, their true nature, and how it is they actually are capable of reinforcing themselves when you don’t prefer them to. We will teach you all the little tricks that beliefs use in a sense to reinforce themselves.
How Beliefs Reinforce Themselves
You see, beliefs in general, in order for you to have a physical reality experience at all, must by definition have a mechanism built into them that reinforces the belief as real. Otherwise you wouldn’t have a physical reality experience if it didn’t do that. But the idea is that when you create through definitions a negative belief, the negative belief will also use the same mechanism of self-reinforcement, but it will add an entire array of tricks and tools to constantly reinforce itself, to constantly make it seem as if no other belief is possible, no other belief is true. And it is this array of secondary level tricks, secondary level belief system definitions, that allow the idea of negative beliefs to seem like such brick walls—so impenetrable, so unchangeable, so difficult to dissolve.
But we’ll explore them, we’ll expose them, bring them into the light of your consciousness, and show you very clearly what the tricks are, so that you will not be fooled by them again.
Is it a deal? Always.
Guided Meditation Exercise
Let us thus then begin first of all by a little bit of a pre-experience, a pre-meditation if you will.
Relax, close your eyes. Take a deep breath in and let it out. And relax your body, relax your mind, relax your emotions, relax your soul, relax your expectations, relax your assumptions. Right here at least for right now, at least for this moment, you are free from worry, free from any concern, free from fear. And if fear comes up, just invite it in, give it a place, tell it to sit in the corner for a moment, that you’ll deal with it in a moment. But for right now you are giving yourself a little bit of a mini vacation.
Take another deep breath in and let it out, and feel all of the day melt away. Take another deep breath in and let it out. And just for a moment realize you have absolutely nothing in the world to be concerned about. You have right now no job to think about, no bills to pay, no worries, no deadlines. Just you. You’re just here right here, right now, just for this moment. It’s all right. The world will still be there when you open your eyes, but for right now in this space you are in a bubble reality, another reality.
Take another deep breath in and let it out. And imagine in whatever way shape or form works for your imagination, imagine your brain. And see all the little neurological pathways. You can see them in any way shape or form you wish. You may see them as wiring, you may see them as fluid, you may see them as crystals, you may see them as a drawing, you may see them as a pattern of any kind of configuration whatsoever. But just know that that is representative of the idea of the pathways of your brain. And the pathways, like a computer program in a sense, are representative of different ideas, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, definitions. This is in a sense a basic representation of the personality mask, the artificial personality construct that you use to explore the experience of physical reality. It is not really fundamentally who you are as a being, as a consciousness. It is a filtering system—just in the same way that if you go diving in the sea, you bring along a mask or a snorkel or a diving tank. The idea of the neurological pathways of the brain, the antenna that receives the downloads from higher mind from non-physical reality that creates the template of your physical experience, is simply such an artificial device to allow you to dive down into the experience vibrationally of physical reality and explore around for a while.
So the idea that we are going to be undertaking is to make sure that this diving mask is as clean and clear as it can be to give you an unobstructive view as unobstructive as possible in physical reality. We’re going to rewire to make sure that your breathing passage to the tube, snorkel, or tanks is clear, that your oxygen mixture is appropriate, that you won’t get the bends. You will allow yourself to work with this template however it presents itself to you. Sometimes it might even look like a map, sometimes it might look like an abstract painting. It doesn’t matter how it presents itself to you—whatever way your imagination decides is correct. And even if it keeps changing, that’s correct too, because your imagination is key to your frequency and whatever way it presents it is the correct way for you. So please don’t judge it, just let it be, just play with it, just work with it, just make it your own.
Just identify right now whatever way or ways that that imagination presents to you the symbolic representation of the neurological pathways of your brain. And just look at that, just sense it, just feel it, just turn it around, hold it in your hand, turn it upside down, inside out. If it is two-dimensional fine, if it is three-dimensional fine, if it is multi-dimensional fine. Just look at it, just examine it. Just realize this is your antenna. We will be working with this in new ways.
Just for the fun of it right now, in your imagination, take one neurological path however it represents itself to you, reconnect it somewhere else. Now reconnect the same one somewhere else, and again somewhere else, and again somewhere else. As you do this, be very very quiet within yourself and just get a sensation of how that feels every time you do it. Just probe around, see what happens when you connect the neurological path here, now see how it feels when you connect it there, see what happens, see if you have any other kinds of sensory experiences or feelings that come up or ideas or inspirations that suddenly come to you or images that present themselves unexpectedly or memories that may come back. In a sense just play around with that one circuit and just keep connecting it to different other nodal points, other places that you can connect it to, keep redrawing it.
And each time you do it, whatever pace is appropriate for you—you don’t have to do it fast, you don’t have to follow exactly the way we are saying it—but as you do it, just start to pay attention to the differences you experience when you do that. And if you seem to experience no difference at the moment, let that be all right as well. There is no wrong way to do this right now.
But I guarantee you, even by doing this you are doing something. You are starting the ball rolling, you are starting to unravel that ball of twine. And just by doing this right now, this little tiny exercise right now, you are going to make it easier for you to unlock from what you prefer to unlock from and lock into what you prefer to lock into. But at the same time, you will retain a malleability, a flexibility, a plasticity unprecedented in your reality. You will know that you always have the ability one way or the other to rewire your neurological path to be more receptive as an antenna to the downloads from the higher mind. That you have the ability to redraw the blueprint, to reorganize the template that you use upon which to build your physical reality experience.
Take a deep breath in and let it out. And just connect that little pathway now to one last place. Find a place that feels comfortable, good, cozy, peaceful, warm, cool, loving, pretty, tasty—whatever to you feels correct. And just leave it there for the moment. Breathe in one more time, and as you breathe out, let that neurological pathway begin to crystallize, let it begin to hardwire into that wondrous place of perfect peace, harmony, joy, and love. Just that one little thread, that one little path, that one little string, that one little line, that one little wire will now begin to make all the difference in the world. Because as you reconnect it to that new place, it will now send new signals through that nodal point to other wires which will allow them to begin to all also restructure themselves at whatever pace is comfortable for you.
So that you know that just by having done this one thing tonight, as we progress in this communication slowly and silently beneath your skull, your brain will be changing in ways, rewiring itself in ways that will already become more conducive to self-revelation, self-awareness, self-love, self-validation.
So just let that sink in. Take another deep breath and hold it, hold it, hold it, and blow it out. Open your eyes and just be aware that going on right now in your brain is the subtle yet profound process of rewiring.
Q&A Session
As we continue this transmission, in return for the gift you have given us in co-creating this interaction this day of your time, we ask you now in what way through questions may we be of service to you?
Question 1: Economic Systems
Questioner: Thank you Bashar. There has been a question that has been following me around begging for an answer, and it has to do with statements you’ve made about we’re not changing our economic systems but we are going to be inventing new systems to replace the old ones when they fall away. For the life of me I can’t visualize how that will occur in our particular society.
Bashar: Well that may not be, as you say in your language, your particular thing, so you may not have to be able to visualize that. You may simply be able to visualize other things and simply take advantage of the changes in the economic system when they occur, that other people will implement. That may not be your thing. You understand? Yes I do.
So sometimes when something is not really representative of your particular approach to creativity or excitement, it doesn’t mean you have to become aware of how that’s going to work. Let the other people that are involved in that regarding their excitement make those new systems do that, and know that you will simply be around to take advantage of them because you will be of a similar frequency. But you can simply implement into society whatever changes you wish to make within yourself and shift yourself to the society that will reflect those changes within you back to you based on whatever excites you the most. Does that make sense? Yes it does.
Now by doing that, you also allow the other people working on other things to have more opportunity to work on what excites them the most as well, and that’s how you actually help them create their systems and how they help you create your new systems—by simply all of you following your highest excitement and imbuing your reality with more potential to follow your excitement in general, no matter in which way you may individually and specifically wish to do so. Does that make sense? Yes it does.
And thus then you will help the economic system of your planet appreciate as you learn to appreciate yourself. Make sense? Makes sense. Does that answer the questions? Does that feed the dog? It feeds the dog quite a bit.
Questioner: I just don’t see that there is anyone doing the work that seems to be required to develop…
Bashar: Again, understand you cannot necessarily perceive what are not the vibration of—it may not be important for this to be visible to you at this point. You may not run in those circles, in those frequencies, so right now it may not be visible on the surface. Eventually it will become as visible to you as it needs to be in order for you to take advantage of whatever portion of it is required in your reality, and you need to be aware of no more of it than that. Make sense?
To use a very simple analogy that is often used on your planet—you don’t necessarily see the workings of how the electricity is generated that lights your home. The only portion of it you really need to be aware of at any given moment is that when you flip the light switch, the light will go on. You understand? Yes. So you don’t need to know what all the engineers and electricians are doing down at the plant, but they’re there working because the light goes on. Yes, they are.
So eventually what will happen is as you follow your joy and your excitement and create more of that vibration in your reality, eventually those that are doing the same things in other areas, in other systems, they will all converge, they will all synthesize, they will all come together, and at one point somewhere down the line when you need it, you’ll flip that switch and the light will just go on, and you’ll know someone has been working on it, but you don’t necessarily need to know that they have been until you need to flip the switch. Make sense? Yes it does. Does that help? Yes it does.
Questioner: I have a short personal question. Sometimes in the morning I would like to wake up feeling activated, joyous, and excited in the morning. Some mornings I do and some mornings when I wake up it’s just not happening. Do you have any suggestions that I can implement to make that happen?
Bashar: Yes, no—to choose to have that happen, yes, to allow that to happen, not to make it happen, to allow it to happen. Use the power of paradox. I’ll explain.
When you wake up not feeling quite like you prefer to feel, if you let that be all right, you will learn more quickly why you feel that way. And by using it in a positive way and by using it more quickly and learning from it what you need to learn as to why you are waking up in that state, by letting it be all right to wake up in that state and learning from it, you will allow it to transform into the other state more quickly by having used it for the purpose it is there. The more you don’t want it to be there, the more it will stick around until you use it for the reason you created it. So don’t resist, take it as a gift.
All pain is the product of resistance to the natural self, and usually the resistance to what is going on in your life as if it wasn’t supposed to be there, when in fact if it’s there it is there for a reason. Allow yourself to find out what the reason is, then you’ll be using it for the reason you created it, and as soon as you use it, it will go away because it doesn’t stick around when it’s been used up. Make sense? Makes sense.
Question 2: Origin of the Human Race
Questioner: Hello Bashar. I have a question about the origin of the human race.
Bashar: The origin of the human race? Yes. And well it starts at the starting line and ends at the finish line.
Questioner: Do we all come at the same time?
Bashar: We understand that incarnation no, didn’t all come at the same time. However, physiologically the human species was developed approximately at the same time. But the idea is that the original hominid species on your planet that grew naturally through what you would call the evolutionary process was at a particular time genetically enhanced by another species from off your world, thus creating generally speaking, relatively speaking, what you now recognize as the human species. You understand? Yes I do.
This is not as uncommon as you may think it is. Actually one of the ways in which creation has of creating in a sense vehicles for incarnational experiential purposes—that there is genetic seeding that takes place, genetic alteration that takes place, to bring a viable vehicle in physical reality into a particular frequency level through genetic manipulation that allows for the idea of incarnational experiences in physical reality to be had in a very specific way. Does that make sense to you in your language? Yes it does.
Questioner: Would that also mean that there’s various ET or higher intelligence that spawn different races of groups within Earth?
Bashar: Yes and no. The idea is that at this point you’re all pretty mixed up genetically. The idea also is that there are some factors that are simply environmental, while at the same time yes, some of the differences are representative to some degree of different genetic factors in different what you would call ET species, but not necessarily as absolutely distinctly as you may think, because the ET species even they were already genetically mixed up in a variety of ways. You follow? I follow you. Does this help? Helps a lot.
Question 3: Healing Modalities and Permission Slips
Questioner: I was wondering if you could comment on the different energetic healing modalities that have popped up in the last say 30 years that use transmission-based styles of teaching and healing.
Bashar: All right, well it’s all about resonance. That’s what most of you are now learning. And in the creation of various healing modalities, you are all learning that it is a variety of ways of applying the idea of vibrational energetic resonance, because everything is based—every state of being that you wish to create is based on a particular signature frequency, a particular resonance of energy, of consciousness. So you are all experimenting with a variety of ways that are representative and reflective of the different belief systems you all have adopted into your personality structures, and finding different modalities of vibrational resonance utilization that aligns with the different belief system modalities on your planet. Does that make sense? Yeah.
Questioner: Is there like a group of beings who are working together to create different systems that work for different belief systems and then are they channeled to different beings to hold?
Bashar: There are no accidents in terms of what you are attracted to in terms of information and the source of that information at any given moment. If you are attracted to a particular source of information, it is because you are operating at least more or less on a similar frequency domain. Thus then if you change your frequency domain, you will then attract yourself to a different source of information which you may need at that time to continue your process. Yeah, make sense? Yes.
Now of course, again, all these modalities still nevertheless are really nothing but permission slips. You understand? Yep. Every modality, every ritual, every tool, every technique is simply a permission slip that allows you to give yourself more permission to be who you are. You don’t really need them, but because you are in a sense full of different belief systems within your personality structure, often times a particular modality that you are attracted to can make it seem easier for you to circumvent some of the belief systems you may think are holding you back. In a way it’s like giving yourself a free pass. So those permission slips by all means can be very effective, but it’s actually you that’s making the changes, not the technique itself per se. Does that make sense? Yes.
Questioner: I was wondering if there was any dance forms that were similar to break dancing on any other planets and any other timelines?
Bashar: Actually, one moment. Well, yes. If you can imagine it, it is real somewhere, because you cannot imagine non-existence, right? So somewhere in some dimension—whether it has relevance to your reality or not is not the issue; whether it is probable in your reality or not is not the issue. If you can imagine it, it is in some reality, some dimensional plane, some expression of creation, a real reality. So yes, there are other civilizations that have dance forms that are not too dissimilar from what you are calling break dancing, but of course it will conform to their particular physiology.
One moment. One species does have a kind of style that you would call an alternate limb rotational style, that is spinning from limb to limb to limb to limb, sort of moving around like this, you understand. But they have many limbs—more if you were to see the idea of a well spider or octopus doing that, you understand, spinning around on each limb and going from limb to limb. That is one style of dancing in one species we are aware of. I suppose you could say it’s sort of like break dancing, but not exactly as humans express it. Yeah, does that answer your question? Yeah.
Questioner: I was wondering if you could give some revelation to the different species and their contemporary updated agendas in relationship to humanity.
Bashar: Well that would take a little while, more time than we have within the context of this transmission. But generally speaking, understand that there are about at any given moment 15 to 17 different species that are in some way shape or form connected to the overall agenda of your expansion of consciousness. All right. In other words, you have lots of friends looking out for you, watching your back in high places. You follow? Yeah.
Questioner: What do you guys have to benefit from the ascension of humanity or the expansion?
Bashar: Thank you. First of all, we understand that we are all one, we are all connected. So as we help you, we are helping us, because in that sense the more we allow you to understand your full potential, the more opportunities that allow us to understand our full potential. And the more you allow yourselves to understand your full potential, the more you allow others to understand their full potential as well. It all works together like family helping each other up the ladder. You understand? Yeah. Does that make sense? Yes, good.
And besides, you are giving us the opportunity right now to simply do what excites us the most. I specifically am a first contact specialist. So this is all in preparation not only for being more of yourself but for meeting other representations of yourself as well. You follow? Yes.
Question 4: Hybrid Children
Questioner: I heard a rumor that you work directly with the hybrid children as a mentor teacher. Is that true?
Bashar: Well in this case, the rumor happens to be true.
Questioner: Could you tell me what they’re learning?
Bashar: The main, shall we say, agenda right now for many of the hybrid children is the idea of assimilation. In other words, they are learning how to fit into your society, because ultimately many of the hybrid children will be introduced back to many of you in physical reality for you to interact with. So they are learning your ways. They are learning in a sense—well not how to blend in, because many of them can’t really do that—but they are learning your social understandings, they are learning the idea of living on Earth. Not that they will succumb completely to the way in which humans do things, because humans will also alter their sociological patterns to be something more conducive to the way that we do things. Nevertheless, a climatization is now the major portion of the agenda, and this is one of the things we are assisting them with. Humans 101.
Questioner: Are there specific simulation lessons?
Bashar: Yes, of course. Now understand that because of certain differences, there will be things that they have to replace with other things. In other words, the hybrid children many of them, like us, don’t eat. So the idea really is that when you’re all sitting at the dinner table, they will simply be sitting there quietly absorbing energy perhaps from the light fixture overhead while you are eating your mashed potatoes. So there will be some differences. Nevertheless, they will have understood how in a sense to still fit in to that family structure in a way that is not disruptive but in a sense is enhancing. Does that make sense? Yes.
Questioner: Are they telepathic as well or do they speak?
Bashar: They can do both, as can we. Just because we are mostly telepathic in our reality does not mean that we cannot speak when we need to. We can.
Questioner: Do you interact directly with my kids peripherally? Can you explain that?
Bashar: My counterpart Anima works directly with your children more than I do. So in a sense I work with them through her. You follow? I do.
Questioner: Can you explain what she does with them?
Bashar: Being that she is a sociological engineer, she actually takes them through what you would call simulated family scenarios.
Questioner: Are they okay?
Bashar: Oh they’re fine. Are you okay?
Questioner: Will I get to meet them here on Earth?
Bashar: Not all of them, but a few of them. There is a high degree of probability that you will meet a few of them.
Questioner: Are there any specifics on communicating now with them?
Bashar: You are in dream time downloading much information to them. As many of you do with the hybrid children in dream time, you have met and you interact quite frequently when you are in a sense shifting to another dimension in dream time.
Questioner: You told a woman in Sedona that if she went where she wanted to be on Mother’s Day she would get tangible evidence. Is that true for all the parents or just?
Bashar: It depends on timing, it depends on agreements, it depends on what purpose it serves. Right, there will always be some time in which there will be what you call tangible evidence, but that doesn’t mean that we can simply drop a date in your lap for everyone, right, because not all of you have arranged to do the meeting that way. Right. You follow? I do.
Questioner: Do the Sani kids interact with the hybrid kids?
Bashar: They do. They are good in a sense trainers for them.
Questioner: If the Grays are emotionless, how are the kids learning about love from the humans?
Bashar: Now remember that the hybrids exist already, therefore the hybrids mostly are the teachers of the idea of emotional mental balance. You must understand that in our time frame, because we have a different dimensional time frame than you do, there are almost no Grays left anymore—there are only hybrids. So only hybrids in our reality are teaching the younger hybrids. Remember that we can go back and forth in time as you understand it. Do you understand? Yes.
Questioner: Are you still interested in the Extraterrestrial Contact Act being undertaken?
Bashar: We are, but we understand that there is a particular and appropriate timing on your planet that would make it more effective than other times, and we are simply allowing the timing to occur in a natural way.
Questioner: Do you have any specifics on the timing?
Bashar: No, I do not.
Question 5: Following Your Excitement and Purpose
Questioner: My question is I’m in a work environment where I want to know what my purpose there is and how soon can I get unstuck to create the life that I really want, that I prefer.
Bashar: The way we usually go about exploring this issue is to ask you a question, and certainly not a mundane one at all. The question we ask is: Are you doing what excites you the most in life or not?
Questioner: No.
Bashar: Thank you for your honesty. The next question is: When will you choose to do what excites you the most in life?
Questioner: Bigger question. I wanted to choose it yesterday but…
Bashar: And you didn’t because what belief systems are holding you back?
Questioner: Fear of… fear of choosing something and that not really being what really brings me joy.
Bashar: So you’re saying that if you choose something that excites you, you might actually be choosing something that doesn’t excite you?
Questioner: Well my challenge is choosing something that excites me because it may excite… Why is that a challenge? It’s easy to do. Yes. Okay, do you believe that? Obviously not. No. All right, may I explain it to you in a way that will allow it to seem easier? Yes, please. I thank you.
The idea that has been in a sense perpetrated throughout much of your new age consciousness of following your bliss and acting on your excitement usually doesn’t come with a clear explanation of why or how to do that. The idea simply is to understand it first and foremost in a very simplified manner as follows:
When we talk about the idea of acting on your joy, your highest excitement at any given moment, we don’t necessarily mean that it has to be a life-spanning career, a gigantic project, an all-consuming endeavor. We literally mean act on whatever is at any given moment out of all the choices you have available to you—many of which may seem mundane—just act at any given moment on the one that contains the highest amount of excitement out of all the choices you have the ability to take action on. Period. That’s it. It’s that simple.
Excitement is a thread—it leads to all other excitement. So if you are simply sitting around going, “Oh, I don’t know what excites me,” just look at what your options are. Just list your options at that moment. If the only options are go shopping, take a walk on the beach, call a friend—just for an example—just pick the one that’s most exciting and act on it to the best of your ability, taking it as far as you can till you can take it no further. When you come to the next crossroad, look at the options available to you, then pick the one that’s most exciting, the one you have the greatest degree of ability to take action on, and take action on it. When you come to the next crossroad, do the same thing. When you come to the next crossroad, do the same thing.
The excitement that you follow will automatically draw you into a series of synchronistic events that will constantly accelerate and expand your ability to experience excitement, and constantly accelerate and increase your ability to experience that your excitement will actually be capable of supporting you in your life if you keep moving in that way. Does that make sense to you? Yes.
Now the question is: do you believe it? Because the idea is that when we first offer the idea that all you have to do at any given moment is simply choose out of the relatively normal options available to you—if you can’t think of any all-encompassing excitement, if you just choose the most exciting option out of whatever is available to you and act on it—when we offer that suggestion, very often the first thing that comes out of the human mind is, “But that’s not connected to this,” or “How can that support me?” “I don’t understand.”
You don’t have to understand—that’s the beauty of it. The idea is that your physical mind is not designed, never was and never will be designed, to understand how things will happen. It is not designed to understand or comprehend how something that you act on that excites you will bring you the thing you need somewhere down the line. So you don’t have to think about how that’s going to happen. All you have to do is act on it, knowing that it will.
Because the human mind is only designed to experience how things are happening—that’s it. The human mind, the physical mind, is only designed to understand the physical experience. The mechanism of how these things come to you come from a higher realm that is beyond the purview of the physical mind to comprehend or understand or be able to completely perceive. So you need to stop doing the job of the higher mind. Let the higher mind do its job and bring you these things as you need them in the way that benefits you best. All you need to do to activate that mechanism—and we’ll be talking a little bit more tomorrow about the mechanism of manifestation in a more complete investigation of that mechanism—but the only thing you really have to do is just start the ball rolling by acting on whatever excitement you are capable of acting on, and thus then by doing so acting as an example to the higher mind, proving that you’re willing to move in that direction, so that the higher mind can go, “Ah, finally she is willing to act in that vibration, so I can now give her more of that vibration, more things that are representative of that vibration, because she is showing by her behavior that she’s willing to act on it.”
But if you’re not willing to act on your excitement, why should the higher mind give you something to act on if you’re not going to act on it? You see, you have to clear the space by acting on what you are capable of acting on before you make room for something bigger to come in. Because if you’re not going to act on what you’ve got, well higher mind is not going to do pointless things and give you things you’re not going to act on. So you simply stop the whole process of your excitement expanding. Does that make sense mechanically? Yes.
Are you willing to believe that you can act on your excitement and know that it will lead you where you need to be led? Yes. Trusting the synchronicity that will occur? Yes. We’ll see.
But that’s the basic explanation of how it works. So when you say you have a difficult time figuring out what excites you, I apologize but we actually don’t believe you, because it’s really simpler than you think. You’re just having a difficult time understanding a clear definition of excitement and following it. You follow? I do.
Questioner: I think the other part of that is because if I’m in a work environment and my excitement may be not to be there, then leave.
Bashar: Although understand, we are very aware of what your belief systems are all about, many of you. And if you have a belief system that says if you leave that work environment as much as you may not find it exciting, if you have a belief system that says that leaving that work environment is going to put stress on you, is going to in a sense cause you harm in some way, then you must honor your belief system for as long as you’re going to hold on to it. But at least take the steps you can take. At least take the steps of acting on your excitement that you are willing to take, and the more you do that, the more your excitement will prove to you that it can support you as well. And the more it shows you it can support you, the more you’ll be willing to let go of those things you don’t prefer. So you can do it at your own pace. Don’t dishonor your belief system. You can jump off the cliff but only if you believe that you actually will fly. Otherwise I would suggest you’re in for a very hard landing.
Mmm-hmm. So don’t dishonor your belief system. Don’t just think, “All right, I’ll just throw caution to the wind and ignore my beliefs.” That will always get you smacking into that brick wall we’re going to talk about tomorrow. But the idea is that when you work with your beliefs and understand why you have the belief that you can’t be supported in something that you love as opposed to something you don’t love, then when you work with those beliefs you can change them. And the more you change them, the more you will relax into understanding how your excitement can in fact support you.
One very strong exercise that I would always suggest to many of you because it is based in your own reality, so it has more opportunity to stick in your mind, is to look at examples in your world of people that are making a living, in fact making a wonderful living, being supported by doing nothing but the thing that excites them the most. Because I guarantee you when you look at them and understand how they’re doing that, that you will understand that if they can do it, you can do it. There is nothing special about them in that context. If you can see it, if you can attract into your reality an example of someone acting on their joy and being supported in their life by doing so, if you could have attracted that example into your reality, if you were capable of even perceiving it, that means you are capable of living it. Otherwise you wouldn’t have been capable of perceiving it, because reality doesn’t do pointless things, and you cannot perceive what you are not the potential vibration of. You follow? Yes. Does this help? Yes, thank you very much.
Question 6: Why Do We Exist?
Questioner: This question is: Why do we exist at all?
Bashar: Because you have to. I’ll put it another way. Existence simply is. The question “Why does existence exist?” is a question created within existence. The question is subject to existence—existence is not subject to the question. Existence only has one quality: to exist. Therefore, that which exists simply exists. It doesn’t in any way shape or form need to justify its existence by asking why it exists. Existence exists because that’s the quality it exhibits—existence. That’s it. That’s amazing. We think so.
All the things that will never exist all already don’t exist. There’s no room in non-existence for the things that do exist. Therefore, if it exists, it doesn’t need to explain why it exists—it exists because it’s not non-existent. Therefore the only other place it can be is in existence. That’s the ultimate polarity of creation. I get the feeling that the people on your planet enjoy that kind of thing. Thinking we do.
Question 7: Overcoming Phobias
Questioner: Another question from a listener: What’s the best way to overcome a phobia?
Bashar: It depends. There is no one best way. It depends upon the person, it depends upon their belief systems, it depends upon what permission slips work best for them. The best way euphemistically is their way—whatever their imagination tells them is their best way. There are any number of suggestions we can make depending upon the person, depending upon the phobia, but you have to go on a case-by-case basis. There may not necessarily be a generalized idea that will work for all people.
Questioner: What is the basis of phobia?
Bashar: The basis of phobia is the idea of a belief system that allows you to see a representation of the belief that you are completely out of control. Does that make sense? Yeah. And so the specific phobia is a symbolic representation of the kind of belief, the kind of experience of being out of control that the person has.
So if you wish to carry this further, you could say the best way, quote unquote, to understand how to create or alleviate the creation of the phobia is to understand the symbology of what it is the person is phobic about as a symbolic representation of the control issue they feel that they lack within themselves. A lot of times people think they’re connected with a past life in a sense—it can be. However, remember that from our point of view there really is no such thing as the past or the future, so if they feel it’s connected to another parallel simultaneously coexistent experience, they have to understand that they’re actually choosing to create that from the present life and simply cross-connect to another presently existing life for a purpose, for a reason, for an exploration, for an experience, for a lesson.
So when they get first of all in touch with the idea that it doesn’t come from the past, it is a present connection, therefore it brings it into the present, it brings it more into control. They will understand they have more control about how to deal with it because it’s not coming from some deep dark mysterious past that they can’t access—it’s all being created now in the present, because Here and Now is all there is. There is no past, there is no future, there is only now. Does that make sense? Yeah.
However, if you wish to break it down generally to the quote unquote again “Best Way”—by always acting to the best of your ability on the thing that excites you the most, that process in and of itself will always force you to face whatever issues need to be faced and integrated to allow you to continue on the path of acting on your excitement. Now of course if someone is phobic about acting on their excitement, they may be creating an interesting vicious circle experience. Nevertheless, it will still by being willing to take any action in that direction at all open up the synchronicity that will bring to them whatever experience they need to face that issue, and bring also with it all the information necessary to deal with that issue if they are open to it.
Question 8: Transition and Change
Questioner: I am experiencing a lot of change and transition. A lot of what I’ve built up I’ve had to let go of. I’m just wondering if there’s anything that you could tell us that will help this transition move a little bit more smoothly.
Bashar: Thought I just did. Act on your highest joy to the best of your ability. Now understand this: when we talk about acting on your excitement, it’s because we know that excitement is actually a complete kit. It’s the driving engine and the organizing principle of your entire life. So when you act on it fully as best as you can, what will come with it are all the things necessary to actually allow you to expand in the smoothest, most effortless, most joyful way possible. It’s a complete kit—it’s self-contained. You don’t necessarily need to do anything extra beyond the idea of fully acting with integrity to the best of your ability on your highest excitement in order to attract whatever you need synchronistically to allow you to experience your life in the smoothest way possible. As long as you’re always willing to face and integrate and work with and deal with whatever your excitement brings up, then you will find that you’ll be able to move forward in the smoothest possible way.
Your willingness to allow whatever issue comes up, whatever belief comes up, whatever fear comes up—your willingness to allow it to be there for a reason and use it in a positive way is what will smooth out all the bumps. When you make fear your friend, when you say it’s a messenger telling you something about yourself that you want to know, when you understand that fear is nothing but your own energy simply being filtered through belief systems that are out of alignment with your true self, then you can say, “Thank you fear for coming up, thank you issue for coming up and pointing out to me that I have a belief that’s out of alignment with my preferred true natural core self.” And as soon as you identify the belief in that way and relate to the belief in that way, it will smooth out the fear energy into joy and excitement and give you the opportunity to utilize that understanding and that knowledge in the best possible way. Does that make sense to you? It does.
Questioner: But couldn’t we have done this without all of this mass disintegration of all that we knew? Couldn’t we have done this a different way? Why is it that we’re experiencing this?
Bashar: There are many ways to do things. This particular reality is the way things are done. You are also as a soul having experiences in other realities where things are done differently, but you also chose to be here because you wanted to experience this way as well, because it’s one of the valid ways to experience the idea of creation—breakdown, buildup, destruction, creation. It’s a very valid way to experience the idea of creation. And again, when you learn to enjoy it for what it is, you will smooth out the bumps in it.
Many individuals on your planet have talked to us about the idea that you feel like you’re stuck in some kind of remedial kindergarten class, a school of hard knocks, a suffering planet. We choose to view this as a master graduating class. So the idea is that yes, all right, college, a university—sure it’s a little tougher than high school, but you’re up to it because now you are in the master class. So the more you know that’s what it is and the more you treat it as such, the more benefit you will receive from the way things are structured and the smoother things will get, and you will not have to experience it that way anymore. But the idea is again using the power of paradox—when you allow it to be all right to experience it the way you are experiencing it, you will no longer have a reason to experience it that way. It’s only the resistance to the way you’re experiencing it that makes that experience take longer to change. I get it.
Questioner: During meditation or a time where I’m slowing my mind down to connect, I’m experiencing a lot of pressure in my head. Could you explain what that’s about?
Bashar: There are sometimes different symptomologies when you are realigning energies. Sometimes there are physiological side effects or symptomologies. That’s all right. They will dissipate as you become more smoothly aligned and less resistant to certain kinds of change. Those pressures will smooth out. Right now it’s simply the idea that the energy you are attempting to integrate, in your estimation, in your belief system, in your definition, is simply more than you’re used to. You don’t feel equal to it yet. Therefore, as we have euphemistically said by analogy, it’s like you are trying to download a dam full of water through a garden hose—there is pressure. But when you widen the hose into a giant conduit, the pressure will be relieved because you become more equal to the energy you are channeling. You follow? Yes I do. Does that help? Yes, thank you.
Question 9: Jedi Knights, Krishna, and Nirvana
Questioner: I was wondering how I would become a Jedi Knight.
Bashar: I suppose by going out for a part in the movie. What is a Jedi Knight to you? What’s your definition of that term?
Questioner: A selfless individual who can feel the life force of other people and beings around. When you say selfless, what do you mean? They do good for others, they do things for the benefit of others without doing it for themselves.
Bashar: But understand that when you do things for the benefit of others, that is actually the best way to benefit yourself. Yes I understand. So you are not selfless, so I’m very selfish then. And you’re not selfish. You can however simply become self-contained. So the idea is that you understand you are connected to everything, and when you understand and behave that way, you will know you are included because you are a part of everything and cannot be left out. Therefore you don’t have to focus on yourself. So if that’s what you mean by selfless, then fine. But it doesn’t mean you’re actually selfless—it simply means you’re not self-focused. Gotcha. You’re focused on the big picture of which you are a part.
Questioner: Is that being closer to being a Jedi Knight?
Bashar: Yeah, but there’s other parts too.
Questioner: What are they?
Bashar: Well, I’m not going to tell you how to build a lightsaber.
Questioner: I don’t need to learn how to do that, that’s irrelevant.
Bashar: All right, just checking.
Questioner: How would I do the supernatural things that they do?
Bashar: Oh, the things that they do that come naturally to them when they operate on a higher frequency? Sure. Well, operate on a higher frequency.
Questioner: And how do I do that?
Bashar: I already told you—follow my highest excitement. Yes, well, there we go. Cool. Behave in the manner that you wish your reality to reflect. Cool, whatever temperature you want.
Questioner: In my comparative religion class in school, the Hare Krishnas came into our class and they worship Krishna as like God. Was that person a physical manifestation of all that is, or was it just every person is a physical manifestation of all that is?
Bashar: Nevertheless, some will in a sense, as we were just speaking of, exhibit more of those qualities more openly, thus then they often become in a sense well focal points for that idea. However, because of the kind of belief systems that many humans have been taught on your planet, they often then instead of actually getting the point, they worship the person. Because the point of any of those advanced teachers is that you are Krishnas too, you are Buddhas too, you are Christs too. And they all say as much, but most people ignore that part of the message and just worship and praise instead of actually behaving as if you follow. Yeah, does that help? That does help.
Questioner: A Buddhist monk came to our class too and he said Nirvana is different than enlightenment and that the Buddha achieved Nirvana, which is he ended all suffering forever for his being.
Bashar: The idea is that you have been given many examples of how to create certain states of being for yourself in which you do not have to experience the idea of challenge as suffering. Whether you allow yourself to be, to behave that way and take on that state of being, is completely up to you. But you have been demonstrated this many, many times by many teachers. So in that sense, that’s the way to understand the statement—they’ve done this for you so you don’t have to do it again. But you can choose to do it again, you can choose to suffer. But because they’ve already demonstrated how you don’t have to, you don’t have to. Cool.
Questioner: You’ve talked before that we’re moving through time and space—or well in a sense that’s your experience—however faster you can let’s say you’re moving 50% through space, like 50% the speed of light, that means your time is 50% slow and space is 50%… But the speed of light is a speed limit.
Bashar: It’s a speed limit of your particular dimensional reality. It’s the border between your dimension and another one. But I can imagine a speed higher than that and there is. Oh, okay, that makes sense. Then it’s just that within your dimension that’s the upper limit of your physical reality. Doesn’t mean there aren’t faster speeds in other realities, in other dimensions.
Questioner: Can I change it in my reality or is that…
Bashar: You have to shift to that other dimensional reality in order to experience that, because it doesn’t in a sense have relevance in your physical reality. Instantaneous teleportation has been experienced by many individuals even on your planet—that shift to another dimension where this so-called concept of speed has no meaning. You simply are here then you are there, no traveling in between. That’s awesome. So it can be called infinite speed. Make sense? It does.
Question 10: How Beings See Us
Questioner: You said we make good TV. How do you see us?
Bashar: Like this sometimes. Like this. Sometimes like this. Can you be more specific about what you mean by that question?
Questioner: I guess the question is how do beings that are outside our planet see us?
Bashar: Well we have different ways depending upon the being. Right now we are simply perceiving your energy patterns. We are seeing you in a holographic kind of format that allows us to connect into what we need to connect into of your collective consciousness in order to download information to you that you have requested. So we’re not so much seeing you just physically per se. We’re not really seeing you in a sense physically at all—we are seeing you vibrationally as a series of patterns that are interpreted in our consciousness in a variety of holographic conceptual ways depending upon what is being communicated.
Questioner: Are there beings that have on their spaceships screens where they can see what’s going on on the planet? Yes. So how are they doing that?
Bashar: Well again, there are a variety of technologies depending upon the civilization. One civilization that does that has the ability to understand—well, let me back up. We have to some degree explain to you how our spacecraft work in the sense that it is all about vibrational resonance location. The idea that every location has a vibrational signature and that an object doesn’t exist in a location—an object in a sense contains a vibrational locational signature that makes it seem to occupy space in a particular place and time. But the location is one of the variables of the object’s equation, energy equation. As we change the variable in our spaceships, the spaceship changes location because that is simply the idea of the spaceship existing at the new vibrational locational signature point.
Similarly, the technology is that when you know that location is a particular frequency, then you can create a system where you dial up a particular locational resonance and you can have a mechanism that simply translates that particular reference point visually if you wish—either in your mind or on a screen. Does that make sense to you? Do you understand what we are describing as a technology? Yes yes, it sounds very interesting.
Questioner: Are people being watched while they’re walking around in the privacy of their homes?
Bashar: Sometimes. That’s pretty interesting. Never without permission. You understand? Yes. But how does somebody give permission? Sometimes they give permission on another level. Oh, like a dream state? The physical mind may not be aware of the permission that has been given, but the permission has been given. And again, it will always be done—at least on our behalf—relatively unobtrusively. Privacy will be maintained where it is truly desired.
Questioner: What would be the purpose of watching someone?
Bashar: Learning how humans do things, yes. And there are other reasons—observing what humans are in a sense absorbing of the information that they have learned, how they are applying it, because sometimes we have recognized that humans will apply information differently in private than they do in public. So we learn a lot about you in private that we don’t get a chance to learn by watching you in public. And that’s why we say you make good TV. Uhhuh, because there are often great dichotomies between your private persona and your public one, and we learned a lot about who you really are and what your personality really is all about by observing the private one in certain contexts.
Yeah, I can see that that’s really true. So that’s cool that you guys can do that. Again, not without permission, and not without there being a reason in a sense that will ultimately serve you in a positive way, right. That’s—we have no purpose or reason to simply be invasive. It is only being done because there is a mutual agreement that what we are doing will benefit you in some way shape or form. That’s wonderful Bashar, thank you.
Question 11: Past, Future, and the Nature of Time
Questioner: How do I experience past and future and now?
Bashar: Have you ever had the experience called deja vu?
Questioner: Theoretically, but not consciously that I can recall.
Bashar: You have never experienced that sensation? You know what you’re talking about, but I can’t really recall the real experience. Oh, all right. But that is one representation of experiencing what you call past and future in the present. That’s what that experience actually is, because when you have deja vu, you know what is about to happen because you feel it has happened before. You are experiencing the idea of the timelessness all at once—that everything exists at once.
So really, the more you live in the moment, the more you live in the present, the more you don’t focus on the idea in a negative way of future and past, the more you will experience the timelessness of actual existence. The more malleable, plastic, and slippery space and time will become, the more synchronistic experiences you will have. Synchronicity is another symptomology of collapsing the idea of space-time into the now, because everything is one, everything is connected to everything else. Synchronicity is space’s way of showing you that everything is connected as best as it possibly can, even though it may still be presenting it to you in a so-called linear fashion—one synchronicity after another. That is at least a more collapsed version of experiencing space-time, the experience of synchronicity itself, than a typical stretched out linear format. Does that make sense?
Questioner: But is this includes for example past lives, past experience?
Bashar: Again, remember there is no real past, there is no real future. Everything exists now. The analogy we often use is your own television set. If you are sitting down watching a TV program, you know that at the same moment there are still hundreds of other programs that exist at the same time. They’re not really in the past, they’re not really in the future—you may not be perceiving them because you are tuned to one particular channel. But if you change the channel, you’ll see that another program exists at the same time as the program you were just watching. Reality is like that. All the lives, all the experiences are going on right now. The more you understand and wrap your mind around that concept, the more you will actually start to experience reality that way. Make sense? Yes.
So more analogies, the more symbols, the more analogies you can create to explain the idea of the simultaneity of existence to yourself, the more you can understand that construct of oneness holographically, the more you will actually start to experience your reality that way. Makes sense. Thank you.
That’s why we also use the analogy of saying there really is only one moment in creation—just one moment. What appears to you to be different moments is actually the same moment but from a different point of view. It’s all the same moment. There is also only one thing in creation—all of it—just one thing experiencing itself as a multitude of things, but it’s just one thing. Even physically, there is only one thing.
We have explained this before by the concept we refer to in our reality as the Prime Radiant. Imagine—we know your scientists tend to talk in particles, subatomic particles. Now we know that they know that it’s not really a solid particle, but for the purpose of illustration it will do. Imagine this: imagine there is only one particle in all of existence and there’s nothing else, just one particle. Because there is nothing else to relate to, the particle has no mass and can move at infinite speed. It has no limitations, it has no barriers, there are no laws to govern it because it’s the only thing there is. So it can do anything it wants. So if it can travel, this one particle can travel at infinite speed. Infinite speed—that’s another way of saying that that particle can actually be everywhere at the same time. You understand? Yes.
So if a particle can be everywhere at the same time, it can appear to be multiple particles, but it’s actually the same one particle. And everything that is made up of particles is actually made up of the same one particle moving at infinite speed. So you actually are the other person’s body, you actually are the chair, you actually are the light bulb, because all those things—you are the star, you are the other planet—because all those things are all made up out of the same one particle that everything is made up out of. So everything is here, everything is now, everything is one. Make sense? Yes. Does that help? Yes definitely. Thank you.
The more you ponder that, the more you wrap your mind around that, the more you will start to experience that in your reality. Yes.
Question 12: Oneness and Separation
Questioner: It’s pretty much like a follow-up in terms of everything is one, all is one, we’re part of one, yes, but we have this illusion of separation, yes. Can you help me a little bit in terms of how I can modify it or remove it if it’s appropriate?
Bashar: Well, you don’t really want to completely remove it per se, or you won’t really have an experience as an individual. Remember, all that is experiences itself in all the ways that it can. You, us, all beings and all things in creation are all the ways All That Is has of experiencing itself. Even though you can have the experience of more oneness, oneness—you exist as an idea unto itself. So you as that idea, no matter how much oneness you create yourself to experience, you will always experience yourself as you, even when you become one with the One. You will experience yourself as the One. So you will still be you, even when you are no longer a part of the One in experience, you will still experience yourself as the One. Does that make sense? Yes definitely. Does that help?
Questioner: I was asking more in terms of practical application in terms of for example feeling the trees and walls and go beyond that. How can I develop this?
Bashar: Again, wrap your mind around the idea that you are one. Invent in your imagination ways in which to represent that to yourself more realistically and use that imagination. That’s what your imagination is for. Your imagination is key to your frequency. Whatever methodology you come up with that allows you to feel more at one, use that. Use what your imagination comes up with. Your imagination is the conduit between your higher mind and your physical mind. Your imagination is the conduit of communication between the two.
So let us say for example, if you imagine—for you, if it feels right for you—that you can walk up to a wall and if by putting your hands on it that allows you to feel more at one with the wall, or if putting your tongue on it allows you to feel more at one with the wall, or simply imagining yourself passing through the wall and your molecules intermingling makes you feel more at one with the wall—or whatever idea your imagination comes up with that actually creates for you more of the sensation, more of the idea of being one with the wall—then that’s the thing to imagine at that moment, whether you actually physically do it or not.
Because the idea is that some of these things are not always relevant to experience literally physically. Some of them are just things that lure you in a certain direction to get you to move in that direction, perhaps for other reasons. Sometimes the things that excite you excite you just to get you to move in a certain direction, not because the thing itself must come to fruition in a physical way, because your higher mind knows how stubborn the physical mind can be. So it will sometimes allow certain things to come to fruition when they are appropriate to do so. Other times, the thing that excites you will simply be a carrot to get you to move in that direction because that was the most important thing for you to do.
So if you’re excited about exploring this concept of oneness, act on that and use your imagination to explore it in whatever way shape or form your imagination feels most excited about doing so, and for that moment that will be the right way for you. And it will enhance the synchronicity in your reality to give you more experiences of that oneness in whatever way works best for you. Does that make sense? Definitely. Thank you very much.
You really need to let your imagination fly. You really need to act out on your imagination too in many ways. Many times we have suggested to many of you when you talk about doing the thing that excites you, to mock it up, to create a facsimile of the reality you say you wish to live in. Literally build it up around you to the best of your ability. Have representations of it everywhere that you can—paste it up on your wall. But very few of you actually take the step of making that physical realization, that physical symbology. You keep it very mental. Acting it out acts as the completion circuit. It grounds the idea and lets your physical mind know that it actually has something physical to respond to as a vibration that is more representative of that reality you say you prefer. It’s training your physical body to respond to that physical reality by mocking it up and existing in that simulated environment. It doesn’t matter that it’s a simulation—if it makes you feel like it’s real. Make sense? Yes. Does that help you? Yes, thank you.
Question 13: The New Consciousness
Questioner: I want to understand how the new point of consciousness got born.
Bashar: Probably it’s more like essentially this way: The so-called new point of consciousness is simply the awakening to the level of consciousness that you actually are naturally. The idea is that when you all chose to experience the idea of physical reality on Earth, you understood to some degree that you were going to go through a cycle of forgetfulness and limitation experience. But you are now at the end of that cycle. So you are remembering who you are. You’re waking up and remembering who you are as spirits. That’s what caused the idea of the spiritual awakening you have almost completely finished with your cycle of forgetfulness. So it’s just the end of a natural cycle and the beginning of a new one of remembering more of who you are and the expansion that simply naturally comes with remembering your true identity. Make sense? Yes. Does that help you? Thank you very much. Thank you.
Question 14: Creating Reality—Individual and Collective
Questioner: By our thoughts, our choices, and our imaginations, as you said, we create our reality.
Bashar: Through your beliefs and definitions, you create your reality. Your beliefs and definitions determine what kind of feelings and thoughts and behaviors you exhibit, right? That then reinforce the reality you have created with your belief. But belief is the blueprint—it’s the first step. The definition is the key. Not just a thought. I know that some people on your planet interchange those concepts and “thoughts create your reality.” What they really mean is the basic fundamental belief creates the reality. What you believe is true is what you experience. Then your thoughts will go hand in hand to reinforce that. Good. Yes. Excellent.
Questioner: So it’s a very individual process, is it not?
Bashar: Yes, but there are collective components to it that you have all agreed to abide by in general, which are prior agreements as to the structure of the earth and life and so on. Yes, okay.
Questioner: So if I create my reality and it is an individual thing within those agreements, within those prior agreements, yes—I’m confused about the way in which sometimes you talk about the world that is as if there’s a world out there that we are all sharing, yes, and all seem to be within this same world.
Bashar: Well in a sense, we understand that sometimes the limitation of the translation of our thoughts into the human language may leave something to be desired and cause some confusion with regard to the definition of terminology. Nevertheless, there is a collective level to the agreement and there is an individual level to the agreement. In whatever way you choose to experience it, in whatever kind of world experience you choose to believe you’re having—which is also created by individual and collective agreement—does that make more sense?
Questioner: Can you give us some oil?
Bashar: The idea again is that when we say “the world out there,” we are simply referring to the idea of the illusion of physical reality. Yes, we know there really isn’t a world out there—it’s all happening within your consciousness. Yes. But when we use that term, we are more often than not referring simply to the idea of the experiential reflection, the mirror of physical reality that seems to be outside you. Okay. We simply don’t always take the time to explain it in every single detail, assuming that you basically understand the analogy we are making without having to explain every aspect of it. But sometimes it requires a deeper explanation depending upon the conversation. But fundamentally, we understand that it all takes place within consciousness, that there really is no outside, there really is no “out there.” But the experience of it is real even though the thing itself is not. Does that make sense? Yes.
Questioner: So if I believe that the world is going to hell in a hand basket, then I inhabit a world that is going to hell in a hand basket.
Bashar: Then you’re in the basket with it. Yes.
Questioner: And if I believe that the world is not going to hell in a hand basket, I live in a world that is thriving and prosperous. Yes.
Bashar: Now you have for many thousands of years in your terms of counting time, in that experience linearly speaking, agreed to have coexisting varieties of belief systems. Now that you are waking up more and more every day bit by bit, you will start by selective vibrational resonance choices slowly start to see bit by bit only the worlds that are more representative, only experience the realities that are more representative of the vibration of your overall natural choosing, rather than experiencing so many vibrations that are not representative of it. But for a while, and for a long time in your terms of time, you have been willing to experience many vibrational reality ideas that are not necessarily aligned with your preference, and that will continue for a little while until such time as you all really hone in on the frequencies of your preference and really start shifting yourselves to realities that are more and more representative and reflective of the vibration of your preference, and less and less representative and reflective of vibrations that are not. Make sense? Yes.
Questioner: When you use the term “you are waking up,” it sounds like you’re talking to all of us collectively here.
Bashar: Well generally speaking, because if that were not the case, we probably wouldn’t be having this conversation. Okay.
Questioner: But there’s a version of me that probably didn’t even make this meeting tonight, right?
Bashar: Correct. In some reality you are not here exactly.
Questioner: And so there’s but that’s not really you in that sense—that’s him.
Bashar: I understand. Good.
Questioner: If I create my reality, then I’m creating you?
Bashar: You are creating your version of me in order to experience me in your reality by collective agreement. Yes. I am not actually in your reality—your version of me is. Yes. Just as I am creating my version of you. Yes.
Questioner: So in essence, we are both talking to ourselves?
Bashar: Yes. Good. Yes. Thank you. Thank you.
Question 15: Making It All Up
Questioner: To what extent am I making up my reality? Sometimes I feel like I’m making it all up and I’m the only one who is really here. Is that true?
Bashar: Yes. But remember, it’s not this or that—it’s this and that. You are making it all up and you are doing it in concert with others who are also making it all up. That’s the paradox. Each individual completely, utterly, totally makes up their entire reality, and at the same time are doing it in concert with other individual aspects of All That Is that are also entirely and absolutely making up their own reality at the same time—they’re doing it in concert with each other. It’s this and that, not this or that. Creation is inclusive, not exclusive. Does that make sense? Yeah, it’s just amazing you know that works like that. Yes.
Question 16: Duty and Following Excitement While Caregiving
Questioner: Would you say a little more about following your excitement in reference to the struggles we often experience with trying to act in our best understanding with what—sounds like you’re struggling with the sentence. Yeah yeah. When there’s a struggle between acting on what we believe is our duty, which is not necessarily that exciting. Can you define duty?
Bashar: For example? Yes, well, something that I’m struggling with right now is a very elderly parent who is requiring an enormous amount of time, energy, and attention. Oh, all right. And it’s very difficult for me under these circumstances to be acting on my excitement. Why? Because most of my time, energy, and attention are taken up by responding to her needs.
Bashar: So why are you making an association between one situation and another?
Questioner: How can you not?
Bashar: Good question. You can—all it takes is a little inventiveness and imagination and trust that where you are choosing to be is where you need to be if you’re choosing to be there. Let’s explore this. I’m going to give you an example we have used before, but perhaps you can understand in this example how a variation of this idea can be applied in your situation and your circumstance. All right. All right, oh yes, thank you. Want to make sure you’re still awake. All right.
Many people on your planet have been given belief systems that say this cannot be something that gives me joy, this cannot be done as a living, this will not work, this makes this impossible, and all sorts of other belief system limitations that become self-fulfilling prophecies, self-reinforcing realities. People on your planet who have a different way of looking at things, who have different belief systems about what is and isn’t possible, don’t experience those limitations. Their reality reinforces for them the understanding that they can do this and do that. Like I said, it’s not this or that—it’s this and that. But it is often a limitation of imagination, a limitation of definition, that allows an individual to believe that certain things cannot happen if they don’t happen in a certain specific way. And it is relaxing the definition about how you think something must happen, how it needs to happen, how it can happen—relaxing those definitions that will allow you to actually experience how it will happen, but maybe not in the way you expected, maybe not in the way you were taught to believe it has to happen.
You need to really stretch your definitions to include other ways, unexpected ways, creative ways in which you can act on your joy while at the same time expressing your love for your parent. Do you follow? Yes.
Now before we continue, understand that this also extends to the idea of taking care of your parent. If you are willing to expand your definitions about what is possible in your reality instead of coming from a very limited point of view about how things must be done, as you say “duty,” the idea is that even the caretaking of your parent could be being done in a very different way that’s far more representative of your joy and your excitement. The idea is that you can attract to yourself the things, the people, the places—the things that can aid and assist you in that undertaking that are still representative of your love of your caretaking. But you don’t necessarily have to do it all yourself, and you don’t have to assume that you need X, Y, and Z or that can’t happen. You need to relax your definition of abundance, because abundance is just the ability to do what you need to do when you need to do it. That’s it. That’s the definition of abundance. And if you think you don’t have what you need to do what you need to do, then it is simply your definition of abundance that is limited, that is allowing you to experience the limitation in your life.
The example of a woman whose great joy was to simply tell stories to her children illustrates the point. That was the most exciting thing she could think of to do, and she did it with absolute flair. It was her joy, so she put everything into it and told astonishing, vivid, imaginative, creative stories to her children. So much so that they began inviting their friends over to listen to these stories, and they became raptured by these stories, captured by these stories, caught up in these stories. So much so that they started inviting their parents over to listen to these stories, and they became caught up in these beautiful tales that she would weave. So much so that they began to give her money just to tell them stories, to invite her to different houses just to tell stories. And before you know it, she was making a living just telling stories because that’s what she loved to do. And her reality supported her in that simple thing. She became capable of being completely and utterly and totally supported in her life.
Whereas if she had had the belief system that said, “Well yes, I have time to tell stories, but how’s that going to help me? How’s that going to support me? How is that going to do anything when I’m stuck at home?"—if that’s the way she had thought, she would not have had the ability to do any of that. But she didn’t think that way, she didn’t believe that way, she didn’t even give it a second thought. She just did what was exciting to her where and when she could. She acted on her excitement to the best of her ability and simply allowed the excitement to bring the synchronicity, to bring the support, to bring the abundance, to bring everything she needed to her.
I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that you can too. Why? Because you exist, and you have all the same attributes and all the same qualities that she does.
